Amazing service, great prices! I have a smaller SUV but two small kids that makes messes in an instant. I used to go to self cleaning car washes and it would take me so long (and so much energy) to make it look nice/clean. Staff was very friendly and there are so many different options of service, from quick and easy to way more detailed.(There is also still the option to vacuum yourself if you’d like)Definitely my new car wash spot!

A good place to get your cash washed at a good price too. What I really liked was the fact that it is also a self serve type of car wash. I like the fact that I didnt have to wait to long! l will definitely be back!

Great service and prices! The staff here do a great job. They also have at least half a dozen service stations that you can pull up to and vacuum the car yourself like at the gas station, and only pay a dollar for 3 or 4 minutes of vacuuming. I went here to get my car washed on a few occasions, and recently got the interior cleaned and they made it look good as new.

Great place to clean out your ride. You can get it fully washed/cleaned or just use their trash cans and pay like $3 and vacuum it yourself.

They do a good job normally but didnt do a very good job in drying my truck off. Had to go home and do a lot of wiping of water spots. kinda defeated my purpose of going to a car wash.

False advertising. The they all of the prices that are advertised is $5 lower than the actual price. By law what ever price you advertise it most be sold as that. When asked for management she expressed that the price was changed a year ago and the signs have not changed. There is no customer service number or contact for the owner.Poor Company Ethics

I always have an excellent experience here. Car wash quality is the best in the area, and every year I get a hand wax detail. Totally worth the $45! Cant beat that price. Im always impressed by how nice my car comes out. The waiting area is small but is heated/air conditioned and has a rest room. No vending machine though, so come prepared if youre going to wait for a detail. Could take a couple hours if its busy.

5/6/21 first time going here since moving to Manassas and it was a great experience. Paid a minimum of $33 and the cleaning service we got with our Toyota Rav 4 was AMAZING. The ladies cleaned the car thoroughly in and out. It took around 30 minutes. Overall very satisfied!

Everyone is super nice. Excellent service with the exception of an older guy at the end.

Whenever I go I notice how they take their time cleaning the cars and making sure its clean they even take a second look. But when it comes to my car they do it quick and never gets cleaned thoroughly. They never do a good job on my car. Ill find a different place.

Saturday s are busy though; but very helpful staff and good cleaning and car wash.

All these carwashes only let small cars through. My stock ford truck wont fit.

Great car wash. Its a automated car wash, once youre done, you have the choice of vacuum and clean the inside/outside yourself at the designated area or letting the people there do it for you for an extra charge. (If theyre busy, then it can be a long wait though)

I travel and tried many different places and I can tell you this carwash is probably one of the best in the northern Virginia area. Beside the best service easy to get in is it to get up :) you must try it to see it

I got the car clean. It was exceedingly loud. A friend said that her 3-year-old was afraid of it. No kidding! It scared me! Its $9 to wash your car with just the basics with water. Honey, we are not in Idaho anymore.

The car wash itself is great and price wise fair though most employees seemed to be rude or not proficient in English. I would be ok with the idea of going here more often if it wasn’t for the employees that are working there.

Best car wash in Manassas. Always do a quality job. Been coming here for over 5 years. Martha is the best. Professional, fast, and excellent results. One thing I do miss is with after care they no longer wash the car mats. I miss this, please bring it back. I have offered to pay for that separately but they wont.

I’ve been to many car washes throughout Northern Virginia, and Splash and Dash is by far my favorite one of all. All of the staff at this facility are patient and take the time to explain their services. The tunnel wash does a great job of cleaning my SUV exterior, and the detailing staff do a great job with the vehicle’s interior for those times when it needs a little extra work. Pricing is very reasonable, in my opinion. Even though there are several full service car washes with minutes of where I live, I make it a point to drive out of my way to come here when I need to wash my vehicle. Highly recommended!

Paid 32 bucks to have the car cleaned and they didn’t even clean or vacuum the mats. What a let down. Will never go here again.

Have gone twice and they do an amazing job each time. My tires were shinning for weeks and the inside is always well vacuumed. The wait is typically an hour because it is so busy but well worth it.

Its almost like a mini interior detail. A woman named Martha has been the lead on my interior every time and it looks perfect each time. Bonnie was the service manager the last time I went and she too was super friendly and answered a bunch of my crazy questions with a smile. Worth the trip even if you need to take a bit of a drive The last time i was there a couple was there that says they come from Chantilly to get their car washed here.

Not so good for the money

Great place to get a quick wash and dry at a decent price. Every new carwash wants you to take out a loan to pay for a carwash. This place is relatively inexpensive. The drawback is if you need full service, their crew is good but not very expedient, plan on waiting for a bit. But for the $9 wash and dry its unbeatable.I also like their staff, they are friendly and humble, tip them well.

I’ve been a customer at this car wash since it opened. As of lately, the work has gotten sloppy and rushed. In addition, the prices have gone up and thing use to be included with certain services are going away. Ex: wiping cars doors with the after services. I understand that business change, but it’s just a turn off to a long time a customer such as myself.

Fantastic! I purchased the unlimited car wash special and wash my car there at least 10 times per month. I enjoy a clean car at all times.I have only great things to say about this place.1. Customer service is fantastic. The employees are always smiling.2. They spend time washing the wheels. Everything other place I’ve been to spends no time in the wheels. They are always left with brake dust. At splash & dash they are always sparkling and shining with no brake dust.3. Tires are look wet. The tires have a wet loom for at least 2 days. I drive a lot so maybe it’s more for others. That’s the main reason I got the membership. They use black magic tire gloss so it’s nice. I’ll take a day to detail my car sometimes and Black magic is really the best tire dressing.4. They vacuum like a boss. Since I typically just take advantage of my monthly membership I usually never get my car vacuumed. I was extremely impressed with the two ladies that vacuumed my car when I decided to have it done today. If I haven’t paid them and know the service I was purchasing, I would have thought I paid for the premium interior detail. Very impressed and excellent service.I’m just a guy who appreciated a clean car. I have the membership on all my cars. My neighbors are always complimenting me on how clean my lawn and cars are. I can’t give splash & dash credit for my lawn, but I can give them credit for the 2 black cars that’s look brand new 7 days a week.

Did the interior cleaning for my car for 45 dollars. It was well worth it as everything was spotless. I also got my seats cleaned and they took out all the spots (I have cloth lined seats). Please take your business here because it will be well worth it.

Paid to get my car washed and waxed for $58. Tipped beforehand - shouldnt have. They somehow chipped the paint on my car. This just happened and Ive left them a voicemail. No official website or email, so the other only way to contact them is through their Facebook page, which has not posted anything since 2017. Will hopefully update this review soon.UPDATE: visited them the next day. Thankfully, it turns out they had cameras installed and showed that the paint was already chipped when I got there. Embarrassing for me, but now I dont have to find a new car wash. They were very patient, courteous, and understanding. Would definitely recommend them.

This establishment is definitely on the better side when it comes to your car actually being washed. The car washes that dont use brushes, just dont get as much dirt off. Since this one does have brushes, your vehicle does get washed very well. It also has colored soap suds which my kids love :)

These folks are the best. The repairs they made to the tire shine applicator is great. And the special attention given to my dirty rims is appreciated.

Great place to get a car wash. I get the empoyees favorite with is $29 but comes with the car wash and an inside detailing. They do a great job and it is very thorough. Prepare to wait however cause this process may take 30+ minutes but this is worth it if you enjoy quality cleaning services.

Good service for the money

One and only best places in town to take your car to get cleaned. I’ve tried just about every monthly car wash out there and they’ll let you down I’m very particular in how people clean and handle my car, however this staff and crew here will take care of things the first time you won’t have to come back trust me. It gets done the right way.

Got the $45 car wash. Detail interior service.To be completely honest, I finished the job myself with the outside of the car. The washing I went through my exterior left white spots in my car and as well some bird poop. I though they would take it off but they didnt.But other than that. When I stepped in my car, Wow. The interior look brand new from the showroom. Didnt miss any pet hair. By the way, Please remind your employees to hand the keys back to the customer. My car is auto start and I almost drove off without the key.But other than those little flaws. I wouldve have a 5 star experience.

Gen and her team are impeccable !!! She cleaned my car in freezing temperature AND even cleaned the gas cap door and area. Exceptionally impressive !!! My brother referred me. He got our fathers car cleaned at Splash & Dash and was so happy with the results !!!

These folks are the best. Yesterday I saw a girl get vacuumed and cleaned and she did not tip any of the 4 workers. Its cool, I made it up for her lack of caring. This places rocks with service. Curtis will help you with any issues.

My favorite carwash. I especially appreciate the interior cleaning for a nominal fee as an add-on after a wash. Its nice to get my car looking great, inside and out, for around $20.

Brought my car year after 2 years of neglect. They cleaned up the exterior and interior (which took alot of work). Looks brand new and they did all the work with a smile. Great team they have out there.

I used to go to another car wash in Fairfax that I trusted, until they royally screwed up and lost my trust. Every time I come here, I receive excellent service. I am a perfectionist with cleanliness, so I take care of my car well. Ive been coming to this car wash place about once per month for the last 6 months. They exceed my expectations every time. Only suggestion I would make is to let people know beforehand when theyre closed. Sometimes they close due to weather without letting people know. This makes sense, but I would recommend they post on their website or in phone voicemail.

One of the worse car washes I’ve ever been to. They took so long to clean the inside of my car I got out and did it myself. The price was really cheap so I should have known there was something wrong.

We always preferred this car wash because of how great of a job they did especially the aftercare. This particular visit was horrible. No one dried the car at the end. We proceeded onto the after car and usually they’re great about wiping down the outside if it has water spots. Not this time. My husband asked the woman if they could wipe down the outside and she said no. He asked why and then she proceeded to get an attitude with my husband and argue with him. They finished we get back to our car and sure enough the outside was still dirty. They half assed the inside. We still tipped the women. Overall horrible experience. So over priced and rude staff.
