Good job! Fast and a full service experience. There arent many automotive businesses that make you aware of and check all aspects for the reason of your visit. Theres no upselling they do whats necessary and send you on your way.

They are a little pricey, but are quick, honest, and nice. They always ask if I want a new air filter, but push me to buy one or anything else extra. This last time they even waited for me to get an answer from my dad (because he knows this stuff I dont) as to get a new one. I did because we are in road trip mode. 😁

The line was long but we didn’t have anything else to do on a Saturday. Mlkdam was super professional and helpful. He definitely gave us the best customer service!

I came here this morning to get an oil change and there was a line in both lanes, so I sat and waited (no problem in waiting). After waiting 35 minutes, the other lane was moving much faster and a car that got there after me AND the person in front of me got their oil changed. They had only waited approximately 20 minutes compared to my 35 minutes and the car in front of mes 45 minutes. I couldnt believe they didnt have at least the car in front of me go first, so I turned right around and left without getting my oil changed. This is not the first time this has happened - I know its difficult to manage but I think the employees have a responsibility to make sure it is first come first serve. I will not be returning to this location.

First time visit, place was busy with a 30 min wait which the attendant informed me of but I didnt mind waiting. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely plan to go back next time I need an oil change.

Had a 15.00 off coupon and was in line a GMC truck had starting problems and I was behind the truck the other lineWorked on 3 cars so a fellow came and said they would give me an extra discountGot the bill and asked what was the amount for the 2nd discount the fellow in charge he would do that up to another 15.00. The fellow handling the billing after I asked my question said I was critical and had a bad attitude he said he had many people here today from other outlets and at 10.00 a hour he was getting he wasnt going to do anything I told him staff coming to the car telling me what the other discount was coming staff should keep the truth.

Although I felt I was there way too long, the service attendants were AMAZING! They were professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. The bill hit me hard but I was traveling the next day and way overdue for an oil change.

Usually they are very professional and do a good job. Today the guy that came up to the window while I was in line waiting asked what brought me in, I replied with oil change. He proceeded to tell me that they only did those on mondays. Kinda confused I asked you only do them on certain days now? He said today is Monday... he was making a joke, but still. The thing that irritated me was when I finally pulled in for the oil change he was literally retelling the story and all laughing about it. Yes it was a joke, but when youre trying to check things off the long list of things to do in a day sometimes you dont recall what day it is right off the top of your head. If youre going to joke and make fun of a customer make sure theyre not in the car with the windows down listening to you. Just dont take jabs at female customers in general like that or customers that you think might not know as much about vehicles as you. Bad customer service and for business in general.

I was afraid of getting an oil change after hearing all the bad reviews from different places in the area. But these guys rock! They were kind, courteous and professional. The gentleman had no problem showing me the old air filter so that I could decide to get a new one or not. Instead of just telling me I needed a new one. Not to mention they were fast, I was in and out! I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles here. 10/10 would recommend

They waved us off when we arrived 25 minutes before they were supposed to be closing but were just standing around leaning against the equipment and doors doing nothing. Very very unprofessional and rude.

The Hopkinsville team is awesome! Was in and out in under 30mins. Brain, Kyle, and Morris took great care of me. This was my first time using Valvoline so I wasnt for sure how things worked. Brain explained every step they were doing and WHY they were doing it! I will be back!

Very nice employees got there right at closing time & they still changed my oil plus the coupon made it worth the while very satisfied and will be bk

Valvoline been in Hopkinsville for several years now. Still the same good service. The guy that waited on me told me I was No. 52 in line at a few minutes before 5pm. They closes on Saturday at 5pm. The crew waited and service the vehicle regardless. I was pleased. They gave really good service. Thanks!!

Last time i got an oil change i may have miss understood what was said but today i went in to get a clarification concerning the second truck where i would get the 50% off and 10 dollars offInstead of explaining in a professional manner i got an attitude that they was going to give me 10 dollars off my oil change. And further remarked we ain’t going to give you 60% off by the way that would be more than 60% offSo i remarked I won’t bring my 2nd truck in if i am only getting 10 bucks off only. Then she said one or the other 50% or or 10 bucks offSo why didn’t she say that in the first place i would have been fine with that and have gotten my clarification that i was wanting in the first placeHad a long day at work and didn’t need a smart attitude from a store that i was the customer.People skills need to drastic makeover

I came in for an oil change, my car has 239,000 miles and wanted conventional oil. They said they could only do synthetic because that’s what GM recommends. I ran my last GM V6 373,000 miles with conventional oil. I’m not going to pay more for synthetic.

Got there at 5:20 and was told they were closed. By told I mean “waved away by an employee who couldn’t get off their phone to tell us they were closed” usually it’s great service but this bunch was pretty rude.

They are very professional and informative.

Went there 3 weeks ago. Car started to ride rough the minute I left there. Turned around and came back. They took some fluid out that they put in the power steering. Said they filed it too much. Said if that didnt fix the problem, to not come back to them. To call a number. It helped and ran more smoothly. Today, 3 weeks later, Im low on oil. Never happened before. Dont know what they were doing, but they werent doing what they were supposed to. Will never go back.

If you want it cheap learn it yourself, you want it to cost a arm and a leg, go to vavoline. Lube not included.

Had purchased a battery there about 18 months ago. Car wouldnt start after sitting for about 2 weeks. Took battery back to them to analyze. New battery was replaced free of charge no prorated fee as it was less than two years and I had the 5 years warranty on the battery. Friendly staff and accomodating.

Checked my oil level a day after my oil change and it was almost a quart low, no engine leak, nothing. Just ridiculous. They always try to rip people off. Beware.

The lady working there is very rude. She hung up on me and when i got back up there about a problem i had after my service she was really rude. I asked for the manager and she stated she was the manager. i asked for William because on the paperwork I got states he was the manager she wouldnt tell me when he worked.

Got oil changed and that was fine but the bozos put 70lbs of air in my brand new tires.......if think these guys would know how much air pressure tires require b4 attempting to do it...either they dont or just dont care about their customers safety and well being...RECKLESS AND DANGERIOUS
