This is a great auto mechanic shop! Im used to going to the dealership to get my car fixed. But Isaw this shop by chance, got an oil change and never stopped using their services. The owner and his son are friendly, respectful and compassionate. On several different occasions they took the time to talk to me about my car, made sure I fully understood my options and fixed my car without trying to rob me. They are my new go to mechanic shop.

They were able to fit my car in for inspection on a busy day, kept me informed about the status and gave me updates on what was needed before they did the work. I needed to get my alternator replaced ASAP as I was visiting and not in my area. I called around most didn’t want to give an estimate over the phone and the few that did had quote’s of $800.00.I called Rhawn Auto, they assured me they could see me ASAP and have me finished before the end of the business day.Super friendly and understanding, very professional and fair with the customer, not to mention very HONEST. The woman that greeted really calmed me down as I was worried I wouldn’t have my car back but she was all smiles and told me not to worry. When I paid and given my receipt, the gentleman behind the desk broke the receipt down and explain the price. When I said I trust the price he stopped me and said “never trust the price until you see for yourself.” When I told him some of the prices I was given prior to calling his shop he was shocked.I took extra business cards to pass out to family and friends in the area.

His price was fare. He saved me about a thousand bucks on a transmission job that came with warranty. If I had any other issues with my vehicle, I would definitely return and know the job is going to be done right.
