Yes the salon is clean and beautiful. However, the customer service needs work. I spent $200 at this nail salon with $100 being for a full set. If you want designs on all nails expect to pay $100 here. 11 days after my full set... one nail popped off and the other split my nail in half from the nail bed. Very painful. I contacted the salon and they mentioned a 3 day rule where anything outside of that is your responsibility. There should at least be a courtesy policy where they will assess your issue and assist where needed. After all, they are the salon who did the nails. I had to go to another salon to remove these $100 nails 11 days later... not to mention the nail tech got frustrated when asked to fix a nail. After this situation I will not return to this salon. Choose wisely especially if you want custom nails. They’re good for the basics.

Ive gone here a few times to get my pedicures. I always get someone different. I feel like they normally do well painting my nails and the massage. But some of the workers need to work on their skills. I came home and removed so much dead skin from my feet. I got a gel polish and the guy wiped the ends of my nails off. So it looks like my polish is chipped off. I dont know, Im just disappointed with the job. I gave a 4 star because I liked my last 2 experiences there. The first time I went I was unhappy with the regular nail polish selection. So now I just get gel so there are way more color options.

Great nail salon!! The prices are very good for eyerthing and the employees are very friendly and engage in conversation. Good place to your eyebrows waxed to. Overall, I enjoyed coming here to get stuff done. 💅

I recently moved to the area and was on the hunt for a new salon to go too, i read the reviews and instantly made an appointment and I was not disappointed. The salon itself it’s absolutely beautiful and so clean. They have all of their colors organized and not to mention, they have every color possible. They did an amazing job with my gel acrylic fill and my gel pedicure. All employees are extremely nice as well. I highly recommend them!

Ive been to this salon about 5 times. I went a couple times, stopped and then gave it another shot. After being hung up on by the salon owner and being spoken to rudely a number of times I am taking the time to leave a review. Firstly, the salon owner is extremely combative and rude - I was only asking what the estimated current wait time was for a manicure and was hung up on. Secondly, two times this salon has cut my cuticles so low that they have bled on both hands and were sore to the touch for a few days after my dip manicure. The second time I called to let the owner know just in case it would happen to another person and she was not interested nor did she apologize. I kept giving it another chance as its the closest to my house but will be going back to Noire Nail Bar off 54 by the outlets.

Very accommodating! I had no idea what I truly want, very in decisive and pregnant 🤣 Dawn was amazing and did such a wonderful job! Cannot wait to go back to her.

Zara nail salon is the best! I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and I can say they truly have the most skilled technicians! Dawn was awesome. She went above and beyond by offering her own creative flare on my French manicure and was super friendly in the process! The girl got skill 😁

Nothing but positive things to say. I love the ambiance. I love the fact that the manager speaks perfect English. I love that I watch the supplies, being used on my feet, come right out of a sterilized bag. The twoServices that I have had done there turned out very nice (pedicures). Just a lovely place. They were super busy on a Sunday morning at 11:10 (right after they opened) so that shows you how much people like this nail salon. Highly recommended. Y’all! It was my first time here, mind you, I’m VERY picky about my nails. I ONLY go to my nail tech and she wasn’t avail. So I found this place & read some reviews. I have it a try and my nails are PERFECT! The young lady with the eyebrow ring did them and omg! IM COMING BACK! Great price for perfection! Nails are even and flat as they should be. Disappointed and dissatisfied with almost everything. The salon is really clean and modern but that just doesnt justify the service I received. The first time I went here, it was reccomended by a friend. I got a regular polish on my hands and a pedicure, done the same. I was charged for a gel set by the owner herself. I still paid because the service was good. Second visit I got a full set done by a new licensee. I dont mind, as I am a student myself. I paid over $90 for my left hand to be cut from the file on all fingers, for my nails on my right hand to be misshapen, and for nail dust to be underneath my clear coat. The nails were cute but not worth the price. I will not be coming back to this place.

The women doing our nails were not professional, having conversations with their friends the whole time. The pedicure also said that it included a massage but that did not happen. Very disappointed and will be trying another location next time.

Bad customer service. The lady who runs the place is very combative if you have an issue with how your nails turn out. Blames everyone and everything else and doesn’t take responsibility. Very rude. My polish on hands and toes didn’t match. Yet still had to pay $76! I won’t be returning. Their gel/matching polish kits she says don’t really match!

I asked the nail lady to soak off my acrylics and she refused to. she just ripped them off instead causing my nails to bleed while ripping of my actual nail with it. i told the lady multiple times to stop and said it hurt but refused to and kept pulling my hand back whenever i pulled away. i have gone here for 3 years and it will be my last.

So I tried a new nail salon and Holly was my nail technician. She did a pretty good job with some coaching. (i.e. I had some lumpy areas, I showed her and she corrected the issue.)She told me she had been doing nails for only 2 years. I am very picky on how I like my nails but didnt want to be harsh to a newbie nail tech. I Paid $50 for the ombre full set. The nail salon itself is beautiful inside and my nail tech was friendly. I would recommend this nail salon just make sure you ask about their pricing.

I have been to this salon 4 or 5 times now and I have consistently had good experiences. The last time I went I tried out a new male nail tech and was unhappy with how my gel manicure turned out so I spoke with the owner Lana the next day and she is super sweet and understanding and let me come back in and had Angela fix them for me - to absolute perfection! Made me forget all about the other messy manicure. I recommend Angela and Sam they do a beautiful job and pay great attention to detail. Angela is THE BEST at brows and I will only be coming back to her to shape mine. Very clean and relaxing ambiance, good quality and fair prices.

Usually I have such a wonderful experience. Upon my fourth visit however; I was made to feel small and unimportant.Earlier this afternoon, my friend and I called to make an appointment for two pedicures at 6. They said no appointments were necessary; walk- ins were welcome.So at 6, my friend and I walk in, wash our hands and are instructed to pick our colors. They seat my friend first. They begin running her water and the guy comes to the front and instructs me to sit in the spot next to my friend. The water bowl is ready with a fresh bag but no running water yet. I seat my self, remove my shoes and patiently wait with my feet in the empty bowl. The man is working on my friend and the other female tech who just cashed out two people who were leaving comes back with another guest and seats her and immediately begins running her water and starting her pedicure. She completely skipped over me, I don’t even have running water. When I asked the man what was happening; he seemed confused but the female tech CLEARLY was friends with this other customer. There are only two techs working the pedicure station so that put my pedicure behind 35 minutes after already waiting for almost 10.So thanks Zara’s nail for ruining what should have been an easy and relaxing experience for someone who works full time in customer service. Never coming back.

The lady doing my nails was very focused though I never got her name she did a wonderful job. My nails came out very nice. The setting was calm and comfortable. The waiting time wasnt long. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely come back. Thank you :)

I have been coming to this salon for over 6 months. I am very loyal to a place once I find they do a good job. I always make an appointment even though I have been told I can be taken care of without appointment. Today I was told I had to come back tomorrow as they are only taking appointments. I told the lady that I do not live nearby and was willing to wait. And have been told I did not need an appointment. She said no sorry that I needed to make appointment for today. I guess they lost a customer as I felt she did not really care what I was saying.

2 stars for the decorationsI came here 3 times and have decided it was 2 times too many. While the atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is friendly, the end product falls way short. My first time I had an acrylic fill with a 2 color gel polish and some fun rhinestones. My second visit was to repair 2 nails that broke within 2 days.(one was from scratching my leg and the other broke off in my clients hair as I was blow drying it). This third time I came in for an acrylic fill and gel polish as well. My first issue this time was it only took 35 min for this entire process, including 4 costs of nail polish. The nails were filed crooked but couldn’t be fixed without going way shorter. Then at checkout it cost me more than the last time. My final bill was more than the last time I came when I had more done. They said it was $5 extra to put the two colors on. I just don’t get it. I wish the quality of work was a good as the ambiance .Definitely won’t give them a fourth try...

This salon is a must! During such a scary time sometimes you need your nails done. They are soooo incredibly clean and careful with everything. They will refuse anyone not following their policy! This is amazing! They stick with their guns when it comes down to safety of every single person! They are highly recommended!

I’ve been to this salon several times. I book my appointments with Lana. She’s always on time with her appointments and so quick with doing my nails but they always come out perfect! It amazes me! I highly recommend this salon. The others are also nice but Lana is my favorite girl.

I came to this place and it was beautiful inside. the owner was very helpful ( thats the only reason why I gave 4 stars) I got a full set and I had to keep telling the guy to fix them because they were way too wide and I asked for something so simple...After I got done I still wasnt satisfied, he put Acrylic on my cuticles smh I was so upset I ended up having to get them soaked off 3 days later it definitely was a waste of money & didnt even bother saying anything because he acted as if there was nothing wrong...Never again!

I recently moved to Tampa and it’s been hard to find someone that can meet the standards that my precious nail lady met but I can honestly say I’m HIGHLY satisfied with the services I received today. I came in with nails that were HORRIBLE and Lana worked magic! Definitely will be returning. I don’t usually leave reviews about places but I JUST HAD TO.

Just finished getting a classic pedicure! Very pleased! They are very, very clean, sanitizing all work stations and with plastic liners for all tubs and requires all customers to wear a face mask and wash hands before having service ..I will be back!

I went to Zara on impulse and I was very impressed. The store is gorgeous and clean. The staff were very nice and kind. Nelson was my technician and he was very helpful. They have a variety of pedicures and manicures for any budget, which I greatly appreciated. The only drawback for me was that when I got my dipped manicure, they put my finger directly in the container of powder instead of separating it, which I hear can be a major no-no. I still believe they earned 5 stars and I plan on going back.

I can say I’ve never went to a nail salon and got a pedicure and have been truly amazed leaving... until now. I got the lavender pedicure and I will say it was amazing. The staff if so amazing and friendly. The pedicures are very reasonably priced range from 25-60 I believe. I will definitely be coming back to Nelson, he is very quite but sometimes you just want to go there and have piece an quite for once. The inside is absolutely beautiful and it is so clean. I set a schedule ahead of time and the minute I walked in they were ready for me. I had never done acrylics before and they were really good about doing them for me. They looked exactly as I imagined them. They missed a spot and I told them and she fixed it right away!

This is such a busy salon but the service was still great! I came in and was told it was an hour wait and that was fine with me. I like that she told me an hour rather than telling me 10 mins but really meant an hour. The truth is always better. I went next door got myself a sandwich and came back. Although next time I will book an appointment for sure. The staff was great and the service was amazing! Sam is highly recommended for a pedicure!

I’ve been to this nail salon twice and both experiences were bad. The nail tech I had was super friendly and that is why I don’t want to put his name out there but he was the worst nail tech I’ve ever had. The first time I went, I got seated about an hour before they closed and I was getting a full set with gel done (as I usually do when I get my nails done), the nail tech was taking his time with it but when shaping my nails and using the little machine he was constantly hitting my actual skin around the nails and it was painful. I ended up being the last customer in there and 7:00(their closing time) was approaching. Realizing this, my nail tech started doing a rush job on the nails, and I walked out of there with a gel full set manicure without the top coat being on! I was very upset because the manicure became very matte and I had to come in a day later for a touch up! A week and a half later I went in for a fill and unfortunately I received the same guy and I decided to give him another chance. Worst mistake. This time I decided to do regular polish on the acrylics. He started doing my nails and shaving them down when I asked him not to, he reshaped the nails, and some of them came out looking one shape on one hand and a different shape on the other! He shortened my pointer finger after I told him multiple times not to do that and responded with “it’s okay I know what I am doing” and once I showed him what was wrong he didn’t really understand why I was mad and when he realized what it was he played it off like he didn’t know . After these two experiences I will never be returning back to Zara Nails, since this place was new I decided to give it a chance but you all disappointed me big time and lost a customer . I will be taking my business back to where I usually go.

Do yourself a favor and get pampered here. Beautiful nail salon with friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Hygiene and health safety are taken very seriously. Highly recommend! I’ll be back again.

Oh my gosh! How I love this nail lounge! Lana is AMAZING!! I get my eyelashes done by her and my nails and all I can say is I won’t ever go anywhere else! Amazing atmosphere, friendly staff, and very talent employees. What else could you ever ask for!!!!!!

Just recently moved to the area from Riverview and was in desperate need of a mani/pedi. It’s always hard trying to find a place that is clean, friendly and has good nail technicians. I’m super picky. I started by going online and seeing the ratings and google reviews for this area a far as nail salons. My biggest thing was do they sterilize equipment? Thankfully Zara nail salon does. It’s clean and the salon ambiance is awesome. I went on a Sunday and it was perfect for me. My nail tech was SamAnd she was great. I got the orange 🍊 pedi with gel for my manicure. She was thorough and patient when I was trying to pick my color. I definitely will be going back. Oh by the way they offer water also. It’s that type salon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💅🏼👍🏽
