John at Bella Nails is amazing! He is very precise and careful. You can tell he really cares about the work he does. My nails look perfect! Will be making this my new go-to nail salon.

The worst service I have ever received. I came in to get my acrylics removed and the lady I had was rude and unwelcoming. Did not even acknowledge me or greet me before starting on my nails. Did not take extra care and the whole process was painful. She was watching something on her cell phone the whole time. Divided attention. Did not thank me for my business upon leaving. Extremely unprofessional. Do not come here.

It doesnt really matter which employee handles your visit, your manicure, pedicure or waxing are always done exquisitely. As a walk in, I was welcomed and served quickly, just as if I had an appointment. A bit pricey, but worth it.

I have been to this place once before when they were in a different building. This is hands down THE BEST experience I have ever had. My lady was so friendly and her massages and attention to detail is beyond the standard. If you are looking for a serious pampering I would highly recommend this place 10/10.

For your own safety and sanity do not get a wax here. Their waxing station is small and messy. My waxer didnt do anything to prep my skin and didnt even wear gloves. I left there with all the hair i came in with and possibly a skin infection. A waste of time and money

My service felt rushed and she skipped over a lot of steps with my pedicure. Not sure how I got in the chair after two people who had already been there and got up before them and I got the most expensive package. The facility was not clean and my nails feel horrible 🙄🙄

The employees at this place were extremely nice. The first thing Id like to say is that we called to make an appointment for that day and they gave us an appointment for that day. This was the first time we had been there. Its a beautiful place, very clean and had many employees to do your feet and nails and other things. When we arrived there they took us right away to do our nails. We both were satisfied with the nails. This is a very busy place yet they took very good care of us.

Clean environment and one of the best pedicures I have ever had. It is a very relaxing environment. Double check how much you are charged though. I declined a service then was charged for it anyway when I went to pay.

I personally only see Sheila (be sure to make an appt because shes usually hard to get as a walk-in, but you can certainly walk in at your leisure if you dont have a specific person you want to do your services).It is a large, CLEAN salon with the biggest pedicure chairs Ive ever sat in (they ensure the liners are always inserted/removed for each client), several TVs for entertainment, and friendly banter of locals that come here regularly.Wonderful selection of any type of polish you desire (regular, gel, dip), lots of options for various levels of pedicures and water/soda/wine included at your desire! Id say they have very fair prices for the quality of work.

The salon itself was really nice and clean. The technician I had was nice and friendly. I had received gel nails on my fingers and little air bubbles showed up on most of my nails. Very displeased with the outcome.

Got a volcano pedicure. Did not cut nails good. Did not put the mask on. Did not polish nails all the way down. 1st bad experience Ive had at Bella Nails.

Very unprofessional. I obtained a nail fungus because Jon did not remove the previous acrylic before doing my manicure. He reassured me if I came back he would treat my fungus. It has been 8 weeks and nothing has improved.Second incident I was cheated out of my appointment because he failed to put me in his books when I have a confirmation texted stating the day and time of my appointment.Will never be back to this establishment.

Nice atmosphere but Very pricey and pedicure seats uncomfortable. They look extremely cushioned but the bar was on my butt the while time and my butt is very padded! I talked to my friend next to me the whole time so didn’t try to learn how to turn the massager on (looked complicated) and Pedicurist didn’t ask if we wanted it on which was disappointing. Paid extra for upgraded Pedi but felt like basic Pedi.

The reason I come to this nail salon is for Danny. He has been absolutely amazing! He does my pedicures and really takes the time and precision to make them perfect. He doesn’t rush when it comes to cutting my cuticles or scrubbing my heels. I was in pain on my two big toes and he made sure he cut my nails so that they would be more comfortable. I would highly recommend Danny!

We have been using this salon literally since it opened, but today was a disaster. We walked in, was told there would be a 30 minute wait, then told (not asked) “you have to wait in your car.” At about 35 minutes later, my wife started asking about the time, and she was told “2 more minutes.” After 50 minutes total, we gave up and left. Then the salon called and said, “we are ready for you!” I told the employee that we had left and would never return for how we had been handled. Bella nails has lost two very loyal customers.

The shop is very clean and the techs are very talented, friendly and professional. They all wear masks.

I went back to this place to get my nails fixed, and to change the color to black, they charged me so much and look how my nails looked the SAME DAY I GOT THEM DONE FOR THE SECOND TIME!

I definitely love this place. I’m a customer for over 2 years and I won’t go anywhere else. I always do my nails with Kevin because his job is nothing but perfect! 👌🏼 I moved to tampa but I drive all the way here just to get my nails because I love it.

I choose the place because of the reviews. It’s amazing and specious. It seemed promising. But, my pedicure was not what I wanted, although I politely said what I needed. Not to mention that now it hurts, and I have bleeding spots. For manicure I just wanted something natural and simple, and whenever I said I don’t want color, I was asked multiple times why, and that I should ( not that this is anything bad, but still). Shape is way off from what I showed, and for money I paid, I should not be having bleeding spots and pain, not correcting my nails. I don’t think I’ll be back.

I have always gone to this location as it in my neighborhood, I got a manicure that was horrible and the treatment was very displeasing. They told me to air-dry my nails, then left to do someone’s pedicure. After return they said ur all good to go, no lotion or hand massage. The woman that was right beside me also did a manicure and got her hands lotion and massaged as well, as she also thought it was strange. The manager merely did not care after I expressed my concerns to him and then walked away.

Went back after about a year due to sweat shop feeling when we went. Seems like all is good now. They did get new chairs since the last time were were there - and they worked! (Unlike before some chairs did, some didnt.) Greeted with a smile, got seated in under 10 minutes for a walk in on a Saturday. Prices are similar to most around. Torn between here and Noire.

Went in for a facial wax. Left in agonizing pain and suffering!!! Run away, you will be left with a burn!!!

I’ve had my nails done twice here. I’ve waited to give a review to see how the 2nd worked out. NOT GOOD!! had 4 nails crack and break in less the 2 weeks. I won’t be wasting my money here again. Plenty of other options in the area.

I took two people here with me today (one being 8) and we all loved it! The younger one got the princess manicure and pedicure and she loved the outcome and the nail artist who was doing her nails even added a little flower on each of her big toes. Overall they are super sweet and nice and they double check to make sure everything is absolutely perfect.

This nail salon is superrrr nice, especially for a Publix outlet spa, I was blown away. Not only the layout design of the inside of the salon but with the exquisite feel of the whole place really made it feel like it was worth the money all the way. I got gel nails last and they lasted perfectly for 5 whole weeks before they started chipping or coming off in any way. Such a great experience, cant wait to get a pedicure next time!

Those pictures are same-day manicure set. Same day!Total mess with my manicures and it’s all the time. I got tired of going back in to get them redone by someone who knows what the heck they’re doing. Even my husband was so disappointed as he kept asking why I continue to patronize them. I must admit though, there is a particular lady that is so good. She pays attention to details (which I think is what a manicurist should be great at); She always gets it right and doesn’t tell me my nails are hard to do! I felt so uncomfortable this last visit and I will return for a redo because God knows I work so hard to pay for the services I want.Tip: if you like a particular manicurist, stay with them. If not, save yourself a trip.

Fabulous nail salon...I’ve been only twice because the location is honestly a little further away from my home than I’d like for a nail salon, but both times the services were wonderful! They really go the extra mile here. They offer you a choice of beverage, the chairs for the pedicures are absolutely incredible - even massaging your arms - the salon is clean and well kept, and the choice of nail polish colors is endless. I enjoyed my pedicure both times. Granted I opted for upgraded treatments, but they were decadent. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

I finally found my favorite nail salon! They always offer refreshments and I have gone after a long work day and had a nice glass of wine and a pedicure which is just so relaxing. Kelly is who I have seen the past few times since my prior tech is no longer there (Alex). Kelly is absolutely wonderful - she does such a good ANC/powder mani and she listens and understands all my needs. She has such a great personality and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in her work. She has even found me awesome colors or matched colors effortlessly. I call ahead to make appointments with her and she is always available for me. Definitely don’t hesitate to go here - I see why this salon has so many good reviews!

The location of this nail shop is great. They just recently opened this new location and its beautiful. Kelly is the absolutely amazing!!! She is a great nail technician and super friendly attitude! The prices are reasonable and comparable to other nail shops. I will continue to come here because of Kellys great service.

I had an excellent experience today at Bella. A different local nail salon did a poor, rush job on my pedicure - so I left and went to Bella. They re-did the pedicure (including trimming dead skin/cuticles, buffing/shaping nails, etc) and only charged for a polish change! Then my nail tech spent a long time making sure I was happy with the color and gave me an awesome gel manicure too. Excellent service, great technique too

The new store is beautiful. The massage chairs for pedicures are fantastic! Everything is state of the art and the staff are wonderful! A little more expensive than some places but the location is so convenient and relaxing it’s worth it. The nail color options and techniques available are endless. I wish they opened earlier though so i could go before work.

The new location is amazing. The color choices go on and on. There is a new upbeat attitude here and Kelly who does my services is amazing. So talented and personable. The prices are fair and the place is super clean. Plenty of parking and how could I forget the new pedicure chairs, the best anywhere.

I would not recommend this salon. I am here from out of town. The only reason I am leaving 3 stars is because my daughter’s manicure turned out good. To make a longer story short, I had to have my left thumb nail fixed that broke completely off. I do pink and white. She should’ve put a tip on my natural nail to achieve the look that I typically get but she didn’t. I like my white lune to be thin.

Had a manicure on Saturday evening and by Monday they look like this, They began chipping immediately. Unhappy with the service and poor quality of the nail polish they use here. As for the massage.... I felt uncomfortable with someone just rubbing lotion into my skin, barely a massage!

I am so happy I found this place! Wonderful service, very kind and professional ladies, great pedi with massage, and perfect acrylic set. They even gave me a glass of wine! The place is pristine and beautiful with hundreds of colors to choose from. Only recommendation I would make is for them to hire a full time receptionist who can take calls and make appointments without the technicians having to stop what theyre doing to take care of that.

Overcharged when my friend got same size nails as me. When called to ask for the price of a normal set they said forty five dollars. I had to pay more since mine were considered a little longer even though that was never specified in the beginning. I then asked for a basic design of literally an outline but the lady used the wrong tools and completely messed up the basic design which I paid fifteen dollars more on top of fifteen for the set, which the same design would have costed ten at most anywhere else. Overall very disappointing and feels like a waste of money.

The new location is absolutely beautiful!! I see Danny, he does a great job. His manicures are never super thick and he’s gentle when removing the old dip polish. I definitely recommend Danny.
