Very happy with my nails! First time I’ve been here. They did exactly what I wanted. He spent a lot of time getting the shape just right (I went with a stiletto shape). If you have old acrylics that you want them to take off, take them off yourself before going in cause it will cost $15 for them to do it ...but I’m extremely happy with how they turned out!

Pedicure service was acceptable. Pedicure results less than acceptable due to tech who smudged on nail a lot when she put on pedi sandals (not standard, I had to ask) and repaired minimally. First nail tech did nothing to engage a conversation and split his time with my pedicure service and another customers manicure resulting in long times of wait and a much longer than necessary or wanted time for service. Then he handed me off to another tech do paint nails. I will never go back.

Mary, you are awesome! Very friendly and sweet! Took my 5 year old daughter with me and she she was treated like a princess! I got a deluxe pedicure and it was so relaxing! She did an amazing job getting rid of my winter calluses! Will definitely be back! Very friendly staff!

The shorter lady that works here doesn’t know how to do nails at all! She’s rough an i had a sensitive finger after slamming it the door an I warned her about it an showed her a picture of how i wanted my nails done she did them incorrectly the nail polish bottle was running out of paint an they look horrible an still had the nerve to charge $45

**UPDATED 5th TIME**Yesterday i went back for a fill, color change and design after over 3 weeks. No nails broke or chipped! These things really hold up. I wanted to really challenge my nail artist this time and asked for a rhinestone covered nail. I showed a picture for reference and she nailed it! I am so impressed eith the skill level. Again, I cant reccomend this nail shop enough. You wont leave disappointed.Today I went in after over 3 weeks for a fill and color change. None of my nails broke! I had gems glued on when I got them done and they were still on after 3 weeks. This time I got ombre nails, which normally wouldve been done with dip powder, but I specifically asked for them to do it on my acrylic nails since I believe they are stronger and last longer. They didnt hesitate at all. The woman who helped me was so nice and did a beautiful job! She even corrected a few of my nails that were growing off center. This place is the best!Yesterday I went in for a full set, they were very accommodating. The owner was very friendly over the phone. When I got there I got a complimentary bottle of cold water and was seated immediately. This time I got pink ombre nails, completed by Henry. He was very professional and even did a design for free. I highly recommend this nail shop for girls of all ages!I went today for a deluxe pedi and mani. I am so impressed with the attention to detail. The deluxe pedi is only 10 dollars more, so worth it. I asked for a specialized design today and the artist practiced on an unused nail to make sure she got it just how I wanted it. So perfessional! The rose art was perfect!Today was my first time using Natural Nails, and I was blown away at how attentive the woman was who helped me. She was knowledgable on the latest trends and styles and offered advice with certain shapes. I got the Cats Eye nail polish and loved how it turned out! So beautiful. I will be back. Highly recommend.

Went for a fill on Friday, Henry did an ok job. He change the shape of my nails per my request. Late Sunday in was in a rush and broke my left pointer finger nail. Monday went in for a repair around 5-5:15 Henry was busy. The guy who re did my nail was rude, rough and didnt seem to care. He did it pretty quick. He didnt even take time to file it to match the rest. I should not have to babysit my nail getting repaired he could clearly see that it did not match the rest of my nails. He did not even fully paint the nail. Also he broke the skin under my nail. So now my finger hurts even more then it already did. Not sure of his name wish I would of asked. I will no longer go to this nail shop.

Im pretty sure skinny Kenny did my nails, I hope I did the right place, he did a great job, making my nails look as close to a picture as he could with what they had. I loved them!

So im from Georgia and I have my nail lady who im so used to getting my nails done with, however i came to Madison to work for 3 months and I am happy i found this place. Their nails are natural and the guy who helped me was soooo nice and professional. He did a great job and made my nails look so pretty and natural. I’ve had so many compliments on my nails and I just got them done yesterday 💓

If someone makes an appointment and comes in a few min late (5 min) I would think that person still has the time slot and will be getting their nails done within a few min. Just a thought but I waited 25 min before I had to go and the women that were in there looked like they had just gotten there. Like their nails were still gonna take about 30 to 45 min. I had somewhere to be that is why I made a apt. Was really looking forward to getting my nails done 💅🏻

Everyone there is amazing and they do amazing jobs! They are very friendly and they make the environment great! All the nail technicians are great with the exception of one man. He’s heavier set and older and I went to get a fill when my regular guy was gone and he did a fast and poor job. My nails were uneven and too thin and I went back to get them touched up but it didn’t help so I ended up thickening them at home.

Mary and her coworkers are incredible. They are so welcoming to everyone who comes in, and they do amazing work, too. I had gotten my nails done and happened to chip a nail 3 days into my new manicure; I went in today and my nail tech fixed it up free of charge. I highly recommend this nail place for their friendliness, amenities, and hard work.

I just happened to find this little gem of a place while searching for a new nail teach. Let me tell ya, I will definitely go back. The staff was so friendly, the place is clean, tons of selections, and the prices were great!! Im not very decisive and the wonderful lady who did my nails was very patient with me when I changed my mind on the color.

Myself and two other ladies went in for pedicures and they all began on time and were performed at the same time which isn’t always the case at other places even with appointments together. All of our toes look great and they did a great job with the massage and nail trimming.

I absolutely love natural nails. My favorites are Joy and Mary. When Mary is working with my nails she follows exactly what I request and doesnt bat an eye. Her energy is beautiful and she is very welcoming.

Mary does an amazing job. I have gone to many nail salons and this is by far the best that I have gone to. Out of all the acrylics and shellacs I have gotten from here none have ever chipped. A fair warning though that their services take a while so if you want in and out this may not be your place. I although love the fact that they are so meticulous and treat you like family and dont rush you out the door. This place is fantastic for treating yourself to you time.

I had an amazing experience here. Hong is very sweet and talented and he gave me the best french manicure. My 6 year old daughter also enjoyed the nice treat and everyone was helpful and responsive to our needs. Beautiful place, clean, and nice atmosphere. This salon seems to be hit or miss. This time, my husband and I scheduled an appointment after seeing they salon was very busy when we stopped in the day before. We ended up waiting about 40 mins after our appointment time for service. I got a deluxe pedicure, which was very nice. Mary did a great job on that. However my manicure was rushed, Mary was distracted by trying to help too many other people. I ended up with square nails when I asked for rounded natural, all of which were bubbled by the time they dried. Mary was interrupted during the top coat on one hand and only did one swipe on the middle nail, came back, and forgot the pointer nail and rushed the rest. Unfortunately though I paid for a manicure, I didn’t really leave with pretty nails, and the massage part of the manicure (i.e. my favorite part!) was completely forgotten. :(

Absolutely terrible experience. I was sat down while my dip powder soaked off and was told someone would be with me soon. The lady failed to tell me that they were expecting an appointment and proceeded to help the two people who came in several minutes after me. They had me waiting over an hour just to have an elderly lady come from the back and work on filing my nails off, she was very rough with my hands and cut my cuticles. I wasted one hour and half waiting to be helped, and ended up getting charged a manicure price for ONLY mediocre nail product removal. One of the worst salons services in Madison.

The woman who did my acrylic set was so sweet and did a wonderful job matching the photo I brought in as a reference picture. She took her time to make sure they were done well and I really appreciated that, it definitely paid off!

Great experience. Mary greeted my sister and I with a smile, asked our names, what we wanted and offered chairs for our pedicure. Amy did a great job on my feet and Bee did a fantastic job on my sisters feet.We have been to multiple nail salons and this was the first one that employees were very personable. I’m not a picky person and very rarely complain. I decided to get my nails done today (another rarity) and this friendly company took my right in. I wish I could give them a good rating but the gentleman who did my nails did a terrible job. I could’ve done this to my nails without paying 35.00. He cut too deep on one of my cuticles and it’s still irritated and I left the salon with polish on my skin and gel fused to the top of my fingers that I had to peel off. After talking to my sister I found out the females there do a wonderful job. So if you do go I’d recommend making an appointment ahead of time to be sure to get a good nail tech.

I USED to go to the nail place at West Town Mall. The people at West Town would make fun of me because I had so much stuff on my feet and they didnt want to take the time to do it. They would laugh at me and tell other customers that my feet were really bad. They did this in English and in whatever language they speak. Natural Nails was recommended. Mary greeted me the first time I went in and every visit afterwards. She knows me and my family very well. She always asks how my son and husband are doing. Both of them have extensive medical issues and she always remembers. Everyone in there is personable and kind. There have been times that it hurts when they do certain things but Ive found this to be true of almost everywhere Ive been. It does take longer but they do more stuff which feels good. I highly recommend Natural Nails!

If I could leave less than one star I would. I went to get a simple fill. I asked for a very simple almond shape which Ive been getting for some time now. The lady I had was either untrained or just straight up crappy at doing nails. By the time she had finished ONE hand she had filed the tip of my nails to a sharp point. NOT what I was looking for. I didnt notice because I was trying to relax and was watching the TV. I asked her to please fix them to which I could tell she was becoming annoyed. She quickly slapped some acrylic on my nails told me to let them cure. So I did. She then HANDED me the file and told me to file my own nails. Now at this point k was completely annoyed as well and told her if I had to file my own nails to my preferred shape I wasnt going to pay. So I handed the file back and asked her to please file the shape I asked for you which she responded I cant, you do it. About in tears I got up and told her I was leaving to which her response was Good. With the way she had slapped more acrylic on my nails and how much and how thick they were I ended up paying someone else $65 to fix her mess up. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. Talked in Chinese the entire time I sat there. Didnt ask me anything other engage in conversation.

Loved Bee! She not only did a great pedicure but relieved some pain in my toe. She is very good at what she does, they all were. Mary greeted us, and everyone that came in the door, with a smile and something fun and nice to say. I will be back, definitely!

My husband and I had a deluxe pedicure. Mary and Amy were AWESOME. They took their time and we felt like royalty!!! We had the paraffin wax, hot stone, hot towel, sea salt a d sea scrub. AWESOME job. We were in HEAVEN.

I went here because my usual place I go to was all booked for the day. I wanted a simple acrylic with shellac coffin shape. I had a bigger set man, he was very rough, cut my skin in a couple different spots. He said my nails were too short to do a coffin shape(I always get this length and shape), but he cut them that way. So I ended up with more of a soft square shape, which I’m not happy with. He was just lazy and didn’t want to take the time to file them to a coffin but still wanted me to pay for them. My nails hurt and are so uneven, I feel embarrassed to even show anyone. I will never go here again. Absolutely terrible.

My feet were soar when i left. As a matter of fact they were soar for about 3 days.. When recieving a pedicure felt like she was digging her fingernails into my toes.. I like the way so did my toes in the past but this time it was painful. She also kept nickin my toe.. I kept jerking my feet back even said ouch w couple times

This place is absolutely amazing, I did reviews for this place and another one that was located in west towne mall, and this place is where you want to be. Natural nails is amazing from the customer service to the pedicures and manicures. I love it, when I’m back in town I will definitely come here.

Very disappointed. Got a dip manicure that was bumpy and uneven. My cuticles didn’t look like I’d even had a manicure. The was color on my fingers, I had to file off and it chipped in 6 days. The television kept losing connection, couldn’t even watch that. Had to get it redone—elsewhere.

Went to get my nails done here today, I left very unhappy. I asked for a simple heart on my nail and the technician tried and couldn’t do it. My gel polished nails are bubbly and the tops are already dulled down from him filling them to hard after the color was done. He told me to come back if they chip and he would fix them free of charge.... that made me feel horrible, like my nails are going to not last. He didn’t even take time to do a full manicure and still charged me $25 for just painting my nails..on top of my over grown cuticles which I’ve been peeling color off my skin from. I usually go to a different salon but tried this one because it was down the road from where I work. Ugh. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been getting acylics for 20 plus years. This salon does a great job.. professional, detailed work. Best I have seen. A little more then I am used to paying, coming from a smaller town, but worth the results.

Worst nail job Ive had! Went in for a fill and he filed the base of my natural nail down so far I flinched and pulled my hand away because it hurt so bad. He also filed a corner of one of the nails too much so it is weirdly shaped and some of the other nails are crooked as well. The Polish job was so terrible, he didnt paint the whole nail. With the Polish job done, it already looks like my nails have been grown out for a week, not like they were just done today. There is also lots of little lumps like dust particles all over the nails under the Polish...definitely will not go back! Im actually debating on going to a different place to have them fixed.

I just love the service here. They are extremely friendly and always make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your experience. The atmosphere is relaxing and I always feel like my business is appreciated. When getting manicures I have always explained how much I use my hands at work and how my polish never last but Mary does such an amazing job that my polish rarely chips. And the pedicures OMG, I hate when I dont have time to get a pedi. Everyone does a great job but I personally perfer Tony, he gives the best foot massages, you have to try one I promise youll love it.

Bad experience on mothers day. The woman started on my daughter and then left her for over 30 minutes to work on someone else. Then when she returned she rushed through the gel mani and it looks awful, polish on cuticles and color is uneven. There was also a miscommunication about the design she wanted on one nail, and the manicurist was incredibly rude and went on and on about how it was my fault that she didnt understand. I got dip mani, fine experience except the finish isnt smooth on several. Will NEVER go back.

I walked in and saw no customers in there and I shouldnt of stayed. Wanted a mani-pedi and didnt stay to get a mani. The technician cut me multiple times. She actually cut me so bad my toe bled. I didnt see them clean the tub after I left (so gross).Also, they use cheese graters rather than actual foot sanders.I will never be going back. Worst pedicure of my life.Context: I have been getting my nails done routinely for over 4 years and I have never been cut before.

I went there last night with my family and Tony performed my pedicure. He cut live flesh from my big toes and both today are extremely sore, swollen and pus is coming out. I have taken pictures as well but this review wont let me upload them. I have gone here for quite awhile and have usually had good results. The last two pedicures Ive gotten from Tony he has cut live flesh both times and caused severe pain.

I recommend Kim or Mary. They have done such a good job EVERYTIME I’ve come in. Never a disappointment and I will continue going here!!

So, I just moved to town from my house about 30 mins away. So I changed salons. This salon was nothing but a disappointment. My boyfriend got a pedicure and seemed to not have a lot of fun. But me on the other hand got a full set acrylic, the guy was a heavier set man who did my nails. Well for starters he was very rough, and wasnt relaxing. He kept saying how horrible my nails were. He didnt talk to me the whole time and was all in out rude. Kept checking his phone and not to mention he was trying to go so fast that he ran the file on my skin many times. Pulled at my cuticles. And made my fingers hurt after as well as bleed during. He kept saying it was cause my hands were so bad not because he rain the file over them. My nails are not even on straight. Ive been to many salons this was by far the worst. I will never go back. Im not sure if this was because it was a Saturday. But as soon as he was done and I paid he put his coat grabbed his stuff and left was such a bad experience. I would think theyd want to do a better job as theres another salon 3 doors down. As well as about 15 nail places in this 5 mi radius youd think they wouldnt want to lose business. Totally not happy with my experience.

I was visiting from out of state and wanted to pamper myself a little bit. I was a little overwhelmed not having been to any salons in the area. I took a chance on this place and am SO happy I did!!! They were beyond friendly and nice...and everyone was smiling!! The place is small and cozy. They greet you right away, let you sit and start in the massage chair while you wait, and give you bottled water. The price is great...$40 for a mani/pedi combo!! AND that included a salt scrub and massage....AND they do little flowers/abstract designs on your fingers/toes if you want for no extra charge!! You can tell they love what they do!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!!!

Good service good color selection

My boyfriend and I came in to get a pedicure and dipset manicure. We were immeadiately greeted and seated with little wait. We were offered water and the nail technicians took time to explain how they were going to give me the dipset. Jimmy was my technician and took very good care of me. He really took the time to make sure my nails were perfect throughout the process. My boyfriend loved his pedicure by Mary. 10/10 would recommend. Will be coming back!

Tony did my Gel manicure and pedicure. Both were poor quality, and 3 nails were already chipped less than two days after. He spoke no English so when I asked him to thin out the white on my French manicure 3 different times, he just smiled and nodded. Finally, I had a nail that had a slight tear that I repaired with nail glue and buffing prior to going to the salon. I showed this to him, and asked him to be careful when buffing and filing. He ended up grinding off the glue and repair, thinning out my torn nail to the point it was flimsy and tore more (over half of it off) then put gel over all of it like nothing had happened. That didnt even make it through my drive home before getting snagged on something forcing me to cut it off less than an hour later, leaving me with a $50 french manicure of nine nails.He missed painting large sections of my toe nails. I also wanted french pink and white on my toe nails, but i was told they couldnt do it because my toenails were too small. However, several other nail salons in town havent had any issue with doing a French pedicure. He also cut my cuticles in multiple places.Kim did my eyebrows and never once before, during or after did she offer or show me a mirror, ask what I wanted or if I liked how it looked. She just did what she thought and walked out of the room.The first time I saw my eyebrows was in my rearview mirror in my car.With sooooooo many nail salons in town, errors like this just arent acceptable. I was there over 2.5 hrs, paid $100 and it lasted an hour. I tried this place out for the first time, and they wont be getting any more of my business.

I came in to get my nails done for an event. I showed a picture of a very simple design and was told that they can easily do it, no problem. My nails ended up looking so thick, sloppy and uneven that I wanted to just cut them off right then and there. I told her (Mary) that i do not like how they look, and she said just come back later and I will fix any nail for you for free. I dont have time to come back later. I come there one time to get the outcome I am looking for and pay a lot of money for it to walk out disappointed. I plan n going to a different salon and taking them off, because I cannot look at them, they are so ugly.

This was a random walk in for my moms birthday (shes had several pedis done, I always had done my own) and we had a wonderful experience!!!! We didnt feel rushed, the employees were very friendly and the pedi was beautiful! They also include a leg scrub, massage, and paraffin wax! We will definitely be back!

Me, my two sisters, and my mom, went there to get our nails done this past weekend and I would not recommend this place if you have any kind of time constraint. To start, they used the same tools on multiple people and didn’t seem to clean them. Then they chopped of my moms toenail so much that they were bleeding as soon as she put pressure on them. Then they proceeded to take 4.5 hours to do 4 people’s nails. For what we paid, it certainly wasn’t worth it. Then the lady who did my nails was supposed to do a fill and instead chopped off my fake nails and proceeded to tell me that there is only two nail shapes... there are 12. Honestly this was such a awful experience and I wouldn’t recommend natural nails salon in Madison, to anyone.

Ive been here twice and they have done a great job both times. They take their time on pedicures and manicures and are extremely friendly. Their regular pedicures include a salt scrub and a great leg massage. Mani/Pedi is $40 and they have loyalty cards that give you a free mani/pedi after you get 10 done. :) I would definitely recommend them!

Money hungry nail salon, I called and asked them if they were available to do my nails they said yes come in but they didn’t know I was coming in for a fix they thought I wanted full set or something I drove all the way there only for them to tell me they can’t do my nails, this one big guy that works there is really aggressive with nails he cut me so bad and even dared to ask for tip his so aggressive with his work

Mary did a beautiful job! Can’t wait to bring my family and friends along next time.
