They never answer the phone i been trying to call so i can book some tables and they never pick up or i bet they never heard my voice mail, when i go on there site it doesnt even allow you to click on the tables to rent them so annoyed.

The last time we used this company, they were late getting to my home, had minors doing the work. I understand that he may have been a single parent, but there are labor laws that forbid this. The children were around eleven and eight years of age, girls.We waited for our rentals to arrive. Called their number, kept getting a voicemail but couldnt leave a message since the mailbox was full. I Ended up driving there to their company (0.04 miles from my house) and he still wasnt at my home where my husband was waiting. He arrived about an hour before my event, didnt help set the tables, just dropped them off and left. My 63 year husband and I had to do all of the setup ourselves. A stressful event for us. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!The cleanup crew were sloppy as they left stakes still embedded in my lawn which we still have.I will NEVER use them again.

Ocotlan Party Rentals is a one stop shop for your party rental needs. This company first came to my attention with their AMAZING draping that I saw at an event I was at and the host of the event told me about them. Ever since then, which was 4 years ago I have been renting from them. Every time I walk into their shop, the customer service is always great. The delivery guys are always on time and very helpful. I was struggling trying to move some of my own items and the delivery guys helped me without me asking. Such gentlemen. I always refer them to my friends and I will always continue to use them for my events. Keep up the great work. Thank you!
