This was my 1st and last time here, $40 to have my car washed and detailed; leaving with my car still being dirty armor all on all my windows, windshield filthy and my rims i’m having to clean!!!! how can you call yourself a car wash when the customer has to go home and clean what you didn’t and what you messed up!!!!

They do an okay job of cleaning...outside of windows are never clean. Inside is passable. Regular wash is just that.... regular.

Is ok but maybe they can try to do little better I dont expect the car will be like a new car but some areas are so obvious and they dont clean enoughOtherwise the service is good and they are very nice and gentle

I was a part of the unlimited car wash club. I’m not one of those people that comes and gets my car washed everyday just because I am a part of the club although I would have every right to. I think going every day would be a form of abusing the club privilege. I typically get my car washed about 3 times a month on Saturdays. Unfortunately, I totaled my car and had to buy a new one. Now that I have a new car I need a new sticker on my windshield for my car washes. I was told that I would have to pay another $60 for the new sticker when I had already been charged for the month (auto draft). When I asked why I couldn’t get another sticker and continue my auto draft, I was given no explanation. Simply told no. I wasn’t offered a credit for what I had already paid. I wasn’t given an explanation as to why it couldn’t happen in their system. I was simply told no. They told me that I had to fill out a card with the information that they already had in their system and pay again. I’ve been a customer for 6 years. I cancelled my auto draft and will find another car wash. This was a really disappointing experience. If you are going to go to this car wash, don’t enroll in their unlimited car wash club.

This Embassy Auto Wash has always great! The car is always clean. The only issue that I have run into is the windows having streaks afterwards. I cant clean windows, so I totally get it. Definitely worth the money and time to go here.

They did a pretty good job considering the condition of the interior of the vehicle. I dont think Ive had it professionally cleaned in 7 years, and my family and I travel a lot. There was a little residue from something wet (maybe a spray on cleaning solution) that left drips or splashes that dried. All I have to do is get some water and wipe it off, not a big deal for me. Its my sons car now, and hes very pleased.

I liked the Express Interior detail work. Nicely done.

Exterior wash was fine because it’s a machine but interior cleaning is non existent even though I got the platinum wash. No attention to detail - car was hardly vacuumed. The person inside was friendly but that’s about it.

Like a well oiled machine. Never used their full detail service but for the price and quickness you cant beat embassy. Side note, there is a HUGE difference between a full service wash and detail. Its not their fault if you leave your car parked under a bunch of trees for 5 years and it doesnt come out looking brand new, that is what detailing is for. For $20 they clean inside and out, and are usually done in less than 10 mins. Long time customer and ex-detailer, they get 2 thumbs up from me.

Just left here, one of the worst car cleaning’s I’ve received in this area. $30 for the platinum clean and they absolutely cleaned nothing on the inside. I took photos to upload, but luckily for them there’s no place for me to attach the photos in this review.

Been going here ever since I was old enough to drive. The pricing has changed since then and although it doesnt seem to get quite as clean as it use too I still enjoy going here. Everyone is friendly and the service is quick. Be careful leaving out the front if your car sits low to the ground. Theres a huge dip before entering the main road where your front bumper may hit. Otherwise theyre still keeping cars clean.

Never going back even if the give me free car washes. When the guy who pulled my truck into the wash area he put the parking brake on when he got out. So when the machine pulled it into the washer my rear tires where not moving. I saw this and yelled at the guys that were right next to the truck, but I guess they didn’t speak English and just looked at me. So I ran into the building to talk to someone. As I was telling someone what was happening people started yelling because my truck hopped over the rollers, stuck in the car wash and was about to get hit by another car. They stopped the car wash and tried to figure out what was all the yelling was about. After they got into my truck they had to drive it through the wash then ran it through again. With all what happened the still charged me for the car wash. If I were you never go to this car wash.

I’ve had my cars detailed several times over the years. I have a new car and decided to try embassy for the first time because I go there frequently for just a car wash which I feel they do the best at. When I picked it up it looked like they had just did the ultimate wash. There were several spots still on the outside, all my windows in and out plus the interior screens were smudged, the purple was still on the window where they wrote what was to be done. I asked about a stain they said they could get out the lady helping me sprayed some stuff on my cloth seat and rubbed it which did nothing then when I pointed out the dirt still on the center console she sprayed the same stuff she had just sprayed on my cloth seat to wipe the leather console. Very unhappy. Will certainly not be returning before for any car detailing.

Really busy carwash day and long line but it moved quickly. My car is clean for a reasonable price & Im happy.

You could probably get a more immaculate cleaning at another place. I think what you get here is fine for what it costs.

A waste of moneyI spent $25.00 to come back to a car you could not tell was washed. I will be using the $4.00 local carwash and vacuum out my oen car.

Going to this car wash for over 40 years and Ive always found the service to be good and everybodys friendly prices are reasonable. I paid for the ultimate plus detailing 4 the Armor All I found the price to be reasonable the service quick however some details like side panels on the doors are not vacuumed out and the edges of the windows never do get cleaned. Overalls have recommended good family business and been local for over 40 years

Payed an extra $10 for the ArmorAll exterior/interior and the interior wasnt even touched

Went in for a premium wash that includes interior and exterior. The back of my truck was not vacuumed, the chrome on the bumper was not cleaned, cup holder was dirty and other areas were not cleaned. For $30 not worth it!

Great costumer service

We took my husbands truck, the bed was dirty with sand so we said we only wanted the interior cleaning, they literally said to us LEAVE in loud words! We were okay paying $200 for detailing but they turned us down while shouting us for no reason?! Never go there! So disrespectful people!

This place was awful. After I waited in line for 30 minutes, I asked for the express interior detail, which is prominently advertised on their website. I was told that they couldnt do it because it was busy. After I asked again, they said they could do it but it would take longer. Ok, no problem. I expected that on a weekend. He then told me the price, which was higher than stated online. He kept insisting he was right until I told him I was no longer interested. Then he admitted I was right.

Went there over the weekend got my car washed I have their unlimited car wash program and find it very cost effective and a more climbed to wash my car more often than I would have if I had to pay each time

Best car wash in market

Everyone was polite and professional. At first I was worried it was going to take a while with the long line, but to my surprise, I was out of there in less than five minutes. It probably was a bit faster for me because I did exterior only.

Excellent service when theyre not busy, usually first thing in the morning. Cant beat their 1/2 off Platinum Wash coupon when you sign up via their website.

Terrible service 👎🏼 The manager was very Unprofessional. My husband and I had the worst experience here. The car is still so dirty inside even when we payed for the platinum service. Some one tried to help and the manager was yelling at him because he was trying to help us. Very bad service.

Paid $30 for the platinum wash. The inside of my car is still dirty, not wiped down, or attempted to clean the door jambs as stated for the wash package. They did wash the (weathertech) floormats. Disappointed, wont be coming back

Well, although the outside of car is clean. They damaged my License Plate which I know they wont fix.They vacuumed my inside yet NOT in creases by middle console.Paid $26.And just for outside basically. Ive stayed away for a Long time.Thought I would try again.. and No one understands English inside . Only gentleman at very beginning.Sad

Average price and better service but a little careless sometimes and wont step up to their mistakes.

The man who vacuum my car has no respect for customers. He is very rude. We are customers that deserve a good service experience. He seems to hate his job. There are many people that need and want a job and that they will value it and work commited and treating others with kindness.

I think they should give better cleaning service inside the other day I took my truck and they didnt clean it well and they didnt vacuum it

Most favorited Car Wash usually go here once a week. The cashier is already friendly and helpful the cleaning however lately has been hit-or-miss some dirt left especially on the rear bumper interior the car usually spotless. Going there for detail work in the near future which is priced reasonably and quick

Broke my mirrors and refused to pay for them. I paid for detailing and they ran my car through the car wash. It should have been all by hand. 170 dollars plus 2 broken mirrors.

I visited this place on 7/21 and The service was really disappointing, I paid for the ultimate wash they had to clean all the inside of my car and when they told me your car is ready I was surprised because I did not see no one cleaning my car from the inside and exactly they did not do anything to the inside of my car, really disappointed and this is not the first time that this happened the first time I let it go and I wanted to give them a second chance but it was worst then the first time .I do not recommend this place to anybody that would want something worthy for their money .

They are fast and do a great job for their Deluxe wash which includes the tire shine.

If you get the amor all upgrade option they really take their time and detail the car. It looks great every time.

I used to bring my car to this place before where I was very happy with the service and the job they used to do... Now... It really sucks... Bad service... They dont even take the carpets out for vacuuming.... Really really bad service... Us a shame it was so good before now.. Please save your money and take it somewhere else.....

Paid 36 dollars just to have to re-wipe my car down with detailed to get the wheel cleaner off the sides of my car. You pay extra for a wheel treatment and all they do is put tire shine thats literally still wet on your tires. The front scrub for bugs was a joke, literally had to do that myself as well. I could have paid 40 bucks for a local kid to detail my car better than what they do....just keep driving by unless all you are paying for is the basic wash and dry off.

Embassy does a great detailing job and their carwash service is top notch. Love how they cleaned my car!

Awful experience

Oh my goodness! This is truly the worse place in history to get your car washed. After having waited in a long A^^ line. It was finally my turn I took out all the trash from my car. They supposedly vacuumed my car which looked like crap after. 5 people proceeded to wipe my car down outside and inside. When I got the car it was still dusty and the dashboard had a lot of smudges. They didnt even clean the cup holders which are very easy to do. For the amount of money that I spent they could have done a better job. I imagine some people have a better experience here but mine was awful. Their cashier is the worst. Never again.

Great place for a car wash and great, friendly staff (5 stars on both of those) but the interior detailing is seriously lacking. I had to spend 30 minutes wiping it down again and I dont know what they used on my seats and dash but the shine is way too much. This is the first place I have used that hasnt kept the standard look of the interior of a car (matte in my case). Very disappointed in the detail and will not return for that but will definitely continue to use them for washes.

I have to say this about Embassy, every time I went there to get my car wash, I received a new scratch on car. I should have stopped going them. Finally, I received a deep scratch on my brand new car from this car wash. Spoke to the manager, each time. Nothing was done! They never own up to their mistakes. Dont go there. Your car will get scratch. The dont even deserve one star.

Love this place they take all kinds of vehicles, not like planet wash that wants to charge 60 dollars to wash a 2500 pick up,this place is old school and has been here for a long while, I love the service and the people.

Paid for the express detail. $90. They forgot to do anything to the outside of the car, and most certainly didnt put a hand wax on it. Interior looked ok. Wasnt worth the price, would not go back.

First time there, service was excellent, staff willing to help you out how there process worked and loved the fact that there are windows inside the place that lets you see how the car is getting washed and cleaned. People dry off your car wasnt sure whether to tip them or if it already included in the price since for a carwash it is a little expensive but overall great experience

Cleaned the car so well, they found my daughters shoe under the seat.....that she said maybe it was lost....teenagers, ugh! Great wash inside and out.

Only reason for 2 stars is because I had a coupon. This place really needs to value customers. I went with the $28 deluxe wash but apparently they only do dashboards when cleaning inside my car. In addition the lady gave me attitude when I asked her to wipe down my interior. Really ridiculous considering they spend 30 seconds. Windows were smeared. Tires werent taken care of. They left even more marks inside the car with their dirty shoes. Never going again. NEVER going back even with 100% off coupon

Embassy does an incredible job. I’m on their monthly email list, and receive half off their platinum wash every month. Just wish there was one closer to my house

I use the coupons all the time mainly the Platinum. Because it washes and waxes my car planes inside and those as good or better guy than I can do as a matter of fact for the most part thats the only place that has ever washing my car whenever I go there its generally the very good experience employees for the most part of Friendlys I would recommend them to anyone

0 stars. I’ve lived in Manassas all my life and have always depended on Embassy. In the past 2 years I go when I have the emailed coupon and almost regret me even thinking of taking my car here. The exterior gets cleaned up pretty good but that’s all they should stick to. Interior always a mess and poorly cleaned whether you get the package or the detail. I even take my floor mats out in advance in hopes they can get a good vacuum in there. I will never come back and will take my business elsewhere and I believe it’s time for embassy to close up shop..it was a good run.

If you use a 1/2 off coupon you get in the mail its totally worth it. Otherwise it would be way overpriced cause more often than not my truck doesnt get a complete wash, dry, and interior wipe even though its what I pay for.

The price its fair specially when they send the half price off coupons I really like it.I hope send those coupons more frequently and the services can not complain they r doing good jobs

Well I gave this establishment a 4 star review a little over a year ago and today my hands are up I give up on this place even with the discounts. I say they can keep em, the higher end washes gives u basically what the economy washes give😒, then your just adding armorol to the tires with liquid wax in the tunnel that nobody knows if it’s even going on, the lady’s at the end still use the same towels for inside that they used to dry off the car. It’s little things that they should already know.9/14/21: The Last DanceOk I’ve tried and tried and tried, the tunnel is FINE!!!!! but the 400 illegal Employees let you down every time. A 30 dollar wash left my interior dirtier than it arrived…..PROOOOF!!!!

I got the platinum car wash for the half-off coupon so $14. But beyond and before the wash there was NOTHING special. The person on the front desk was OK, discussing with another person how her girlfriends earn $500 / child in child-support for her 8 children!!!!! U N - P R O F E S S I O N A L . I have had these car washes in NYC and elsewhere and they are professional, this was just a car wash, nothing else/ nothing special.

I think the one star goes to having a coupon & the outside of my car looking fine. Other than that, this place needs to look to hire some new cleaners! I pointed out to one of the women that there was still juice near the cup holder and she informed me that “It won’t come off.” I told her “Yes it will.” So she sprayed and GUESS WHAT YOU GUYS? It came off. The inside of my car looked like it wasn’t even touched. I mean everything from the doors, to the dashboard, the cup holder area, the seats being vacuumed. The whole 9. Glad I didn’t pay full price for something I didn’t get. They are so lazy.

The folks are nice but the service is horrible. Came in on a cloudy day, only one in car wash and they still half vacuumed and half wiped the interior. Unbelievable. Going to splash and dash in the future.

They didn’t vacuum the back seat, the dash still had dust on it, and my windshield somehow ended up with more spots and streaks than it stared with. Will never spend money there again.

Literally did not move any of the matts or vacuum under the seats. I’m going to wash it again.
