First time using a laundromat, after the machines at my apartment broke down. Even once they get fixed, I’m going to keep coming here! They have massive commercial washers/dryers to make life so much easier. On top of that, the owner is so nice! As soon as I came in, he offered me a free commercial wash and even gifted me a bottle of water. He was super helpful, friendly, and kind. Highly recommend!

I really do not like laundromats, but I do appreciate a clean one if we have to go. They had new machines and dryers that work. Of course a candy machine so the kids could whine about getting a treat. Loved the cable TV. The bathroom was clean but very dark, only 1 light bulb working but at least it was not locked, like most dontown SLC bathrooms. It said it had free WiFi and to ask the attendant what password is * only there was no attendant* So that sucked. It was very open space and clean..well clean until my 4 kids arrived.

Washer did wash will left whites a light yellow. I used excellent bleach and soap. Not real happy with the out come. Washer had black mold building up.

Clean, operational machines, and seating is on par.I think I saw the manager, he was very nice.Friendly, attentive, and welcoming.Next time I need a laundromat in this part of town, I will return to City Creek Coin Laundry.

This has been far the best and cleanest laundry facility Ive used in a long time. Management and owner are usually always there and are very friendly and polite

Best laundromat Ive ever went to I was there after it closed and the guy stayed open for me just to finish up my laundry not to mention he paid for everything that was left that I had to dry and he also gave me $20 I think the guy who owns this place is the best. thank you very much I really appreciate it I would recommend this place to anybody who has laundry to do

One of the cleanest places I have been. The managment is friendly and even gave us some water while we waited for our laundry.

Washer took the money but couldnt work so I call the owner he sent some to give me my money back an they gave me some extra for the dryer.an the last time I came the owner offered me Free bottle of water. I have only been here 2 times an this place is very clean 👍😊

Decent place to do a small to medium load of laundry. Its not very big and you will have to fight for both washers and dryers and dont bother folding there because there is only 2 tables and the homeless riffraff hangout inside and steal the tables and chairs for there own purposes. Only giving 5 stars because the hours and cleanliness of the place. Probably better to go somewhere bigger if you got alot of laundry to do.

I was still in the laundromat when a nice young girl came in and informed me that they were closed. I thought it closed at 10:30. My clothes were still WET in the dryer. I had no idea, but she was super nice and let me finish drying my clothes. Thank you so much for being kind and allowing me to stay passed the closing time!!

Their service is excellent and the management is very friendly. Every time we go (once a fortnight) they open the door for us and help us take our laundry to our car. Avoid going on Saturdays as it is very busy there. Usually in the weekdays we dont have a problem at all finding available washers and driers.

Definitely pleased with the facility, front load machines did what I expect, decent load size, dryers didnt take long for my load size, pretty clean all around, they have change machine, small vending machiine, tv to pass the time, fair pricing, soap and bleach available for purchase in a vending machine, free wifi was advertised, didnt have any issues to speak of. Did a respectable load, wash and dried for under 5 bones.

Was a great place with newer machines.But staff is incredibly rude. They act like youre wasting their time by being there.This lady was particularly rude towards us. Would not recommend this place

Staff was incredibly rude and nosy. Kept checking on me every 10 minutes, even while folding my laundry. All I wanted was to dry my clothes, not be treated like I was a suspicious criminal. Definitely will take my business elsewhere.

Richard and his wife are always very friendly and takes care of the customers also gives you money for your laundry when ever he is around

I do my laundry every week there the owner Richard is very nice always offering drinks to people and taking care of any problems that may arise. Love that my laundry could be done in less then a hour saves so much time.

The fact that the washer got my clothes done in half an hour was nice. I thought $7.75 was a bit expensive, but it was nice.Gotta admit though, I was a little irritated when I saw there wasnt a single power outlet around to use, which seems to be a common feature in other laundromats. I got a little more irritated when the attendant mysteriously disappeared after holding the door open for me. I was there for an hour and a half, and never saw her again the whole time, so I wasnt able to get the wifi password, and no help with breaking my bills or getting the dryer to work. By the time my FOURTH dry cycle had completed and my clothes STILL werent dry, I was beyond pissed. Im never coming back here again.

Easily the nicest looking laundromat Ive ever used. And the cheapest, even if not by much. The manager is kind of obnoxious, but what can you do?

Im from salt lake but I recently moved to this area and my dryer does not fit in my new apartment so I can wash my clothes at my apartment but I have to dry them at this laundromat .I always am so impressed at how clean and well kept it is good work Ernie, in maintaining this laundromat

It is my second week using these facilities, and it has been great both times we have found the owner and he is very attentive and friendly offering us drinks and the place is clean and very quiet, the machines work very well !!
