After a horrible experience at another dealership, our expectations were really low. We were absolutely blown away by the level of service we received at Tooele Chevrolet Buick. There was no ridiculous back and forth about the price and we had a full quote before we made the 2 hour drive to test drive the car. The entire sales team was so friendly and knew both my and my husbands names. From the beginning, it was incredibly low-pressure and every part of the purchase experience was so easy. We left so happy with the experience, but the amazing service didnt end when we drove the car off the lot. After a few days, we had noticed a few things with the car that we wanted checked out. My experience was positive. I was in communication with my salesman (Riley Briggs) through email prior to my arrival to the dealership and our communication was great, not pushy at all. Had to wait almost a month for an appointment for a safety recall. After 3 hours and no update, I call and get hung up on once, then hold for a while, then told they havent started yet because other people are there. What is an appointment for????????? After 5 hours I stopped by because noone could get a hold of the service advisors. Still wasnt even touched.Now I have to find some other incompetent dealership to wait a month again for an appointment.New company, New philosophy just more of the same, no thanks.

Took my car in for warranty repair last Oct-Nov 20 (leaking front strut). Had oil changed last month only to find they failed to put the sway stabilizer back on after replacing the strut. Not sure how the tech couldve missed it, ...but they replaced the sway stabilizer. Lesson relearned, ...check that work is completed properly.

I took my inherited 1989 Chev truck that has only 38,000 miles on it to have them look at why it is stalling in reverse, when you bank hard to turn. After $1300, 3 different parts, 3 different visits, and the truck stalling in a busy intersection AFTER leaving the dealership, the problem still exists. I had to have the truck towed, and was not compensated for it. Plus, new issues appeared after they worked on it, needing more money to fix. It was a nightmare from start to finish AND they kept the truck for days on end while fixing it. Im new to the area and thought a dealership would be the way to go. Boy was I wrong! After telling the receptionist about the awful service during a call they initiated, the service manager made a halfhearted attempt to call back, but never left a message. Dont trust their diagnostics and get a second opinion.

My sales rep was very personable and friendly, the manager was very nice and explained things so I could understand, and my finance rep did an excellent job of making sure I knew everything about the vehicle and financing.An amazing staff and a great experience.
Bait & Switch, Lack of Integrity! Know before to make the drive.We found a vehicle we liked online and reached to them. They shared the specs and we agreed to a price. To be clear, the sales manager quoted us an “Out the Door” price which includes tax and fees. We agreed to the price. We made the 1 hour drive to Tooele (from south salt lake). Got there, did the test drive and was ready to sign.Then they brought a new sheet with $3300 in additional costs. Said some story about a mistake, that he forgot to add in the taxes. Out the door is out the door. This is after three different people in the dealership spoke about how they are transparent, no drama, easy to buy.Sales manager lied on the phone, lied to our face and then tried to turn it around and say we did not want to pay taxes. I like the truck but had to walk out.I will say the salesman, Brendan, was great.
My experience here was SUPERB, if I could turn back time I would have walked into this dealership first. They were very nice with talking to us about our car and customer service, but they had all the information about our car that was getting serviced and they had us make an appointment so that we could have specific things taken care of. We showed up and they seemed to make an excuse by saying that they didnt know what car it was, and that the specific headlight they didnt have after we set the appointment with them to get that headlight. I am unsatisfied with their service and how they lack the ability to be honest with us about what they can and cant do for a specific price

UPDATEAfter submitting my review I was contacted by the sales manager, who apologized for my experience. He sent someone to my home to hook the car up to a little handheld to see what codes were coming up. He the called and set up an appointment for someone to pick up my car, take it to their shop and run a free diagnostic. There were several things that were wrong and they were able to fix everything and I only had to pay my deductible. They even brought my car back to me. I couldn’t be happier with the way they stepped up and owned the situation. Really, they went above and beyond. I have changed this from a 1 star to a 5 star for the way this was resolved. Thanks Mike and staff!!I scheduled an appointment to get my car looked at and when arrived I was told that they couldn’t even look at it for 2-3 days. I confirmed the appointment through text every time they sent me one. They should have contacted me to let me know they were backed up and rescheduled my appointment. Instead, I took time off work, which cost me income for the day, called someone to come with me to give me a ride home, inconveniencing them, and I’m going to have to turn around and do it again for the next appointment. This cost me time and money that I can’t afford to lose.Customer service here is very poor.
The TMC website refers to themselves as A new company. A new philosophy. I bought a new 2019 Camaro here about two weeks ago and they lived up to that stated philosophy.I shopped around from Layton to Provo and nobody was even close to their prices or customer service. Mark Kruse is simply the first guy who dropped the real number out of the gate that Ive seen in 30 years of buying cars. He went way above the trade figure I was expecting and hammered the truck price. I didnt even negotiate from the first printed number because it was fair for all involved. I had my vehicle in the shop to diagnose a binding/popping noise in the front end. the best they could do was say the exhaust is rubbing the rear shock. anyone who has a clue about vehicles would have test drove it and would have been able to tell it wasnt the exhaust rubbing. that has been like that since well before the front end issue. this is the second and final this waste of space dealership will touch my vehicle. The last time it was in, the great electrical expert there couldnt figure out how to check fuses. After spending almost a $1000 to troubleshoot/fix an electrical problem, the vehicle sat there for a while with no progress. I got tired of waiting and picked up my vehicle. I spent an exhausting 5 minutes checking fuses and found 3 blown fuses. Everything was just fine after the fuses were replaced. Whoever is hiring these mechanics needs to be fired.
When we showed up at the lot I was very doubtful that we would have much luck. With my credit score not being awesome and no down payment available, Richard and the team made it happen for us. The service department was really friendly very knowledgeable took care of my issue with my vehicle right away although I had to wait for better transportation to come back to transport me back home while the car was being repaired and I was there for three hours waiting for them to go to Rush Valley Utah and back to Tooele and I finally just got my own ride before they even got back to the car lot so their response time on returning their customers back to their homes need some work but all all in all I give them three stars for the service department they didnt excellent job Monty is the man to go talk to thanks Marty you are the man

Very incompetent and dishonest service department. A very wrong misdiagnosis. Told me I needed a new transmission. Quoted me a very outrageous amount. Decided to get a second opinion. Took it to a transmission specialist. They questioned why the cat was even there; told me the transmission seems normal and nothing wrong. I then had the car taken to a different mechanic (the new car dealership I bought the cat from). They tell me I have a bad wheel bearing and bent control arms. Strange. How do we go from that to that? Dishonesty and incompetence.
I had an appointment on Friday 3/6/2020 for warranty work on my 2014 Chevy Silverado. Upon return of the vehicle and driving the 2 miles to my home several dash lights came on as well as the truck did not want to stay running. When picking the truck up from the warranty work was only informed that the check engine light was coming on. However, on 3/12/2020 the service manager said the vehicle was not wanting to stay running while in the shop. I called the dealership after speaking with an employee and was told to bring the truck back and service would attempt to look at it on Saturday 3/7/2020 or at the latest Monday, 3/9/2020. It is now Thursday 3/12/2020 and finally got results by speaking with the service manager. There were several excuses given between Monday and Wednesday as to why the vehicle work had not been taken care of or even examined closer; the technician was sick; technician was late to work…… I am not sure at what point it became acceptable to push the issue of employees not coming to work/ able to perform job onto the paying customer. It is not as if the services are being preformed free of charge or was offered a loaner vehicle for having the vehicle in your shop nearly a week, when it was only to be there for 2 days or at the worst 4 days.
If you are ever in Tooele and need help with your automobile please go see Autumn at Tooele GMC. EXTRAORDINARY service to say the least. I will not deal with any other dealership other than Tooele GMC after my pleasant experience that I had at Tooele GMC! THANK YOU GUYS! AWSOME!!!

Had a appointment to get my truck fixed that i made a week before dropped off my truck at 8am like the appointment said and at 12:30 my truck had not even been looked at. Why have appointments if they dont matter. So I went and picked my truck at 230pm with nothing done to it
I had these guys work on my 2009 Chevy Avalanche. Gave them the keys Monday and asked them to work on it whenever they had time throughout the week and they called me Tuesday morning saying that it was done.They replaced the evap sensor.Great experience - Wyatt in the service department took good care of me.Matthew - a sales representative was willing to assist me looking at cars. He came across as very diligent and not aggressive. If I buy a car from this place, itll only be from him.Thank yall!

Not only was the problem with my car fixed, but the staff was courteous and attentive to my concerns. I particularly appreciated the rides I received from the dealership to my home while my car was being fixed, and from my home to pick up my car.
We love to support our local businesses, but will under no circumstance ever go back to this dealership. Every experience from looking at a new vehicle to having our vehicle serviced has been a horrible experience. I had a salesman lie to my face when asking about the Chrysler Town and Country being discontinued with the new arrival of the Pacifica and they lied saying they werent aware of that. I know salesman are usually dishonest, but anyone who does their research knows that fact. We have had two new vehicles (not purchased at this dealership) serviced at this dealership and each service was not completed properly (which required a return visit to complete) and fluids were leaked onto the engine. Not to mention that during a simple tire rotation they didnt switch the tire pressure sensors and fluids were not even topped off. Now of all things my husband calls for a quote for a routine service (hopeful that since the service department is under new management things will be different). Well instead of calling back with a quote we were scheduled for an oil change! That is an example of what horrible service this dealership provides! Honestly I wouldnt even trust them for a simple oil change and would rather go to Jiffy Luve or Grease Monkey. This dealership needs some serious help! We will be driving out to another Chevrolet dealership for our services and a new vehicle.

Took my GMC truck in because I had a tire that kept going low, found a nail in it. The service department was happy to help. Didnt even charge me for the tire repair and even readjusted my TPM system to show the correct tire in the right place. Waiting area was fully stocked with all kinds of coffee, tea, soda, and water. They even have popcorn and candy. Total cost zero, rare to find a place that will do work for free nowadays.

To whom it may concern,I had 2013 Chevy Duramax HD Crew Cab. I loved that truck and had planned on keeping it 20 years. It developed some electrical issues that could not be figured out. I had it your shop at least 10 times with the same issue. It was very frustrating and took away from a lot of camping trips we had planned over the year and a half it was going on. I have bought 6 vehicles from your establishment even though it has changed names a few times. The issues with my 2013 Chevy turned into 3 separate cases filed with GM. This is not a negative report. I want you to know the reason I continued to come back and that is because the individuals that you have working for performance. Mont in the service department kept me in a vehicle thru all this and helped me as much as he could. I know Mont on a personal level and know he is a good man. He was as frustrated as me with the situation.
