They allowed someone to come pick it up with ease and coordinated everything for me.This car was in rough shape after all the muddy dogs and camping trips. You guys did stellar work. I highly recommend OTFD! From start to finish the entire team was extremely polite, professional and detailed oriented. They made the process extremely easy for me to coordinate two cars. I had my wifes car detailed and they made it look brand new. I also had the ceramic coating applied to my new Tahoe and couldnt be happier with the results. For my wifes car that was detailed, we utilized the mobile detail option which made it very convenient for her. Great company, great people and great results!

Simply blown away. I honestly did not expect the level of results achieved. The car is back to the day I bought it; maybe even better! They came to my home and while I goofed off watching TV and playing games their professional employee worked her tail off and made me feel good about the status of my car in regards to both outside and inside appeal. I cannot say enough good things about OTFD. I recently bought a new truck and wanted to ensure the exterior was properly cared for from Day #1 and did some research prior to selecting a detailer. OTFD has a New Car Detail package which included a meticulous wash, polish, spot paint correction, and coating (not ceramic). More impressive and important than these checklist items is the quality of service. Before executing anything on the vehicle, a full inspection with consultation was provided regarding the What and Why behind services to be performed. For me, this acknowledged their understanding and respect for my investment as well as commitment to both satisfaction and expectations at all levels. I was kept in-the-know throughout the entire process, including the products, tools, and methods. Once complete, another inspection and consultation from results to care instructions ensuring return on investment is maximized.Of note, an area on my vehicle had a factory paint defect which was discovered during the detail. The team did their best to remove the blemish with minimally invasive measures before continuing on to finish the service. Upon completion and during the back-end review/consultation we discussed at length and they walked me through the steps which would need to be taken to remove the blemish but wanted they to make sure we discussed in person before taking to such extremes (wet sanding). In the end, I agreed and they performed the repair at my convenience. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to satisfaction are unmatched.

I dropped my fiancé’s 2015 Hyundai Sonata off to the OTFD shop and the guys did an amazing job. The paint will need some repair work for the long run but it looks incredible for now. She had a cooking oil stain on the back seat that they almost completely removed. Friendly, prompt service and they were very customer oriented. I will be dropping my 2020 Ram off for some paint protection. Highly recommend these guys to anybody looking for detailing in the Manassas area.
