Laser by Nicole is a great facility for laser hair removal. It is very clean, & all the employees are very friendly! I am in the process & though it is a tad bit painful (which may be due to my darker complexion), it is definitely nowhere near the pain of waxing & the process itself is actually very short! I am looking forward to seeing the results after I have completed additional sessions.

Im so happy with my results at Laser By Nicole! The treatment has worked extremely well in some areas, and in other areas it is slowly but surely working. Some other reviews say that it was a waste of money, but its important to understand that hair growth is hormonal, some areas may need more treatments than others, and that goes beyond the initial 8 sessions! It was only thanks to Jennifer that I learned more about the process and how laser can help lessen hair growth. Ive been working with her for almost two years now and I can safely say shes the best! Ive been to a few different laser hair removal centers and this is by far the best! They apply a gel on treatment area prior to laser making the experience truly painless as advertised. I am very happy with the results so far. Im only on my third session and have only noticed 2 or 3 hairs. The office is always clean and never a wait time. I highly recommend Laser by Nicole. If you visit their Weston office, ask for Jen. Shes amazing!

Don’t waste your money, I purchased 8 sessions. Didn’t do anything. Your better off finding a place that guarantees. I spent $500.00 to only have more hair now then when I started. It at least some thing would have happened but nothing happened I just have more hair no because I had to shave, hair now grows in areas it never did before. I would rather spend a couple of hundred dollars more somewhere that actually works, which is what I will be doing and recommending to all my friends and family. I found a place that does way more areas and it’s guaranteed, much less money.

This laser office is very clean & the staff is professional. They offer a quick answering text message bot to schedule appointments, which is incredibly convenient. Leslie is great! She made me feel super comfortable with the treatment. Also the owner, Nicole, is super attentive with her clients. I’ve never met her in person, but I’ve spoke to her a few times on the phone. If you request the bot to speak with staff, she calls to check that everything is alright. Perfect place to get all your laser done!

I recently (and finally!) decided to schedule an appointment for laser hair removal. I contacted Nicole at Laser by Nicole for more information. She was so friendly, helpful and very informative. She was in constant communication with me and was sure to provide me with all of the details in this process. Pricing and package options were clearly provided, as was the payment schedule. I went in to meet with Leslie in the Weston office, which is bright, welcoming and clean. Leslie was absolutely amazing. She patiently answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable and completely at ease. The discomfort of the laser was minimal; honestly, I was anticipating worse. It may sound crazy, but towards the end, I even felt a bit relaxed! I cant wait to go back for my next session. It was so nice to experience such great customer care from a team who is obviously so passionate about their profession. My only regret is not having gone sooner!

Laser by Nicole is amazing! I came in for the first time and they instantly made me feel at home with my laser session. My therapist made sure I felt comfortable while getting my treatment done and made sure the “zapping” was comfortable on my skin. It definitely was not painful at all. I would describe it as a slight discomfort that you grow into and get used to at no time. It’s not compared to a rubber band sling at all and it definitely is less painful than waxing especially since the more you do it the faster your hair will start disappearing.I can’t speak for my results yet as it’s only a few days since my first session. All I can say is that a Nicole was extremely nice and punctual and accommodating at booking my appointment over the phone. As soon as I walked in, there’s a nice little waiting area with coffee so you can sip and relax. I was taken in for my treatment at a very speedy and punctual manner. My appointment also ended on time so I was in and out in no time. Can’t wait for my next sessions to come and to start seeing the results!The best part of all is that they’re on Groupon at a very compatible price. I got 8 sessions on my jawline and the hair still continues to grow back the same. Maybe its because my skin is darker and hair is curly...? Im not sure. I asked the tech (different tech from usual) on my last session how many more sessions would be needed to before I stopped seeing hair growth and she just gave me a generic It depends answer and implied that I may have hormonal issues (I doubt it). Also the whole time she used the laser on me it hurt more than usual (unlike my previous, regular tech).

I brought my daughter to have her teeth whitened at this location and I sure do regret it now.Her teeth look horrible and now she is crying and wont smile.Before they did the whitening her teeth were one color.Now they have lines and square shapes of white and yellow.Im considering suing this company.

I was able to get an appointment scheduled at the Weston office. I am doing removal on my scalp. When I spoke with Nicole, she advised me that the scalp is painful and wasnt sure I could handle it.When I went for the consultation, we tested an area and the pan. Was manageable, so we moved forward and set an appt. date.I worked with Leslie and she was very nice and professional. It took a apx. 20 minutes and I was done.I wont lie, it is painful, but Ive had worse. I am looking forward to my next treatment. Excellent business and like the honesty of the owner. She was not money hungry and just trying to get me in the door. Im a doctor, I have my MD and I know exactly the physiology behind laser hair removal. Ive also done laser hair removal at multiple different places in the last few years, so I know what to expect. I was extremely disappointed with my experience.Let me start of by stating that generally I dont leave negative reviews because I believe in second chances. I infact contacted Laser by Nicole and discussed extensively the 3 negative experiences I had with the company but it was too no avail and nothing was done to make the situation better.First of all, the lady that I had my encounter with was extremely rude and unprofessional. During my first visit when I asked her very politely if she had worked with tanned skin types (because people with higher amounts of melanin in their skin have an increased propensity of skin burns), she started shouting and telling me to look at her diploma on the wall which shows she is certified. This is not an uncommon question when someone is getting laser on their face and her reaction was completely uncalled for. She later did admit she has burned people before but stated I can usually smell the burning, dont worry, I didnt burn you.Secondly, they had some scheduling issues and scheduled me for the wrong time. A few hours before my appointment they asked me to come earlier and I said I would try. The technician yelled at me for being 5 minutes late and stated its better you dont come at all, if you are going to be late. She was very rude and unprofessional. Good customer service is a phrase this company has never heard of. In the beginning they will be kind because they want your business. Once they have your money, you will just be another source of cash-flow for them. I was infact paying full price for everything as my package was not included in Groupon and still they were extremely rude. Ive spent hundreds of dollars with them and it was all a waste.Lastly, and the most importantly. During my third visit, the lady burned my lip. My lip was swollen to twice its original size and was extremely painful. If anyone is interested in seeing pictures, message me and Ill send them to you. This is not a normal reaction, as they will try to tell you.Like I stated previously, I dont generally leave negative reviews. However, I tried giving this company a second chance but was greatly disappointed. I wanted to warn others about my experience. I recommend that you find a different place which has experienced technicians and know how to treat their clients respectfully.

I Had a groupon and received treatment and it was a waste of money!!!! Hair continued to grow on my chin.Im not sure if they have a groupon setting that would cause the customer to return and pay the regular price...but it didnt work. I had to pay another 230 dollars for another to do it over and after three treatments..im hair free..I had 8 with the Groupon. Staff was always nice.

I have been extremely pleased with the results from my treatments. I just went on a cruise for eight days and didnt even need to pack a razor!
