I went for a pedicure, 1st time yesterday at 2 pm. My tech was nice and made a good margarita, only reason I gave this place 2 stars. Place is clean. I had the milk and honey pedicure, and my feet never got scrubbed/exfoliated, my massage was rushed, my cuticles where not trimmed, and I never got hot stones. On top of that my shellac was layered awful, I can see lines. Needles to say worst pedicure ever for 75 dollars. Never again. Pictures were taken same day, hours after I got home.

I had Kara for my pedi and mani!! She is just so amazing. Honestly all staff there is amazing.

Very nice salon. Pedi chairs are so comfortable. Technicians are professional and accommodating. Jeremy is one of the best nail technicians in the business. He has been doing my nails for the last ten years. Where he works, I go! I’m ver happy he is at Glory Nails, my new favorite salon!

Do not go here if you want a decent job done. I came here with a friend of mine, for the very first time, 2 days before I was to leave for my wedding. It was an awful experience. The nail tech messed my nails up so terribly and after I told her twice I was unhappy, she went and got the manager who said he saw nothing wrong with these nails but if I was unhappy to come back the next day to fix them. When I went in the next day and requested a refund because I didn’t want to sit for a third time and have her try and fix my nails for the most important day of a girls life. The manager refused to refund me my money and then tried to say that I just didn’t want to pay but I had already paid the evening before. I was coming in for the fix that was promised but I decided I wasn’t going to waste my time sitting in her chair for a third time, so I requested a refund. He then proceeded to tell me I was being argumentative but I was trying to stay calm and must’ve said sir at least 40 times. He then tried to guilt trip me by saying I was taking food out of their kid’s mouths, so I asked him what about my kids. I worked hard for that money just to pay for a horrible job. After he realized I was filming the entire thing he finally agreed to take the nails off and refund me only $45, I paid $60 for them. He had the same lady who put them on take them off and she proceeded to cut me around my cuticles, I ran out crying with acrylic halfway gone. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. Thankfully my regular salon, PAINT Nail Bar, was able to fit me in with a lead nail tech so I had pretty nails for my wedding days later.

I used to love this place, people weren’t necessarily super friendly but they were nice. These past two or three times i have gone that have literally buffed my skin and made me bleed. My nails were completely slanted this last time, like a ski slope. When i would flinch from pain the most recent lady help my hand harder instead of thinking she was causing me pain. I have never had such an awful nail experience like this one.

If the option of zero stars was available, I would have gone with that. Excuse me, -18736382 would have been great as well. I have never had such a terrible experience dealing not only with a technician and his services BUT WITH THE MANAGER/OWNER. The technician did such a terrible job and I immediately had them taken off by another store because I could not take the way they treated me no longer. Some of the things he chose not to do, was cuticle work, actually filing my nails, and allowing the shellac to go for the time needed to withstand because he was in such a hurry. Many other things. Once I contacted the manager about it, he offered to fix them- I took the only two hours of free time I had this week(going out of town) to have them done and they did such a horrible job. Therefore, since I could not get them fixed due to my schedule, I simply wanted my money back. After fighting on the phone with the manager for so long, or yelling over I should say since he won’t let a customer get a word in edgewise, he agreed to give me my money back if I drove back up there and approached the technician myself. So I did. Once in the parking lot, I called inside to tell them I was here- he acted like he hadn’t talked to me and proceeded to tell me he was not giving me the money back. Not only that, but had the audacity to try and guilt trip me by saying how is he, meaning the technician, going to pay for his family if I give you your money back LOFREAKINGL. He then proceeded to tell me to do whatever I want and he was not reimbursing me. Worst experience ever. This place needs to be closed with a manager/owner like that who gives service of which you pay for- then treats his customers in such a way.

I went once and the female nail technician was extremely rough and not gentle at all. She had a cold attitude. Pedicure was okay and didn’t last long. I told myself I’d try it again which was today. I had a male nail technician and he was even worse. Super duper rough and hurt my cuticles. Massage was awful and rushed! I will never go back again!

They are a little pricey. The business was very beautiful building inside, but its a new building. Kaylee was wonderful and pleasant. I couldnt understand her, but as she continued with my request I understood her little more.better.

My husband and I went in for a mani/pedi. It was so amazing and relaxing. The place was so clean and the owner was so nice. Nancy and Victoria were the ones who took such great care of us. We will go back for sure.

This is my favorite nail place in town! They are very nice. Its clean. They do a good job with polish, dip or gel nails. Excellent pedicures. Average prices. They serve drinks and even have some beer instead of just sweet stuff so I can get my husband to go. The music they play is always good too. Highly recommend.

My roommates and I have been going there regularly since they opened and they have always done a wonderful job! Also, the owner is very kind and always takes good care of us.

I honestly like this place, today was my second visit & I even considered leaving my go to nail salon for this one! I absolutely love the nail tech that I go to his name is Austin he is such a vibrant person. My complaint is that I was overcharged by $20 today. I received a basic full set with almond shape very short length, which I’ve paid $45- $50 at most. Today I check out & he says $65?? I’ve never paid $65 for a full set ever. I can get the same thing for the proper price of $45-$50 at any nail salon in Lubbock. So today will be my last visit to glory nails. It’s not a bad place if your ok with over paying.

Very clean place, everyone was very polite. I had my nails done by Austin and he was great!! I’m picky about my nails and he was very gentle and did everything I asked! Excellent customer service. I will be going back

I went in last minute before closing. It’s the morning after and I’m just so happy!! Fantastic experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful about what I needed. My dip came out really jazzy!! my cuticles were so horrible when I walked in I was a little embarrassed but my nail tech made me feel comfortable and convinced me into a bright color that I’m in love with!! The massage at the end of my manicure was lovely!

Took my daughter for her 19th birthday and we had the best experience ever. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. And the 2 people we had were amazing. The atmosphere was very relaxing and calming. It was so hard to stay awake. 😊 I would highly recommend this place!

The atmosphere is nice. But at least the last 5 times I’ve been in, either my cuticles get ripped up by the drill, they lose control of the drill and hit my wedding ring with it, or charge extra for something like the shape of my nail without informing me. I kept thinking I would just find a new person but have had no luck. I won’t be back.

Didn’t get any services myself but sat in a massage chair and drank a cold beer while the wife and daughter got a mani-pedi. Very clean and friendly staff. My wife and daughter were extremely pleased with their nails. I imagine they will be repeat customers and I might join them from time to time. Thanks for a pleasant experience! Better than sitting in my truck twiddling my thumbs. Keep up the good work.

They have great service and the best complimentary beverages. The owner makes sure your pampered. He makes a great bartender and the salon is very classy. I will be returning!

I Will never go back nor recomend, went the 1st time they did great. Went the 2nd time they were in a hurry graduations going on . Went the 17 may they charged me $40. Gave 5 of tip total $45. My nails started lifting on the 28th 11days later . They were terrible. Went showed them told them I needed everything fixed . Redone didnt care how much it was they Charged $35. I asked no color please. The application of the acrylic is terrible. In less then 1 month $80. Still didnt get it rt.

I went in to get dip, the girl rushed through me and my nails did not match length wise. So when I asked her to fix them she seemed annoyed. Overall, the salon is nice but the girl I went to was not great.

I love how friendly they are, and how quickly they get done. I got exactly what i wanted and i will go there for any of my nail and/ or spa adventures.
