I came in today wanted to do a look I found on Pinterest. I have been coming to this salon for over a year and the last two appointments I have left unsatisfied. Today I came in with hopes of walking out happy with my very simple requests. Unfortunately this is not the case. Before my tech Tina worked on my nails we found the color I needed in powder I asked if she would be able to complete the design and she replied yes only to be told that she wouldn’t be able to put the green color into my design or my toes due to it being powder. The only option was to use black and it looks hideous. I can’t compromise with my nails any long when I am spending $85 every two weeks. I am requesting that it be taken off.

Tina did an amazing job. My first time ever visiting and I will for sure be coming back. They have a great online booking feature on their website and it made it so easy for me to make an appointment and then when you get there just sign in at the front desk. Wonderful experience

Took my daughter for her first set of acrylics. Cindy was very professional as well as understanding to what my daughter wanted. She made suggestions and the design that she did for her was exactly what she wanted. Definitely will use Cindy again.

I went to this salon today. I wanted a cute dip manicure for Valentines Day. I have previously been to this salon and had a less than great experience, but decided to give them another shot. I showed the manicurist a photo, which he said he could do. I wanted small red hearts in my ring finger but instead of drawing them on, he insisted on using a sticker. This was what was used with my previous visit and because the sticker only stayed on my finger for 2 days, I was hesitant. He tried to draw on the hearts but after several attempts, he couldn’t get the hang of it so we mutually decide to use the heart stickers instead. The final product looked cheap and very clumpy. I left but returned a few minutes later to have them fixed because after spending $52, I wanted a nice result. The manicurist who fixed the nails (a different technician) was rough, rude, and unprofessional. She filed my nails so harshly that I left with one of them actually bleeding. I am a frontline worker who has had a rough year working in this pandemic. I have Valentine’s Day off and just wanted to feel cute for a little romantic weekend with my sweetie. I will never go back to this salon ever again.

First time coming and Tina is amazing and fast and the pedicure was perfect especially for someone who hasn’t been in months! This shop is about a 25 min drive for me but definitely worth it. I highly recommend it, they get you in and get you out no waiting like other shops I’ve been to. Definitely will be returning!!

Cindy has always done my manicure. I get the dipping powder. I love it. When I first started going to her my nails were a mess. She saved them for me! Shes a professional and shes also very sweet! ❤️

The guy who did my nails was absolutely the most friendly I have ever met, unfortunately there are many flaws in my nails and the price was absolutely ridiculous. 70 dollars for a fill in thats 20 anywhere else in town. The stones for the pedis are not hot and at the end of the day the value was not there. But he does have a great personality. I probably wont be back but thanks anyway.

Great experience. Young lady did an amazing job. Very relaxing and with todays concerns behind COVID, I felt very comfortable. They have precautions in place.

I love my nail tech Cindy! Always very professional. The shop is always clean. The customer service is my only problem. Sometimes technicians can be overbooked when they preform so well and so I have had to change my appointment times several times. I continue to go to this nail salon because they are always very courteous about having to move my appointment. I personally just don’t go when I know I have to be some where on time because my slot will be subject to change.

I went in yesterday and showed the nail tech what I wanted. The nail tech said he could do it but in the end he could not deliver. My nails look terrible and they cost $60. What a rip-off.

Im always! greeted when I come in the door.She doesnt over drill my nails and knows how to do all the latest techniques on my nails. She is super friendly and always upfront about pricing. She works within my budget while still making me happy.I always make an appointment the day before so I dont have to wait for very long. Very rushed service, sloppy paint job on my toes, ask the owner to clean up the paint job on my toes he grabbed a DRILL to remove polish instead of acetone ! My Big Toe Hurts they don’t listen, very disappointed will not be back !!

I asked for a pink fire nail design (fire was on middle nail and was painted on not like realistic or anything just a swirl thing in the shape of fire). What I got was Purple nails with a gold sticker very cheaply made.Also the sticker was on the wrong nail and there was dirt trapped in the gel. the only thing that was done right was the shape.Fifty dollars for all of this btw

Pros: Great prices. You cant beat $25 shellac manicure, $20 without the manicure. Love the coupon idea! After 4 visits, you receive $5 off your next service. Great location, 5 minutes away from my home.Cons: Drill, drill, drill!! They use a drill on your natural nails! They use the drill to remove shellac, then use it again to smooth your nail before applying the shellac. This process has truly damaged my nail. All of my nails broke in half. One breakage was down to my skin.They REUSE acetone. I sat soaking my nails in acetone while receiving a manicure. At the end of my service, I saw the nail technician use the acetone bottle to sock up the acetone from the bowl I had been soaking my nails in. I was sick to my stomach. I even question there sterilizing. I have even seen a technician take a cotton ball, dip in in some type of solution, wipe the ends of her equipment and place the items that she had used on me back into her box.

So we went yesterday for my friends birthday and one of the guys did a bad job on my friends nails.She went back today and the owners took care of her and did better then the picture we were expecting.My experience was amazing from beginning to end. I got a manicure and a pedicure.I spent a total of 108 including tip.That was for me and my friend, so great in pricing.And the fact that the problem was fixed fast and professional is just amazing to me.So thank you 😊

I have been coming here for years and I absolutely love them!!!

I came into the salon and was to three different chairs in less than five minutes. In the last chair I ended up with “Dani” which is in the second chair to the right when you enter the door. I asked for short acrylic nails and gel polish. As I was describing what I wanted he never responded. Expressing that I wanted the set to have thin acrylic, with a natural look. As he worked on my hands I continued to ask for him to do them as asked. At one point he cut me. I informed him and he became really upset. Then he intentionally began to miss shape the set. I asked him to cut them down and he outright refused to. He stated that I came to late to get them done and he couldn’t do a good job on them so to go elsewhere. I explained to this was unexceptionable. I remained in the seat and another tech came to file them completely off. At that point I was charged 20$ and her reasoning was that I had a full set even if I didn’t like them. I paid and waited in the parking lot to write this review. I’ve come to this salon off and on for over a year and never had a problem before. Ladies and gents beware of “Dani”. He doesn’t listen and will retaliate against you by hurting you and refuse you service as he stated that he is the owner of the salon. I’m going to urgent care as he cut me pretty badly. NO STARS AND A BIG BAD WORD FOR THIS SALON!

I have been coming to this salon for many years. My service today was horrible and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Tina and Danny still do great professional work, but the other members of their team need much improvement.

My wife and daughter went today and they messed both of their nails up. No attention to detail at all. No symmetry as for as the nails go. Very unprofessional and rude. Dont go to this place $50 wasted.

I have been going to this nail shop for almost 10 years. They always have a health score of 100! Usually slow during the week and extremely busy during the weekend so it’s best if you get an appointment then. overall I am always satisfied when I leave and the quality of work is always up to par! I usually come every two weeks for a fill and pedi but sometimes i’ve gone 3 weeks without and had no problems ! love Danny and Tina !

I did the deluxe pedicure Wich it cost $30 and told the lady I wanted gel...and she charged me $50 ...so that means that just for the gel polish they changed $20??? Thats toooooo much... Just be aware people.
