The gentleman doing my nails was super attentive to detail and far exceeded my expectations. Everyone is so friendly and it was also a super clean and good-looking area. Will be recommending!!

I came in with my girlfriend and I was immediately sat down, I was there for maybe 1 minute and Sam was over doing my nails. He ran the color and the length by me before he started. He struck a conversation and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place. They are super respectful and do an amazing job. 10/10

This place is going downhill the new people are not that great and try to rush thru. i got cut twice and my one of my nails didn’t have acrylic on the end and she didn’t even notice! end result isn’t that terrible but this used to be my favorite nail place:/ still tipped $5, who knows the day she might have had.

This nail salon is amazing! Sam and Mary did a fantastic job on my acrylic set. Sam’s coffin shape with the acrylics is the best I have ever seen and Mary’s free-handed nail art is STUNNING. They even stayed after close to finish my set when they didn’t have to. Everyone must go here!!!

The women who greeted the customers was offering beverages to the american girls but i was not offered anything. She pointed me to sit down at an empty station then I waited several minutes for a Male tech to arrive. He was late for work. The tech was polite enough but I didnt get what I wanted and I was charged $50. I told him what I wanted as a design he told me they know what is best for me and that they do this all day. He said he would give me an ombre style nail set and he did not give me that.

I absolutely LOVE this spa!! The man that did mine was absolutely fantastic. He told me he has done nails for 20 years and he definitely showed it in his final product. He was so friendly and nice and we had a wonderful conversation. I love meeting new people and I am so glad I met him. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and aesthetic. It was very relaxing and my nails were done in no time. I highly recommend this place!! Love love love and I will definitely go again!!!

If you asked me a couple months ago I would have recommended them without hesitation. But all of their good nail techs left. I decided to still give them a chance but the last fill I got, the nails started coming off before the three week mark. The set I have on now started falling off after a week and a half. I went and got the nail fixed and two days later, three more fell off... it hasnt even been two weeks yet. I was upset when I went because a fill is $40. What the heck am I paying $40 for at this point. They were going to fix it but at this point I wanted them all redone because I could feel that a couple others were loose. I used to be able to go three to four weeks without needing a fill. Then the guy was like they are only supposed to last two weeks. Like no, they should be able to last longer than that. After their terrible customer service I wanted them just taken off and he was trying to charge me $10 to take off their mistake. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been going their for 8 months but since their best people left, and the terrible service I received the last two times I went, I will NOT be returning and i hope yall read this before going there.

This was my first time here. I’m pretty picky with nail services so I thought this place would be average joe but I felt very welcomed. And they actually care about how you feel about their work which I like, they don’t get offended like other places. I recommend it. My gel pedi and acrylic nails came out great!

I have honestly found the best place ever. All of them were super sweet and awesome. I loved that they have gel polish with matching regular nail polish, so your toes and nails will definitely match! I recommend anyone and everyone to give it a shot. Reasonable prices as well!!

I’ve tried a couple of different salons in Lubbock and this is by far my favorite. Prices are great (plus they do a student discount) and my nails always turn out beautifully. I get long acrylic nails (they are super accommodating with my crazy nail requests) and I have never had any problems. The few times I have accidentally broken a nail- they will fix for free. Very clean and extremely nice staff. I always recommend this place to my friends

This is definitely the best nail salon in Lubbock, and I’ve tried about 5. I highly recommend Magic Nails for their really wonderful nail techs, I’ve never had a bad wait time, and their prices are so reasonable. I highly recommend you ask for Prem for your nails! My dip nails are always nice and thin and last for weeks!

They were very precise in their work and despite being super busy, did not rush at all. Owned by a really sweet family, and my nails and toes look amazing! Will be going back and highly recommend.

Ive been coming to magic nails and spa for the past 6 months. I typically get dip nails every time I come in. Their professionalism and attention to detail keeps me coming back. Im very picky about the shape and thickness of my nails and I tell them exactly what I want and each time I leave with exactly what I had in mind. Im originally from San Antonio and picking a nail salon here was a bit intimidating but Im glad I found this nail salon! The dip nails typically last me for about 3 to 4 weeks! Ive also gotten gel pedicures which last me for a very long time!
