I had gone to this salon once and had great experience not this time. The lady who gave me a pedicure rushed thru everything making my pedicure only 20 min long. The shortest time U have ever had for a pedicure. My toes would have looked better if i did them. She also did a terrible job painting them. I generally leave $6 for a tip I left her $2 and felt that was too much, highly disappointing 😕 Will never go back!

They are very sweet and make you feel at home, but they could use a few more skilled techs

I had an appointment the other day and when I told my nail lady the length I wanted, she chopped the nail tips down to near nothing and when I tried to explain it to her, she seemed to get very upset and she got up and walked away and another lady rushed over to do my nails and she didn’t have a problem with doing my nails, assume she didn’t want to do them nor did she want to do them correctly because 3 have fallen off since i’ve left 4 days ago and i’ve never had a problem like that at this nail spa before, i’m disappointed and upset that i have to write a bad review and deciding not to go back when i used to recommend them to my friends saying they are the best.

Maybe i just had the wrong tech doing my nails but she refused to use the color i wanted unless i got gel even though they had it and she also left my nails looking horrible... I shouldnt have paid.

Unfortunately have to change my review. The staff here is very friendly which is a plus but my gel nails only lasted for 2 days before peeling off completely :( They did fix them free of charge but the same thing occured within a couple days.

Everyone is super professional here! They are so nice and really take their time to meet your exact needs. Jay & Holly are always up to trying something different with the nails and are very patient if you are indecisive! I love this place!

I got my nails done by Howie for my birthday weekend, and he exceeded my expectations! The photo of my nails speaks for itself. I didnt think the price was too bad either, especially for how great they turned out. He did an incredible job, and Ill be going here from now on :)

Literally the fastest most disappointing pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Start to finish 18 minutes. I wanted to splurge on an amazing and relaxing time and am going somewhere else right after to get an actual papering experience.

Third time in a row now I have been turned away for business. I called first to make sure they are accepting walk ins and they said yes. When I walk in they ask for me to come back later. They ended up allowing me to wait and only reason I went to this salon was because I was trying to save time. I asked for a manicure and all that was done was change of nail polish. Then they tried charging me for the full price of a manicure. The paint job is horrible. I can’t believe I even paid for my nails to get painted when I could have done a better job. I had to tell her there were globs of clear nail polish and still did not get fixed. After the thick layer of polish finally dried it is all shriveled and peeling and I literally just got home. The final straw of trying to go hear is after I left the lady was talking bad about me and someone I knew was there. This is the most unprofessional business and they do not care about customer service.

They did a wonderful job taken off my fake nails and doing my gel manicure. I had it done on the 5th and the polish is already peeling on one finger. I am going to go back and see if they will fix it...

Im not familiar with the area so I googled nail salons near me and HT Nails was one of the first results. I got the milk and honey pedicure with hot stones and parrafin and a wax for my eyebrows. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service and ambiance. I will visit again before I leave the area.

Plesant techs. Nice decor and pop music playing. You can sit back and enjoy a pedicure in a nice relaxing atmosphere.

I had a gel mani and a pedi yesterday. Ive been here a few times in the past. It is a very clean place; however, they must have changed staff recently. My nails look like my kid painted them. I posted photos - they are the blue manicure. There is still nail polish all over my cuticles and no polish at all on the sides of my nails. I was there 2 hours. The manicurist kept walking out?? She was very pleasant, but she had no idea what she was doing. I showed her coworker who tried to tell her to take the polish off my skin, but she didnt understand. They also misquoted the price to me at the beginning, so I felt cheated out of more $$$ for substandard work.

Went in for just a Gel Removal ....Sat with Holly and ended up getting another round of gels(French Manicure) I have never ever had such a wonderful experience!!! They were absolutely beautiful!

Love my nails and toes. The quality of the polish/artwork is amazing; just wish they spent a bit more time on the pedi. It feels a bit rushed. Went back recently and again the pedi was not good. The nail work was terrific, but I wont get another pedi there. There was no massage whatsoever. Frankly, if Im paying for a pedi, I expect more than 20 minutes, 10 of which is polish.

It’s a pretty place, but I got a fungal Disease from the lack of them cleaning theIr tools properly . Also they put Acrilic gel over my nail without removing all the nail polish first . Overall I would only go here if i was out of options .
