Josh is an excellent, experienced and efficient technician. Josh diagnosed the problem with our 18-month old Samsung refrigerator’s ice maker very quickly. Josh is a fantastic representative of the Appliance Repair Center of Maine. In addition, Josh is courteous and he followed all Covid protocols. Give that young man a raise!

Dealing with the Samsung warranty folks was a challenge. The Appliance Center rescheduled the tech call twice. That being said, Josh A., the tech who arrived, was knowledgeable and professional. He solved the issue quickly. Kudos.

I would like to give a huge shout out to The Appliance Repair Center of Maine as well as Josh A. I have the Lowes Extended Protection Plan on my Samsung Washer & Dryer. I was first put in touch with another appliance repair center and cancelled my service appointment because the customer service was awful and the staff that I dealt with was beyond rude. Everyone that I have spoken to at The Appliance Repair Center has been courteous and professional. Josh came today to fix both my washer and dryer. He was knowledgable, friendly, and made sure that he explained exactly what the issue was. If you have the Lowes Extended Plan and live in the Lake Region area, do yourself a favor and insist that your appointment is made with them!

Unfortunately they had to stay longer then was really necessary due to waiting for tech support on the phone, from the manufacturer of our TV. Had nothing to do with the appliance repair store.
