This is my 2 time at this establishment most recently this afternoon I was taking care of business with another retail store in the same plaza that has been very helpful . however I was told in this establishment they were too busy and cannot do my fill or nail repair yet two staff That claim to have an appointment was sitting there doing nothing for over 20 minutes on Instagram which is currently down today Along with other many platforms. I also let them know it was unprofessional for them to tell me that when they clearly did not want to serve me extremely discriminating not only that I was told $35 for my pedicure which Ingot a basic Since they’re telling me no one can do my nails because they don’t have enough help . They messed up my pedicure she fixed it went back and fixed Then proceeded to say oh it’s $25... Long story short I don’t think I asked for too much I asked for my feet to be in the water they had a problem with that well I wanted to enjoy my pedicure clearly an establishment that feels more comfortable with the 50 and up and not knowing they have just discriminated against someone that would not only send more customers would of gave them a great tip this place is not for women of color When my children’s father came several weeks ago he was treated better than I was and he looks like a different race than Being Black ...

Three of us were given pedicures today. We were treated like second class citizens. Not given the choice of selecting the type of pedicure and were hurried out the door. I have been going to this salon for months and today was my last visit. I would rather go somewhere that actually takes a few min to discuss client preference.

Fashion Nails & Spa is worthy of five stars. The salon is immaculate, techs knowledgeable and bilingual. L, the person I see, is exceptional.

Top notch! I went in today, on a Tuesday afternoon, and was surprised at not only how many customers but also staff were there. I only had to wait a few minutes. They did a great job!

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and today was the worst experience ever. I asked for a French pedicure and the lady(I dont even know what name she used) cut me 3 times making me bleed, and she just wiped it off with a dry towel, nothing else. Then when she went to do the white lines, all of them were uneven and I asked her to make them smaller to even them, and she still did not do that. Then she didnt wait for the white part to try and added on the clear coat, which blended everything together. At the end, she did not even clean around the edges and had the audacity to charge me 5 extra dollars for the uneven lines. Her work was not professional at all. Needless to say, I will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone. So sad because it was never like this.

I have been going to Holly for 15 years. I followed her from a previous location to this shop because she understands what is important to her clients. She has high business standards and is still very engaging with her clients and attune to our ever changing (sometimes never changing) requests.

Good color selection for dip nails, very clean. Holly was thorough! Will definitely return!

Very clean and sanitary place. Gloves are used and liners are placed in the foot tubs. The staff are very friendly and talk to everyone.

I was charged an extra on my card which caused a negative balance.. I already left a tip I mean really smh

I always mean to leave a review every time i leave,so here it is. I intentionally pass 2 other good nail salons in lutz to come here because the customer service is outstanding. These are the kindest women who ALWAYS go above and beyond. Do not sleep on this place yall.

This place is amazing. Laura does my pink n white nails and my pedis. I have been going to her for over 6 years. She also does my eyebrows and I would follow her to the end of the world. Holly the owner is so sweet and friendly. Its just fun being in such a pleasant environment while getting your nails done. It feels like your just with friends.

Always a wonderful experience with these ladies they at so professional and so personable ive been going her for about 2 1/2 years and dont think Ill ever stop going here

I just visited for the first time today & had a manicure & pedi with Tiffany. She was fantastic. I had the regular spa pedi ($22) & still got a great lower leg massage & hot towel wrap included. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

Highly suggest Kayla!!Kayla is by far the best nail tech! She always takes her time and is very neat. She does great eyebrows as well!!

All of the nail techs are amazing. I have not had any issues any issues any of the times ice come here. Everyone is friendly and makes u feel welcomed.

Dont go there and think you have made an appt. I made one for four today for a mani-pedi, and she had to find ish a manicure. I didnt miss d that, but when I thought she was going to start my period, she wanted me to soak in water while she did another pedicure. I did not have that much time, so I left. I would have expected that if I had t made an appointment, but I did. I wont be going back. Hope this do t happen to anyone else!

Tiffany was AMAZING! I havent been in about a year, but I will definitely be back.

I have been coming here for years with my dad and my sister ( karen used to do my nails and she was wonderful) and i have to say after the last visit i will never be back. I picked out a Burgundy shade that i saw on the shellac swatches they let you look through.she put on 2 coats and cured it and they came out black. I put my nails next to the swatch and asked the nail techs opinion on weather or not i was crazy or if my nails were infact black, and not burgundy like the color i chose. She agreed and she generously filed the black off and let me pick a lighter shade. Then i got a pedicure and requested for the same shellac color as what was nelwy put on my nails. She repeatedly asked if i wanted the same color. I said yes everytime. She started painting with what appeared to be the same color but once i got home i noticed my toes were purple and my nails were pink. I called fashion to see what happened... Once they started to converse for a few minutes over the phone about what i was calling for, they got back on the phone and told me i didnt pay for shellac, and then they hung up. $77 dollars, and 2 different shades later, its safe to say i wont return. Luckily the area is growing rapidly and i have plenty of new salons to choose from.

My fiancée Elise and i went to the shop. I personally dont like nail salons of any sort, but Elise said its the best of the best, so i gave it a shot. I must admit, it was a nice, clean relaxing atmosphere. They even have a private pedi/mani room for when me and the mrs want to have a little privacy. Ask for Bri and Lisa, they took really good care of us, and definitely didnt rush us. My fiancee recommend them to all her friends. Id would book an apt because they are usually busy busy busy!
