Theyre the best, only place i go to

Not friendly at all. It should be a pampering experience. Did not happen. And It took almost an hour for my manicure only and the nail polish chipped second day.

I walked in at 5:15 ON A FRIDAY and very rudely the owner jade told me to she’s not taking me even tho they close at 7 pm maybe because I’m younger or I’m not a regular but she was so rude about the situation I even called to ask what time they close before coming in. I took a Uber to the location just for her to Rudely turn me down DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT GOING HOME AND ATTENDING REGULARS !!!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

I wasnt even a customer and Im rating this. I walked in and only saw one employee who was working on someone. Was asked by said employee what I wanted done I simply said manicure and pedicure in which she replied very rudely with were done for the day. If youre closed or done for the day you should probably turn off your open sign and NOT ask what someone wants done if youre just going to turn them away. Im not upset that I couldnt be seen but the way this employee handle the situation was unprofessional.

The owner and worker was rude time I wanted through the door to ask general questions. The was no masks in sight.

Ive been a client @ Nails FX for probably 4 or 5 years. Ive gotten many a manicure & pedicure there. Always been extremely pleased. The staff is very personable, professional & experienced.

My Grandmother and I have been seeing Jade & Tony since they opened at this location. Wonderful couple, they do an amazing job every single time we are in there, and the price is extremely good. We consider ourselves lucky they opened. We dont want to go (and wont go) anywhere else. This is a place we recommend to all of our friends or the random folks who grabs our hands telling us how pretty our nails are.

The owners of this business are nice initially until your life gets in the way and miss an appointment or if you are running late for one. You can never decide to just walk in and get any service without a ridiculous wait time....not like your normal nail salon. The business literally only has 3 employees and mostly operates by appointments so if you miss an appointment or are running late be prepared to get your head chewed out by the owners (husband and wife). I made an appointment early on a Saturday morning and woke up 15 minutes later than my appointment time. I called to let the owner know and find out if the lady was still available to service me and she then flipped the switch and got personal with me. She said her employee was waiting for 15 minutes and Im not allowed to make appointments there anymore. The wife (owner) was very rude and didnt want to hear anything I had to say. I understand I was late but I didnt need to call and say anything. I WILL NO LONGER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are rude, impolite, unprofessional and has no basic customer service. Its unfortunate that their 1 and only employee does awesome work (not the owners by the way) but I refuse to put any more of my money into a business that is rude and inconsiderate to their customers. If their employee moves to another nail salon, I will definitely go there. Until then I REFUSE to do ANY business at Nail FX.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and always accommodating. They give the BEST pedicure and foot message with a good price.

Ive been going to Nail FX for nearly three months now and am never disappointed. Quality service and product for a good price. Definitely recommended.

I WILL NO LONGER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are rude, impolite, unprofessional and has no basic customer service they need to remember that we paid them money for them to pay the rent, Please dont waste your time going there... there is nail salon in Bruce b down they are the best....

Love this place, Ive been coming here for about 7 years.

Hadnt had a nail salon since I moved to Tampa so I spent some time reading the reviews of different places and making some phone calls to see prices before I came in. This place had much better prices than many of the other places I had called and after reading the reviews (and deciding the bad reviews seemed kinda petty and nit-picky), I made an appointment. Got a gel manicure and gel pedicure with paraffin wax, and it was probably the most meticulous, nicest mani/pedi Ive ever had.The one woman spent a very long time making sure my feet were done just perfectly, shed go back and fix little things and fix more little things. Most of the time Im the one pointing things out saying hey would you mind fixing that, not this lady, she just did a seriously detailed job and I didnt say a word! Then the guy comes over to do the gel polish and also took his time making sure it looked really good. Very, very professional, will definitely be coming here again.

Melina gave the best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had, and at a good price. Everyone was nice and friendly.

The staff acted like I was inconveniencing them. The women owner appeared mean, - she never smiled or said anything, but when the other staff member spoke to her she laughed and talked to her the whole time while I was getting my services. I wont go here ever again.

Wow I which they offer have a 0 start option bc I will give them that. The ONLY nice person and do super great job is the lady who do pedicures. I was going there for 2 yrs but I miss one appointment for medical reasons and they was rude but I keep going then the second time I know I will miss it bc of last minute dr appointment but I was calling and calling and calling and no one answer. When finally Jade answer she treat me like trash and I was trying to explain to her the i was calling way before to reschedule my appointment and that will give her enough time to do someone else nails but she start arguing the telephone never ring. When I went couple days after I show her my phone w all the calls I make to them and the time. She didnt even apologized. But I keep going but the third time I was running a lil late bc medical reason and guess?! She has the nerves to yell at me almost make me cry so I did the pedicure and Im from PR and the girl who do the pedicure speak Spanish as well so I tell her the what Jane just did to me was not profesional the was unfair and unnecessary and out of respect. And she say that wasnt the first time she did that to customer. So i pay and never went back. TODAY after umm almost 2 yrs since last time I was there I stop by bc I have my bff from CO visiting me and JUST need her upper lip wax so I took her there so when I arrive they didnt even say hi but bc im much better then her I say hi, good afternoon, how are U guys? NO RESPOND BACK still I ask for the wax for my friend which take 5 minutes and Immediately Jane jump to say the will take long time bc there was busy. Then she ask the pedicure girl how much longer she has and she was almost done but then Jade say well u need to do her nails too... as I know shes certified ONLY For pedicures so right there I got the message. So I left w my friend and tell really loud and clear the there will be continue loosing customer w that unprofessional attitude. I was so embarrassed bc of my bff.They treat u ok til u have a personal problem. I wont recommend this place to anyone bc there are hypocrite and unprofessional and the first personal issue the will interfiere w them ohhhh believe me u will pay for.I really Pray to Jesus the they never have a personal, medical or even worse situation to make them Force to close for days or weeks bc that will be bad bc they wouldnt going to get well responds of compassion from there customers.NO RECOMMENDED 😡😱
