Today, I went in to get dip powder. This was my first time ever going to Grand Nail Spa and let me just say they did not disappoint at all! Lily took her time and was very careful when doing the dip powder. She was so nice and friendly! I am so happy with my nails!! No one has ever done my dip nails so beautifully! I will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you so much Lily❤️

Amazing service! They are welcoming, accommodating, clean and kind.Today was my first visit and I will definitely be going back. I called about 30 minutes before they got me in. Everyone there was helpful and pleasant to be around. My nails came out great and their prices are wonderful.

I called twice to ask about a technician that could work on ingrown toenails. Both times I was told yes they had someone. Made an appointment. What a beautiful, clean facility. No chemical smell. Unfortunately the nice lady that worked on my feet didn’t have a clue what to do. I even told her at the start that I had a problem with ingrown toenails and she acted like she was fine with it. I had to tell her several times to cut shorter. I wasn’t getting polish so I don’t know why she was hesitant. So two weeks later and they need to be cut again. I’d like to go back but I don’t know if they actually have someone to help me. For a regular set of toes I would say go because its really nice 👍🏻

I have been coming here for a couple months now. I have never walked out not liking my nails/toes and they last me so much longer than when I have gotten my nails done at other salons in the past. They are super accommodating with my random walk ins since I never know when I’m free to make an appointment. Highly recommend them!

This was my third visit and my last. The salon appears clean and there are many color choices. My issue really wasnt with the service as much as the deceptive money grabs, the last two visits. I have zero problem paying for my services, this is a luxury that I work for to treat myself. They lure you in with advertised pricing and then at check out tack on 35.00 extra for gel polish if you get that instead of regular, albeit advertised as $15.00. I brought the actual price list they gave me and the young lady refused to acknowledge just said prices went up.Okay, no problem I am taking my monies elsewhere an extra 35.00 for gel is excessive, because they want to separate the customer from as much as they can, they clearly dont value or understand loyal and repeat customers. Just be forewarned when you finish and pay. Too many other choices, and honestly you are treated like they are doing you a favor, weird vibe Im out.

If you go to Grand Nail Spa ask for Kelly. She is the best! She did my nails for my wedding and she is amazing. She was so patient with me and my 4 Year old daughter who came with me. The entire staff is very sweet and accommodating and its a very welcoming and calm environment. I have been to many salons before but this one you feel that you are acknowledged and cared for and thats why I will continue to come back.Thank you Kelly & your entire staff ❤ You are the best!

I moved to Land O Lakes about a year and a half ago and tried out all the nail places in our area. I FINALLY found Grand Nail Spa and Im absolutely in love with them! Kelly is not only an amazing/professional manager, but a talented nail tech. Kelly is able to create all the nail design challenges I approach her with. My nails always look great and they last! She never rushes and pays close attention to detail. They have every color imaginable and keep up with current nail trends. Im super picky with my pedicures as well. Any of their nail techs do a great job on my toes! OH the foot massages.. sooooo good. In regards to the salons atmosphere, its soothing and clean.

So don’t bother making an appointment to this place because they do not value your time even with an appointment. Also, Lynn was extremely rude and after two times of having Nelson doing my nails, they chipped both times within a couple of days. Really did not appreciate how they negated my appointment and made me wait an additional 30 minutes plus I didn’t get to see the person I made the appointment with..

Pedicure was good but the person who was doing the manicure was in a hurry $80 not fair

It was clean and neat. They were very professional and kind,and gave the Best pedicure lve ever had..ask for Lynn or Jayden theyre both excellent!!! And Nelson is the best on nails..book early theyre always busy!!

Staff is very judgmental and picks and chooses if they can see you even if staff is available. Will nor return here. The nail tech that I had was a male and was great though, so I gave 2 stars. Found a new and much more welcoming salon in wesley chapel!

Every time I come into Grand Nails I have such a great experience. I always leave happy with my nails, Kelly takes such great care of me and makes sure I love every set. All of the staff is so welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere overall is so nice, it really is the cherry on top of having beautiful nails every time I leave!

Super friendly staff and good service. Their nail service is excellent. But I also went for an upper lip wax and it’s been two days and my upper lip is still swollen and hurting. I even developed some bumps. I would be skeptical of other waxing services.

My nails turned out horrible! He did not file them good at all, did it so fast he didn’t even take his time to do them good. They were Too bulky, and they were all uneven. It was my first time here. I’m never coming back again.

I called in and made an appointment. I get there after driving 30 minutes and then they take 5 people before my scheduled appointment. I finally was seen after an hour of waiting just to be told I’m sitting at the wrong chair and then a nail tech who clearly could not communicate to me what she wanted me to do in English came up to me and told me I needed to move back to the waiting seats. I walked out. This is the third time I’ve waited 30mins+ after calling prior to schedule an appointment. I will not be ever going back. The only reason I went a third time was because I had a coupon. I figured this would happen with wait time. It’s predictable for them to make you wait.

I LOVE job they did on my nails! I had outgrown dip nails on acrylic that were really thick. They really took theyre time removing the powder and tips. I got the dip on my natural nails here, and they honestly look like I have acrylic on! Besides my nails, they were super friendly and quick to help as soon as I walked in. Ill be coming back in the near future. Thank you for the beautiful nails!! 😍💅

Dirty, dirty, dirty. I don’t know when it was cleaned last. Dust everywhere, plexiglass to separate the customer from the nail techs but they are filthy too. Won’t be coming back.

Told them what i wanted, and did not get anything close to what i said. asked for acrylics- got dip powder. not even the color i asked for! i asked for a light pink number and now i have nasty orange nails. oh and also, when the nail tech was filing my nails, they literally took off skin on three of my fingers because they filed too much. would not recommend this place, they don’t listen to what you want.

I love this place, me and my mom was driving around city just to find a good nails spa, and we decided to give a try at this place. I’ve been three times so far. The pedicures of all types are unbelievable!!! Even the basic pedi is great. First time doing nails and I got a full set with French powder dip. I didn’t like the dip turn out so I’m sticking with acrylics and polish next time. Kelly and Staff are very nice and price is fair. Love this place!!

The woman who greeted me was very nice and the facility was pretty and clean. My issue was that the nail tech seemed mad the entire time. Sighing and yanking at my hands if I didnt hold them perfectly the way he liked. I mean like really yanking my hand down hard. Almost no conversation at all and would reply angry or sarcastically. Once he was done my pedicure he snatched the towel from under my feet without even saying anything. It was literally like getting my nails done by someone who hated me. I really wanted to love this place but Ill never go back. Im sorry for the good employees there that have one person make you look bad. He doesnt care about your business and he doesnt care about your customers.

Great staff, beautiful nails, and clean place!!My first time the manager, Kelly, gave us a discount on our nails because of the wait which was so sweet of her.The second time, we didnt get in until near closing and the staff still worked diligently for us and even worked 2 hours after closing time.

I’ve been going to Kelly at Grand Nails since Easter and trust me I’ve been to a lot of nail salons from Brandon, Tampa, Zephyrhills and Land O Lakes and I even stopped getting my nails done because I am SUPER picky and very much a perfectionist and KELLY is the BOMB! I have acrylic over my natural nails and Gel polish (Cat Eyes) and I will NOT go any place else!!!’ I’m in LOVE!
