I went here for a relaxing hour without my kids, and ended up leaving because the decided to put a child with a loud ipad next to me, not in a pedicure chair, in the small seats the techs use.Waste of my $60, I have 3 kids at home I could’ve been annoyed by.

I simply needed a fill in . The nail tech misshaped my nails to a complete different shape that doesn’t exist. After explaining I just needed coffin shape. Maybe it was a language barrier but I was still charged full price even when I asked her not to complete the service. No one offered to fix the problem. Only nails salon charging extra 20.00 for gel polish. So basically i was charged 90.00 for a pedicure since that was the only thing done successfully. They also use their nail drills on the highest speed . Be prepared for sore nail beds!

Madison Nails and Spa is my daughters and I go to place for manicures, pedicures and waxing. This is the only place we go since we found it! The people there are wonderful and they do an awesome job with all the services we have used. I first went there to get my eyebrows waxed and they did a great job but what keeps me going back is that they put something on my skin after that really soothes my skin. And if I get my top lip done they they do something that makes it sting less. Also with all the pedicures I have had there, I have never had an ingrown toenail, and that has happened to me several times at other nail salons. I highly recommend Madison Nails and Spa!

They did a really good job on my nails and amazing pedicure but they over price wayyyyy to much I don’t think I will be going back plus one of the nail techs was flirting with much little cousin that is 13!!! And they also are very rough they made all of my fingers bleed with my nail dril ...

I have been there twice now, once for shellac on my toes & fingers and once for a manicure. All of the staff is friendly and talkative, not to mention they do excellent work.

I had heard good things about this place, but my experience was not good at all. I even contacted the owner about my experience and she was not helpful at all and took over a week to respond to me. I got a mani/pedi and was so disappointed. It was painful, the lady didnt understand what I was telling her, the polish looked so very bad and I removed it as soon as I got home.

I love this place and had such a great first impression. I got a full set with the dipping powder. I was amazed. It is very clean and the nail techs are very professional. Barely even any wait time either. Wendy did my nails and I will be back to see her again.

I received a pedicure and gel polish on my nails. I had to touch up my feet in the shower the same night. The pedicure wasn’t done well at all. The gel on my nails is peeling off . It hasn’t even been a week. For the price, I expected better . There’s an extra $5 charge for each service, due to covid . That’s fine, but with all the money I spent, again, I expected better.

I have been getting my nails done at this place for half a year and do not plan to go anywhere else. I live 30 mns away from Madison and this is honestly my favorite place to get my nails done. They are very nice and friendly! They know how to treat their customers! I recommended this nail salon to my friend and they were satisfied with their experience!!

Not satisfied at all first they didnt understand what I wanted kept asking me to get gel polish instead of regular and kept insisting I get a different shape than coffin why they wouldnt just do them like I was asking instead of insisting on doing them other than what I was asking for idka nd did not know how to do coffin shape evidently cause I had to come home and fix them some nails were alot shorter than others just not a good experience at all and i normally pay about 33 or 34$ for a full set regular polish and polish toes i was charged 60$ i will not be going back

Ive already recommended two of my friends and they have enjoyed their experiences there. I continue to go with a friend every couple months as a fun treat/hangout for us. I like these technicians! They were detailed, thorough, gentle and communicated well with getting our approvals of the color, shape etc. I think we will request them when we go again.

I recently moved to this place and have been searching for a good nail salon that has good customer service. Ive tried 3 other places and was not impressed at all. And this salon is excellent! I just went for the first time this week and manicurist took care of my feet. It was heavenly. The pedicure was great. I look forward to going back again and again.

My GEL NAIL polish started to peel off within only 2 days after getting service. Thats my only complaint. Wendy was my nail technician. She was kind and courteous. The staff was professional. But my nails looked horrible after only a couple of days and I tipped $20 and paid good money. So of course I was disappointed.

I love this place. they are always friendly professional and prompt. if the wait is going to take long they will always reschedule you. they will not waist your time. Always greeted when I walk-in. Rarely have to wait for a chair. If you make an appointment you get in within minutes of arrival, even when they are busy. Staff is always courteous and they do great work. Waxing always looks great too. I never go anywhere else.

Another wonderful pedicure at Madison Nails & Spa. One thing that i love about this place is they bring out a clean box of tools for each customer unlike some other nail places that just wipe tools off with rubbing alcohol. Technician wasnt rushed and did a great job. Hot cream and massage is heavenly!

They always make you feel welcomed, not rushed. They listen to what you want, and they are the best with children when you have to take your lil one with you. I am extremely happy that they had been recommended to me.

Lena did a great job on my nails. She removed my acrylic nails that 2 other places did a terrible job on, and did a shallac gel finish on my natural nails for durablilty. My new go-to place for sure.

My first time visiting there I got the best pedicure I have ever had in my life along with a wonderful foot massage. Their techniques are modern and the salon was extremely clean. Their prices are competitively priced compared to other salons who were not as professional. I plan to go back for a fill in soon.

I always have such a good experience with Wendy. She always makes it such a treat to have my nails done. Ive been going to her for about 4 years and couldnt ask for a better nail tech. She does a fantastic job and is always extremely professional and friendly. Lena, the owner provides an wonderful relaxing environment. Went last week for dip nails. One, they dipped my nails directly into the powder which is unsanitary. Second the gentleman who did my nails clearly did not know what he was doing. I had to ask him after he thought he was done to make my nails smoother and less bulky. I was so unsatisfied after 2 hrs of being there I gave up, paid and left. Went back a few days later because my nails were lifting... ALREADY! Why go back? Cause I had to match the color. A new person did my nails and did a complete different method than the first guy. The nail ended up being completely different from the rest of my nails. I also had to ask her to go in and make my nails less bulky after she thought she was finished. Beware who you let do your nails there if you are getting tips and doing dip. I gave them 2 stars only because the facility is very clean and nice.

This group of people are Awesome! They have always done an excellent job on my pedicures and nails! Very clean place. They also did my microblading it looks so awesome. It looks just like hair. My first trip here was excellent! I got the most thorough mani/pedi Ive ever had. They also managed to some how make my terrible feet soft. So many colors to choose from and they do nail art. Excited to go back!

Ive noticed that the health score of the salon has been 100 consistently every time that Ive been there. I would never use another salon than this location.

I honestly enjoy my experience at the Madison Nails and Spa as I was a new customer. However, I didn’t fairly enjoy how rude customers were treating the nail technicians. On Saturday, I came in to get my nails done and notice how rudely one customer was treating one of the nail technicians, Nancy. This lady was criticizing and complaining on why she didn’t want to speak English and started to act very poorly to her.First off, I need to state off that customers really need to stop treating these workers like they are machines. Sometimes they have rough days and they can’t do as well as they used to be. These people have families of their own and can’t spend all their time working on one little piece of your nails. I honestly don’t know how anyone could have the right mind to treat someone like this. These nail technicians has lives. They might not be as fortunate as others with well paying and easy jobs. Customers can’t treat these people like they have no value other than painting nails. And sometimes these nail technicians don’t even get enough sleep or rest, and have off days. And all these negative reviews on this nail salon makes me sick. You don’t know how it feels to make a business just to have people talk trash and negativity about it. Weren’t you people taught on how to react others the way you wanted to be treated?

I love my nail salon. Its very clean and the staff is friendly. They have convenient hours. They offer many different services and options. Fair prices as well.

The experience I had was terrible!!! The guy that did my nails acted like he was in a race to get my nails done. He didnt file my nails and I had pieces hanging off the side. I asked him to fix it and he painted it to the side of my nail. Other nails look terrible. He was very rough and didnt care. My fingers were red and almost bleeding. I wouldnt dare go there again.

It took two and a half hours for a manipedi after they assured me it would be ‘about an hour.’I got a great pedicure but the woman who did my manicure was rough and impatient. She told me repeatedly to relax my hands (which I’m pretty sure I was doing) and when I didn’t do it the way she wanted, she twisted my fingers uncomfortably while expressing her annoyance. The end result was a mediocre manicure.This salon is a gamble. Can sometimes be great, can sometimes be pretty bad.

Call this morning got a appointment with Wendy for 2:00. She got me in and out. Love my nails

Ive been coming to this salon for more than 3 years. Everyone is greeted immediately. I have never seen anyone have to wait more than 15 minutes. Lina, the owner does my nails. She does a great job and works with me to create interesting color combinations and designs. All of the technicians are good. Everything is sterilized and the tools are prepackaged for each client. Their health rating is a consistent 100. I recommend so many people to come here.

This salon seemed a little pricey, but they do great quality work! The price in the end is worth it!

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon and i will definitively be a regular! I got a pedicure and gel manicure and the experience was great and so relaxing! They use disposable nail files and sponges (all salons are supposed to but salons don’t always follow this rule I’ve noticed) and they had the perfect matching color for the gel polish on my nails and regular polish on my toes.

They were very good, attentive, and kind in the beginning. I’ve been coming here for about 18 months. I made ONE (my first) complaint about my nails a few months back and they’ve been rude and dismissive ever since. Just today I came back to try again. I asked for a pedi and full set and they waited until my pedicure was done to tell me that no one was available FOR THE REST OF THE DAY to do my nails. It was 1pm on a random Wednesday... Never coming back

They people here dont give the same level of service to walk-ins vs regular clients. I was at Batteries plus and decided to go in for a quick polish change and brow wax. My brows were too thin and had spaces. My polish didnt have enough coats. I wont be back.

Had microblading done here! The whole experience really couldn’t have gone better. Everything was so professional and amazingly sterile. Almost hospital like. Although really nervous about the procedure and the final result beforehand, I have nothing but good things to say after having it done. The results were great; very natural just as requested. Discomfort was minimal and the healing and care process was explained in depth in order to achieve the best results! Definitely recommend!!

The work they do is great. They did a really good job on my nails. They customer service skills did not match my expectation.

I came in last week with my mom, daughter and i for a fun time pedi . The boss, and two other females talked about our toe nails and my finger nails the entire time, and made fun of them, laughing and pointing showing of my nails to the boss .i didn’t want to get filled at their store on that day . that was the most disrespectful and rude thing to do to paying customers $75 +tips and just to be insulted!, NO!yet each one got a tip but i did tell my ladyhow rude the three of them were so i’m leaving this review! unsatisfied

Madison Nails & Spa offers excellent service. I’m very particular about my nails and pedicure. I’ve been going to Lina for over 2 years now. The customer service is awesome. They have many nail colors, keep up with the latest nail trends and offer a variety of other services (wax etc). My preference is the SNS dip powder which keeps my natural nails strong and healthy. I would advise you to make an appointment because the new location is conveniently located and the walk-in traffic is high. An appointment will put you ahead of the walk-ins.

I hardly EVER post reviews but the way I was treated today was absolutely ridiculous! Poor customer service has been the most memorable experiences that this place has to offer. WENDY & LINA we’re both very rude with nasty attitudes when I stated a problem about my tips for a full set being cut too short. When I was told I am being “too picky” it blew me!!! As far as I’m concerned, my requests should be made bc that is what I am paying you for! After reading other reviews (to see if I’m the only person that experienced this) it seems like regular customers are treated like precious saints compared to walk-in clients. I will not be coming back or referring business to this place! OAN Train your nail techs accommodate clients instead of making excuses for mediocre service 😒

Please be aware because I returned due to the nail polish being lumpy after day one of having them done. I returned the following day to show Nancy the tech and she was extremely rude! She shook her finger as if I was a child and told me what she felt would be best for my nails after I told her repeatedly that I only want gel not powder. She pouted like a child the entire time she was removing the gel. I always tip and now I want everyone to know once you return if serviced by Nancy she pretend like she cannot understand English. Trust me they all speak English but use it to their advantage when they do not want to honor quality service.Consider this as a warning! I will never return to this salon!!!

I have been here several times. My sister had given me a Gift card for Christmas in 2017. I also had another one that was not dated. I usually wait until spring to have my pedicures done. I forgot about the gift cards last year and went and paid cash for my services. I ran across the gift certificates and decided to take my sister to get manicures and pedicures done today. We checked to be sure we could still use them since I know one had expired. They said yes and said that the price had gone up and we would have to pay the extra cost. Of course I had no problem with that. We were both going to upgrade our pedicures to a more expensive service. We had picked out our colors and they had directed us to our chairs. They had already started removing my toenail polish when the same lady that initially told us we could use the gift certificates said that one had expired. My sister decided she wouldn’t have anything done if they were not willing to honor the amount that had already been purchased. Then they said mine had also expired because it had their old location listed. We both left. My sister and I both, along with 2 of her daughters used them exclusively for all our pedicures. I feel they could have made some kind of arrangement with us. It’s not like we clipped a coupon that expired. These were bought gift certificates and we were planning to spend more money above their value. They lost lots of future business today because I won’t be back!

Beware. Definitely stay away from the old guy if you want dip nails. He is horrible. My nails are too big for my fingers, clumpy and thick plus he was too rough. Also, the color palate is off. I choosed a gold color dip powder and it turned out olive green. Before I even got a chance to voice my grievances, I noticed I was missing my wallet. But had my checkbook in my purse. Long story short, the owner didnt know what too do saying she wont take checks! Tried to send me to the bank with someone tailing me like they would miraculously allow me to get money out with no ID. I had to leave my phone just to go all the way back home, in order to come back and provide her with payment. I did apologize for not having the proper form of payment, then offered advice that she should take cash app, google or apple pay, pay pal or something if this should ever happen again because she made me feel some type of way about the situation with her rudeness and lack of understanding, and for this reason I would not be returning. She basically told that was my problem. Clearly it was an our problem because I couldnt pay for her service at the time, right. I cant and wont ever support a business who cant respect their clientele and provide a decent service along with customer service. As well as the right to refuse service to anyone sign hanging in their establishment. Who and why would you refuse service to anyone I wonder? Ill tell you who, anyone with an opinion, just like I told old dude the color was off on my nails and the shape and he got an attitude about it, then became rough stating I wasnt hold my hand properly. 1 star is 1 too many in my opinion. Needless to say. I will be going across town in the morning to correct this disaster.P.S. excuse all the typos, my fingers are sore from the roughness of old dude rubbing dipping powder off with a rough dry towel.

If youre going into the salon I recommend a pedicure over a manicure. My pedicure has lasted for over two weeks and the massage treatment I got was heavenly.I did get a shellac manicure or and it barely lasted a week before the tips began wearing off. I get shellac because I am constantly washing my hands as a teacher, and having it we are off within a single week was a bit annoying.

I am from out of town. I was worried about finding good service. Maddison Nails & Spa went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. I highly recommend.

I haven’t been to the spa a lot but I have heard from my friends that the owner is very rude most of the time they have been there. I in no way try to be rude but I can say myself she gives off a vibe to me personally, or like gives an attitude. She also treats people with appointments better than walk ins and it gets on my nerves most of the time because some walk in people could be waiting for like 3 hours and the owner would decide to do the person who could show up to an appointment late. She doesn’t show much respect or attention to “walk in”customers. Just in my opinion, I hate that, like it’s the vibe she gives off that she doesn’t care about most of her customers.If you are a new time customer though, and you want to have a good experience, I recommend either Wendy or Nancy. I just wanted to share some of my friends and I experience after going to this nail shop.I am not trying to offend the owner, I’m just trying to share my opinion.

I asked for the managers name so that I could speak about getting them done earlier. Then this Person said She was the manager. SMDH now.
