Love Paul! Nails very pretty

I made an appointment for my sister (whos 9 months pregnant) and Myself to get pedicures. We showed up 10 minutes before our appointment to allow for wait time and polish selection. We were sat in our pedicure chairs pretty quickly but we ended up waiting for AN HOUR before finally leaving due to no service. I might try this place again because overall it was very clean and the staff seemed friendly which was nice.

I have been going to these amazing people for 15+ years. They are professional, personable, and very talented. The salon has a new name and location, but the same clean, comfortable atmosphere, and amazing service. I highly recommend.

Went to get my nails dipped and they lasted 2 and 1/2 weeks before half of them broke.

If I could give a negative number, I would. To start with nobody offered wine. Which, every salon Ive been to offers it first. The person who did my service was had ZERO personality at all. Then, she lied about a service that I was supposed to get, saying that she did it already. Then my wife called her our on it. Needless to say, I will not come back. I suggest you dont even come.,

This place is very well maintained and organized, and I just think it’s absolutely beautiful the way it all turned out!! I’m so proud for all these workers in there, and just hope and pray all the businesses in Lubbock and everywhere else for that matter will continue to keep picking back up with business and get back to the way that it was before all the Covid stuff that just seems to have really changed things up EVERYWHERE!! Including having the ability to just make some of the people that come into your place of business just feel the need to be rude, and then they want to give you a bad review on your page for others to see and read!! But I’ve owned a business now for almost 34 yrs and what I really find to be funny about those kind of people is, just take a quick look at all the reviews they’ve given to different places that they have visited! Yeah and just read what it is they have written about the places! 🙄🤥🤭🥱🤐 PRETTY SAD! It’s like they are just looking for ANYTHING AT ALL TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!!! But for the most part, EVERYONE I KNOW IS MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THE NEW LOCATION OF THIS AWESOME NEW NAIL SALON 💅👍👍😊❤️🥂🥂🍷❤️ And all the great workers they have, so if you haven’t given them a try...YOU REALLY SHOULD!! You WONT BE SORRY!! 🥂🥂 😊💅😉

I have been going to this salon since they were on University. They are always so nice, their facility is always clean and if you ask, they do have wine. They are not overpriced like most place for pedis, i dont get manis so I cannot attest for that.

They are always nice and friendly. Always professional and they always do a great job with my pedi and dip nails.

They are always willing to provide additional services if you request them. People need to be more patient and understanding during this continued crisis time.

This place is horrible. The lady lied and said she done the wax on my feet and she didnt, then she did not get the dead skin off the bottom of my feet. When asked about it she stated 4 different times that she had done it when in fact she didnt. When we got to leave all they did is wipe the stuff down with a towel never used any kind of sanitation on the foot tubs or chairs. Will not be going back
