Nice and Clean Gym. Great price for a quick and good workout.

Just started going to Planet Fitness. 4 times in, and I have no complaints. Clean, well equipped, clean restrooms and showers. Very nice.

The workers are always on top of their jobs and very helpful I am so glad we got this awesome gym in town. It is very sanitary with wipes and spray for everything all over, I highly suggest the black card because it is well worth while 🙌🏻

The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone is helpful. Membership is totally affordable and tons of equipment.

Planet Fitness, is where I go to leave my worries, my pain, my exhaustion and my FAT! We were blessed to make it out of the pandemic and I will be damned, if Multiple Sclerosis or Diabetes 2, gets me either!! 50 pnds down 30 to go and unless I hear trumpets in the sky, I WONT STOP, neither should YOU! AMEN!

20 dollars for a day pass, told there was no memberships of any kind. Basically $100 a week. Definitely wont be spending money here when I can simply save for my own equipment. Lmao

I was getting charged while the gym was closed during lockdown. I Called today to get some help and was told i have to pay to close the account. I asked for management, was told there was no manager on site. So Im paying for something i couldnt even use because the place was shut down. Thats BS, i ended up paying a total of $102.00, which is absolutely rediculous. I have reciepts to prove it as well. And the Chico Planet fitness Facebook posts that Mention the Gym being Shutdown for the first and second time. I would have Loved to have been training at the gym instead of training at home. So i gave my money away to use Nothing, complete Fraud!! I know the business lost money for being shut down, but thats not the Customers Fault. I dont blame the employees, its lackof integrity from the business.

I really love this gym! I find that some people online hate on Planet Fitness and I don’t know what they are talking about! Very clean, lots of nice equipment, sanitation stations, and tons of amazing services for the price. It has all you need with a comfortable environment, and the staff is always happy to help!

Honestly its a great gym. In a lot of ways, its similar to anytime fitness (another great gym in the chico area), but planet fitness is MUCH bigger. Membership is surprisingly cheap as well. Great value and great facility.

Best gym in Chico by far and I have been to all the gyms throughout the years. No ones competitive and you really can enter in without feeling judged and thats a huge break in a fitness center. You cant beat the prices of either memberships for what they offer and I love how people are socially fitnessing and being respectful. The staff are young and new but their nice and have been accommodating during COVID. Id rather them stare around than to be sitting glued to their phones ignoring people. I hope this gym thrives and its moral stays up!

Nice enough facility at a great price.

The staff here are friendly and won’t interrupt your workout. I haven’t had any issues here so far. Love the amount of Ab machines they have here. Hopefully it reopens soon.

Not a fan of any of the workers there. I swear they all just STARE at everyone as they workout making it awkward & some of the younger girl workers are straight up rude. This is the most crowded planet fitness I’ve ever been to. I’ve also noticed it’s just much warmer in this one. There’s this one which is easier for me to go to as I’m in Chico 5/6 days a week but would prefer to drive 45 mins to a different one because of how much better it is there.

Been here for about a week now. Honestly this gym is ok. It is just like every other planet fitness. Feels very crowded at times with all the machines so close together when the gym is full. My real issue is some of the staff. The night time staff is very awkward and felt like you have to pry for information when we were signing up. The morning staff is super rude and ignored us to talk to her coworker. We were the only ones at the counter and it felt like we were interrupting her conversation to ask a question.

Great place to exercise.
