Luis Padilla is always extremely accommodating, professional and helpful. My company has never experienced anyone from Ryder actually measuring the trucks rear cargo doorway height clearance for us when requested, but he did immediately with a smile. It is a challenge for us to find the correct height clearance of the rental truck to accommodate our height challenged cargo, but Luis always comes through. Ive been renting from Ryder of Linden 100s of trucks the last couple of years. The past couple of months there was a big shift in service quality. It is extremely hard to reach the rental department, they almost never have availability for any trucks, and even in the rare occasion they have trucks, they are all beat up and full of leaks throughout the box which easily damages goods transported. I had a few other issues with the customer service in this location and its really bad, its very disappointing that a customer that gives them tens of thousands of dollars a year has to deal with this.Ive spoken to other businesses in the area and Im not the only one upset with the current service quality. In the coming weeks I will encourage other local business owners to write their experiences here. I will also contact the district and corporate offices to try and resolve my issues and will keep this review updated.
