Picked my 2019 Ram up today from being detailed here all day. Purchased the premium package for 220, then when you go to pay they add an extra 20 on the price for a total of 240 since it’s a truck. For 240 I expected my truck to be spotless inside and out. Inside front of my truck looked great. Then as I go to the inside back still dog hairs everywhere. Looked like the guy must have got tired by the time he got to the inside back. Grab my mats out of the back of the truck and they weren’t even washed. No fragrance smell or nothing. Outside of the truck looked washed not detailed. Still have bug spots here and there. Will not recommend or take by truck back to be detailed here ever again. What a waste for 240 dollars and I gave the guy a 20 tip.

When I pulled up there was no line. No one in front or back. The guy made feel rushed to decide what I wanted. I told him to hold on a second so that I could look at the options. He kept asking what I wanted. I just chose the $28 special which includes inside and out. The outside of my car was okay. Still pretty wet. The inside looked halfway vacuumed.

Thought it might be better than sitting in line at my usual carwash. Paid plenty for the top tier carwash and car wasnt clean enough. Paid extra to improve wheels. Still had to ask to go over some areas. Interior of car was eh. Communication not so great. Guys who did wipe down after car wash were most helpful.

I recently moved to Virginia and I was looking for a place that can clean my car. I maintain my car and keeps it looking like new. My main issue is the the workers dont have time to clean you car and detail it. I hope that this is a one off experience. I will take back my car again because my car really looks clean but its detailing thats lacking. If it happens again then I will have to take my business elsewhere

I have a car with less than 800 miles on it. I have washed it myself about 6 times in the last warm months. Today I went to this car wash because it was near by and wanted to clean off the road dirt from winter storms. I took the “gold package” which is supposed to be three waxes, etc. for 24.00. I have used car wash companies in the past and this has got to be the worst of them all. The doors panels were not cleaned, Dead leaves whee the windshield wipers are were not removed. There was still rid poop n places, water spots were every where. The bumper was dirty in the back. I mean this job really sucked.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid this place. Tried to make an appointment for a detailing. First attempt (which should have been my last attempt) the guy who answered the phone yelled at me saying they are closed, on a Tuesday afternoon. Called back Wednesday and made an appointment for 11:30. Showed up at 11:15 and was told they dont make appointments and they arent doing detailing, so come back another a different day.Theres not a snowballs chance in hell, Ill ever return to this place.

Dont WASTE your TIME OR MONEY here!!! I dont know why this place is called prestige car wash...more like incompetent car wash. There is no cleaning of the interior of the car whatsoever. They just wet your car, add soap, dry it and call it a day. I knew when my car was finished not even 10 minutes after dropping it off that I was going to be seriously disappointed. My 11 year old nephew could have done a better job! They really need to rethink their service and how they go about doing it. Actually hire people who can thoroughly clean a car. I wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone!!

Prestige is an embarrassment. I called them to make an appointment, they told me what time to show up, I showed up, they were super rude and said they dont take appointments and to leave. I called them Tuesday and got yelled at because theyre closed. I called Wednesday at 9:30 and they said they werent taking any more details for the day.

My first time with Prestige about 30 minutes ago and will not be returning. What is it with some businesses not speaking to their customers? I was pleasant like always. Just not a very friendly staff. When I pulled up the employees just stared at me and didn’t speak or offer assistance. So I said to myself ok they aren’t saying anything I will start. I read the board with the available services and purchased the $28 Platinum service because I knew my car needed a good vacuuming and interior cleaning. The car washing was fine and looks good on the outside but they didn’t do very well on the inside at all. Several missed spots and the passenger seat was not vacuumed well at all. The consoles and dashboard were not cleaned well either. Disappointing as I have read good reviews for Prestige and chose it because it’s close to my home. I gave 1 star because the car washing looks nice. I realize I didn’t pay for detailing but this was just mediocre work. First and last time at Prestige. $28 is way too high for the service I received. And lastly they were done way too fast and rushed the job...carwash and so called cleaning in 5 minutes. It wasn’t even very busy. I should’ve known. I will stay with White Horse in Woodbridge.

I have used this company for years. I get car detailed inside and out. I always get platinum car wash and have been very happy until today. In the padt, i am very satisfied with car wash. Today i told them my car was still dirty on inside and asked for cloth to do jyself. I also pointed ut that sap was covered on it Ok of car. Hubby parked car under a tree and I had sap on hood and roof. The hood looked great but the top of car looked as if it has not been touched. Owner got nasty with me and said it would take too long to prep. Not a problem. I will get hubby to clean roof. But after I dusted the spots inside my car that were still dirty I handed the rag back to owner when SHE SNATCHED THE RAG FROM MY HAND. I am a disabled senior citizen. Perhaps she was having a bad day or not feeling well. She usually is a very nice person. NOT TODAY THOUGH.

Honestly it’s a convenient location! But they just don’t get the car clean like you expect ! I rather drive 20 mins to white horse than 3 mins to here

I think theyre great. Been going for 3 years. I got the hand wax today. $50 took about a half hour. Totally worth it. They always vacuum the car and wipe surfaces too. Maybe a bit pricey if just getting a wash but like I said you get the inside done too.

Used to be a great place. Truck came out filthy and had to wipe it down myself. Lazy worthless help.

We have been taking our cars to this place for years, unfortunately today is the last time we will use this place. We were in and out in 5 minutes, if that. The guys that dry off the cars don’t care at all about cleaning your car. We had to come home to clean it again because the car was not clean at all. To top it off, the cashier shorted me change. I see where the owner has responded to other complaints, but obviously they don’t care.

I purchased the Platinum car wash, top of the line service, or so I thought. After my vehicle went thru the wash and wipe down, I requested that the guy wipe away some of the water dripping off my vehicle and my running boards. Well, the interior was still dirty, my windows were not clean, and my floor mats had some water and dirt on them. The guy wiping down the vehicles told me that it was not part of the service yo take care of any of the things I pointed out. He also told me to drive back around and get my truck vacuumed again. I did not feel that this was good customer service for the amount of money being spent for the services performed. Chances of me visiting this business again are very slim.

Very bad experience both time i went there, they dont clean the way they supposed to, for interior they just wipe it off with they shinny wipes or something like that but didnt actually clean the seats and didnt even bother to vacuum the arm rest, would not recommend.

I just left the car wash paying for the Silver package which includes undercarriage this is important because I drive a Jeep Wrangler after “finishing” there was still mud on and under my wheel wells. When I tried to explain it hadn’t come clean the owner came out and said it was not dirt on the top but “scratches”. I just purchased this car two months ago. When she motioned to the worker to try and wipe it to some how proof they were scratches. It came right off! At that point she walked away as if she was done talking. I let them do some additionally wiping then left. I will not be back again. Poor job and poor customer service!

1st time going there, paid their most expensive inside and outside wash and clean and they basically didnt do anything to the inside whatsoever... the 1st guy by the entrance didnt have a nicest attitude and then the other guy at the register couldnt even speak a word of english or was loud enough so I could try and put together what he was telling me... Ive been to many more much better car washes then this particular one.

They are ok, I go to smart carwash and only go here for the shorter drive.

I have to use their service 4 car wash 4 years I just tried theyre Detail Service and it was phenomenal it was the first time I use detail services from any car wash but I was in real need of their assassins they took the time to listen to me understand my needs and were you able to perform the service are required at a phenomenal price a fraction of what I was afraid it will cost another happy customer five stars definitely highly recommended especially their detail services

A great place to get your car washed! Reasonable prices and good work. They have basic to everything packages to a la carte servicee. Valvoline Oil Service is also available... yet another added convenience. They also have monthly wash memberships and prepaid gift card car washes available. A great idea as it benefits the local merchant immediately. No reason to keep ridin dirty...

This was NY far the worst.car wash I have ever had in all my 58 years. Wheels were left dirty. They would not clean a small patch of tar off. The windows were a smeary mess. And, they. Almost managed to vacuum some of the interior. A complete waste of 26 dollars. Never again.

Dont go here. Gas station car wash is better. Just had my truck washed yesterday and didnt get all the road salt off in the front. Took my truck back and they washed it again for free but ZERO customer service no even we are sorry. All I received was a free wash and a dirty look from the cashier. Never again will you see me, give someone else a dirty look.

I love coming to Prestige Car wash, guys are efficient, they will vacuum the carpets, wipe the windows and dash board, you dont have to worry about anything. And if you happened to drop something and have no clue it under the seat, they will pick it up and leave on your center console/passenger seat. Integrity rules! Owners are very nice couple as well, they have a great business model and their personnel is polite and attentive. Recommend this car wash.

Best car wash in town. Coming from AZ, Im used to seeing great car washes just about every mile, this really is the only show in town. Its good, not great, but always fast service.

By far the best car wash Ive ever used. Easy to get in and out of, excellent staff, quick but high quality work. All other competitors are graded by this place for me.

Absolute worst car wash in prince William county. I’ve tried using this car wash several times. After going through the car wash my truck was still dirty. The staff is rude and they put minimal effort into cleaning your vehicle. Total waste of time.

This place has gone down hill. My Jeep isn’t even clean on the side because the car wash brushes is worn out and past when it should be replaced. The windows now need to be cleaned because they are now dirty because the guys use dirty used rags. Don’t use the rag from drying the car to do the windows! The shame is I brought my business here from AutoSpa when they went downhill. For the price this is just not worth it.

Got my oil changed a few days ago. Ive been going to them for my past three oil changes and each time it takes them 10-15 minutes. I love how I can walk in with no appointment and be in and out, especially because I usually have other errands to run.

I just go because it is close to my house. They car wash folks always miss something on the car. The car wash employees, managers, and owners are not friendly. It always makes for an unpleasant experience. It is a shame because I want to support the local small businesses.The oil change side is very different. They are very friendly. However, it is just a bit too pricey.

Was reasonably happy with this car wash. Overall, about 90% of my car was cleaned well, including the inside. The only things left were some hard to get tar spots around the wheels and some portions of the rims were not fully cleaned. The owners are very nice and made sure I knew that if I wasnt happy on the spot, to ask the cleaners to go back and clean those particular spots.

We visited the car wash 05.31.2020, and the son who vacuumed our SUV had no mask and neither did his parents. When we asked if they had disinfectant they acted if they did not under stand or speak English since they are Asians. I have utilized this car wash and oil change business for over 10 years, but NEVER AGAIN! Prince William County has the highest rate of COVID-19 infection, and this particular business owners only care about the money.....😫😫😫

I needed a quick turn carpet clean and interior clean. The person who answered the phone barely spoke English but said I could come over to have the work done. When I arrived after drivingal the day over there I was told they werent providing that service that day. This was a complete waste if my time and I took my business elsewhere.

I go because it is convenient for me, but it is some time good, some times not. Twice now Ive found large quantities of hair stuck on my dash and one time the guy stepped into the back of my minivan and left footprint marks. Outside of vehicle tends to be very clean and they are fast and efficient.

They did a descent job but overlooked some things that I feel are pretty standard. They didnt wipe down the inside of the doors. I didnt notice until I had to open the back door. So presentation wise, they only did it to driver door... Sneaky and lazy

I got the cheap standard car wash. They do offer a small senior discount. I didnt expect it to look brand new...it did look much better. But the rims were flat out dirty. Grimy. I asked for a rag after they finished. The guy said hed do it. Not well done. Motto here: You get what you pay for.

It was my first car wash at this place on Hoadly Run Rd. I chose the gold wash and paid $22. They did not vacuum inside nicely. They were rushing and didn’t wipe the front after the wash, I had to show it to them. I will never go to this place for my car wash again and will never recommend this place to anyone. Please do not waste your time and money going to this place.

Im from Ny so I love the hand wash car wash spots. They missed a spot with bird poop later time I was there, and for the money Im paying I would expect excellent service. But Ill go back because theyre the only one around. Thus the long lines on weekends.

It was my first visit and more than likely my last. Not only was the car not washed well and dryed, but customer service was horrible.Update:It has been 2 years since I visited this car wash. I am thinking maybe it has gotten better...nope. customer service is still horrible. This time I had to dry my car using their towels because it seems as though they didnt know how.

This place is awful!! I drove up and the person that opened the door to my vehicle didnt say a word to me. I asked him something and then another guy ran over and said what do you want. I told him I wanted the $50 interior clean and car wash. I went inside and paid the lady. After they said it was done, I looked inside and it looked almost as bad as when I brought it to them. I was trying to sell my car so that is why I paid extra money to have the interior detailed. They did a lousy job and didnt even bother vacuuming of the back seats. I told the guy that handed me the car what a crappy job they did and he looked and me and shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I will never go here again!! :(

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nobody speaks English and when your car is still dirty they get mad at you because THEY missed spots.

They do a good job on the car body but dont expect the same for the glass. Every time I go there I need to reclean the glass. Its a small thing, but to me it makes the difference between three and four stars.

Been there a number of times and like many others in here I have my share of issues. Im a perfectionist and it bothers me when you spend over $25 to get a nice car wash and when its all done it looks almost the same! I do a better job myself but sometimes I need a break and take it to a professional car wash. Never have been greeted which nowadays its a standar in most places, and last time I went there the two guys used the same dirty towel to clean the whole body of the car and the interior with it! Rims were still dirty and needless to say the door sills still had dirt/dust on them! The MANAGER Mr. JAE KIM seems to read all of the comments and apologizes but trust me sir an apology wont bring my business back! I went there last week and nothing has changed. You definitely need to train your crew better. Good customer service goes a long way nowadays. The tip jar should also be placed on your way out of the facility since it is at that time when you really know if the people deserve the tip or not.

Car wash is good, but the workers always miss something

I typically wash my car myself but pollen season has been brutal here in Virginia and I cant keep up. I also cant stand driving down the road with that yellow dust taunting me from my hood so I popped in and they had he shiny and dry in under 5 minutes.

I WAS a loyal customer for over 2 year.. But unfortunately during my last wash they damaged my vehicle. It is a pretty significant dent they left on my driver side door. When I spoke with management their employee blamed the damage on me. The management did not believe a word I said and my complaint fell on def ears. It is unfortunate that I must no longer recommended this establishment. If your car accidentally gets damaged, this place will tell you to go pound sand..

I never get my cars washed anywhere else... Okay, there isnt anywhere else close to get your car washed... But thats not important right now.

Had to ask them to clean the windows twice and still wasnt clean and had a mark from water on the door they didnt wipe offi personally wouldnt recommend them especially when I had to ask for the windows to be cleaned when I purchased the higher Wash $22-
