Came here to get my nails done for the first time in 2 years. Soon as I walked in I let the lady now I was getting acrylics and she looked at my natural nails and said but theyre already long. Like does it matter Im gonna pay for it?? She was just so rude to me through the whole visit. The lady that actually did my nails was rude too. She was going as fast as she can and was hurting me. Kept grabbing my hands aggressively and talking to me as if I was dumb. The nails were nice but the service was an all time low. Made my already bad day much worse.

I love the nail bar! Some times they get very busy so make an appointment. They are always kind and do an amazing job. I’ve had a few nail techs-they’re all great. If I had to recommend anyone it would be Taylor or Rachel.

This was my second time at The Nail Bar. I am so glad to finally find a nail salon that I love! Taylor is amazing. She has done my feet and nails, both times I have been very satisfied with the service. Eric has also been my nail tech, and he made my experience very relaxing. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the salon. I would recommend this salon to a friend.

A little $$$ for my taste but if you dont mind hey its worth it. Free drinks and it looks pretty cool inside. The stylist take there time and you walk out with what you want

I have visited twice so far and I am happy with how clean they are and that they opened a new set of nail clippers to use on me. The files were reused but they started somewhere. I got exactly what I asked for and the nail tech was kind and fast and didnt try to up sell me during my visit. That is a huge plus for me as it can be a turn off when you are being up charged for unnecessary service and products. Another plus was the decor and layout. This place was professional and they offer booze 🍷🤘🤗. Although i only had water i liked that they tried to provide a relaxing environment and made yoy feel like you were with friends. Bravo Nail Bar. I have officially made this my GO-TO nail salon. 💜💛

I come there by Friday to have the nails done. My nails already come off 6 of them, I’m not really happy when it done it not really right coffin shape and now all comes off so easy, I never come back again.

I love my nails!!! Hanna is the best! She shaped the perfect almond nail, filled it all the way to the cuticle and worked quickly while paying attention to the little details. The Nail Bar has the biggest and best selection on colors, too! You won’t be disappointed.

Loved the service! My tech was Amy and she was so kind and efficient! Her attention to detail was wonderful. All tools were new and clean.

I come there couple days ago and have paid 50$ for my nails, really bad job, my nails not look good and breaking easy. Not really recommend, I never come back again. And my friend have very upset with her pedicure too. So sad day.

Went in today with my baby girl, it was her first time, (and several other family members) and we were all pampered beyond our expectations! The Nail Bar is an incredible place to go! Best New place in Lubbock! The staff and the atmosphere is extremely inviting and relaxing! The quality of care given was outstanding! My daughter and I love our nails and toenails! We were greeted as soon as we entered the building. Super sweet, made us feel welcomed and did a fantastic job on our pedicures. Prices were decent and it was well worth it. Definitely going back!!

Best pedicure EVER.

My daughter, sister, & I all got our nails done today. My daughter and I also got pedicures. The lady doing my daughter was very sweet, however she overfilled a bit and hurt her (my daughter is very shy, and is afraid to speak up), but when I realized the look on her face, I asked the lady to stop and she did.The man that did mine wasn’t very talkative, only massaged one foot...my sister however had no complaints! All our nails turned out really good! It’s extremely sanitary here, and that’s coming from a cosmetologist that knows the safety and sanitary guidelines! The owner and receptionist were also very sweet!! It was around 150 (before tip) which is reasonable for my daughter and I. I’ll definitely be giving them another shot!

This place is the Best! Best nail techs...my nails are perfect every time!!! I have followed Rachel and T for years and Im so excited for their new store. It is absolutely gorgeous, crisp and clean, great atmosphere, and friendliest staff! I would drive across town to use them. They only have the most qualified nail techs so your toes and nails are perfect every time. I absolutely love this place!!!!!

The nail bar provided excellent service. I had gel nail polish removed, a manicure and new polish put on. Ivy took her time, paid attention to detail and it was the best manicure I have had in town. Clean and professional. I will be going back there from now on.

I’ve had a few pedicures from the Nail Bar and they have all been excellent. Today I had the best foot massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend. And it’s so clean and bright.

Great service, great nails, my wife went 8 weeks without a chipped or broken nail, her natural nails were strong and healthy under the fakes. I will just say between the exceptional nails and festive beverages, my wife felt so pretty that she came home frisky and insisted that we take a nap immediately.

This was the best nail experience I have had in a while. They actually CARED about the quality of their work and provided excellent service. I will be going again for sure.
