This was a first time. Disappointed with how lax the team was with vaccination mandate. Disappointed individual performing service in an intimate area….. was not vaccinated nor had a recent Covid test. I won’t go back till they are more transparent.

Everything about my experience is wonderful. From the time I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile. When it comes to my waxing, Treece is my lady! I usually just get it cleaned up down there but as I kept going I finally got my Brazilian. This was my first Brazilian wax and Treece answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process! Thank you to the whole staff at Wax the City- Kailua

I came in for my scheduled services and was greeted by friendly faces and celebration. Waxing the city was having a birthday! It was such a fun appointment, there was a wheel to spin for free services/items to win, as well as treats and refreshments. The front desk is always helpful and welcoming at this location.Treece put me at ease right away, I had never had services with her before this past week and will be scheduling with her again. She is so thorough and had me laughing throughout my appointment. Mahalo for another great visit.

This was my first time getting a waxing. The office is well appointed and clean. I was greeted warmly at reception and the few questions I had were answered. I got my full back and upper arms done. I was nervous and uncomfortable going in. My cerologist, ARIEL, quickly put me at ease. She is personable, friendly and fun! She made me feel valued and comfortable. Absolutely loved every wax Ive gotten! I get my legs waxed here. Ive had Treece several times and shes so great! They also have a-mazing products available for purchase! The exfoliating mit is great and I LOVE their scrubs! I recommend this place to everyone!

I booked an appointment online for a personalized eyebrow shaping, wax, & tweeze. Maria was my cerologist and I had a nice professional experience. I appreciated how she wasn’t rushed, plus I got 20% off my first visit.

Been coming here for a few months now and always appreciate how easy it is to make an appointment. Also, I believe that their proprietary wax formula is the best because it has never caused me to break out as other waxes sometimes do. Most recently I had Abby assigned to me and I enjoyed her very much. She is a recent graduate so may be a little slower than seasoned veterans -- but she is so thorough and makes sure that she does a perfect job. Definitely goes above and beyond to do it right. I really liked her service and would book with her again. Thanks Abby!

The first time I had an appointment at this location, I waited 45 minutes to be seen. The second time, I waited 30 minutes to be seen. On my 4th visit this morning, I was 6 minutes late and call to let them know. I drove 30 minutes to get to the appointment and they wouldn’t see me. Canceling my Orange membership and taking my business elsewhere.

Loved my experience here! I was hesitant to go in given the current circumstances with COVID. But the studio was very clean. My esthetician wore not only a face mask but a face shield along with gloves. Normally I take pain meds before my waxing so that it’s more of a comfortable experience. But this time I forgot and although waxing isn’t pain free Abby made the experience very tolerable. I highly recommend Abby. She was friendly and extremely detailed in doing my waxing. I was so happy with the results that I scheduled my next visit before leaving the studio.

Had my first wax this morning and it was awesome! Jenna was so friendly and did an amazing job. Can’t wait to come back for my next service! Excited to try all of my new products too!

This place is really good! Im awful with names so i forgot the name of my waxer but she was wonderful! The wax they use was really painless. When she did my upper lip I was nervous because normaly that hurts the worst but it felt like nothing. She was really nice and talked to me like an old friend. I live in ewa but it is 100% worth the drive.

Had my first brazilian wax today with KellyAnn and I AM HOOKED! She was so incredible and understanding! She made me feel super comfortable and was just all around a great person to talk to through the whole thing! THANK YOU KELLYANN!!! GO TO WAX THE CITY! Trust me! I also got an eyebrow wax, and immediately I could tell that their wax was different! The most pain free eyebrow wax Ive ever had! I recommend KellyAnn and the whole team at Wax The City! Everyone from the moment I walked in, to the time I walked out was SO nice, like Chic-Fil-A level nice!!!! And that is a rare quality to have as a whole team! I am SO incredible impressed, and can not rave more about all the ladies there, the service, the experience, and of course, KELLYANN!

The staff is extremely warm and welcoming when you first enter. Very kind, courteous and all around professional. Kellyanne performed my wax with utmost grace and professionalism; someone definitely anyone can be comfortable with for a first time (first time brazillian waxes especially!)
