Super cute nails. Way faster than I expected. The service was nice, and I’ll probably go again.

The two young guys that did my hands and feet did such a great! Andy did the design on my hands after just showing him the photo. He also fixed my nails as he did the fill because the other place did not do a very good job.

The service was pretty good to me! I got a full acrylic set with gel polish and the price was very reasonable. Id come here more often, I think Id be making it more of a habit!!! I love Cosmo Nail Bar!!!

Love Cosmo Nail Bar!! its been a long time since I did my nails like this but i decided to try it for prom and senior pics and Im obsessed with them everyone was nice too! This will be my go-to salon from now on!

Don’t waste your money or time are this place, took 3 hrs to get my nails done and didn’t even get what I wanted. Didn’t listen to me after I said what I want multiple times. Made some questionable comments about my fingers and made me feel self-conscious about myself. And if that’s not bad enough my nail is already lifting, only had them less than 12 hrs. The only good thing about this place is that the AC is nice and the chairs. So if you want to spend 50$ on nails go here and get a poor job done for some nice AC.

This is by far my favourite salon. Its super cute and cozy. I would not trust anyone else to do them. My tech also hilarious and really makes you feel at home. I would recommend again and again!!!

I paid $60 for a refill with gel polish and honestly no design just different color polish.I just moved to Lubbock and have been looking for somewhere to be my regular but everywhere I’ve been change their prices up on me or have bad customer service.This place was nice but I don’t see how a refill is $60I lived in the Cayman Island one of the most expensive places to live and I only paid $35 with the best nail tech on Island. That was with gel and design...Honestly liked the environment but I’ll be on the look out for a regular.

I have been here twice for pedicures and have been really satisfied each time. The first time took a bit long but as walk in we expected that but the second time we were quickly put in seats and started on! Both of us enjoyed the experience and a job well done also the drinks were great!

I was trying to find a nail shop close to me, that won’t give me the same horrible treatment I’ve gotten before when I go to nail salons. My first time going knocked my socks off! I was impressed how the manager (Sophie) did my sister and My nails. I got charged a head scratched price. But other than that I definitely got my money’s worth. She’s fast, get you in and out but does well at the same time. I definitely made a second trip to see her, and thus far she is my go to nail tech! Another thing she is about her business on satisfying the customer, and paying attention to what you want instead of picking for you. I would recommend her if you want your nails done right!

The pedicure went great however when it came to my nails it was a totally different story. The nails hurt, they are not shaped the same and it’s visibly noticeable. It was so rush. I work in this industry as well and I could not believe this is how things went there. Customer service was out the window the only nice person was the receptionist who was pulled every which way. Definitely will not be going back and so sad to know that I’m probably going to have to pay to get my nails redone else where. I only went because my sisters nails came out so cute there. Guess just depends when you get there. They were way over their heads.

They were so accommodating and great. When I arrived my chair was all set for a pedi right next to my mother-in-law. We loved the experience!!! FANTASTIC. I was happy.

I LOVE THIS PLACE def my go to! They are super nice and their drinks are YUMMY. I go here all the time and I always love my nails when I leave. I love designs and they always perfectly execute my ideas. That’s definitely my favorite thing about coming here. I don’t have to watch to make sure they’re doing it right. I love the staff. They’re always really nice and communicative while providing services. I have yet to have a bad experience and I’ve been going for months. 10/10 recommendAs a college student, it also doesn’t break the bank so that’s a plus. 🤩

My nails also came out amazing and she made sure I was happy with the pink acrylic color she was using. Ive been to a few other salons and I always feel rushed, but they really took their time here which made the experience sooo relaxing.

My daughters and I followed Peter from Serenity Spa! He is THE best! Cosmo Nails is very clean and very relaxing! Perfect place to pamper yourself!

The front desk guy was the only one who had a great attitude and made sure everyone in that salon was ok.The lady I had was rude, she didn’t speak, she was rough and every time she went to move my feet she grabbed my ankles hard and moved them herself. She got shellac polish on the top of my foot and she removed it by using a toe nail file ( which hurt ) no ones ever done that… When it came time to the hot towels she left them on for 10 seconds like she was in a rush to get me and my mom out the door. Then a lady next to me was waiting to leave so she left me with her gloves on and went and put her sandals on her, touched a chair nearby and then came back to me with the same gloves.I NEVER complain about any services I get and this is first time I’ve ever left a review on someone’s services.The guy who did my moms feet was also rude and didn’t speak, kept looking at her like “ ew” which is very unprofessional. Did the same thing with the hot towels, and when he wanted my mom to put her feet back in the water he did a push movement with his hand, then when it came time to pay out, the front desk guy was helping us and the guy who did my moms feet was standing there, I guess expecting a tip which they both weren’t going to receive.The tip was left but it was for the guy who greeted us at the door.

My tech did a fabulous job! She helped steer me towards a gorgeous color, explained what she was doing at every step in the manicure, and was super friendly.

Got an acrylic set and pedicure today and was very impressed! Even my fiance said were not going anywhere else when were out there because his pedicure was great as well. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I’ve been here multiple times and keep coming back. It’s never so busy that I have to wait. I get dip nails and a shellac pedicure. They do a great job. Huge color selection.

I am a college student and I have never, ever written a bad review but I think this might be an exception. I have had problems, twice, at this salon, once with the hygiene of their tools, because my cuticle got cut really short and was infected after (paronychia). I went in a second time because I understand accidents happen, and just got shellac on my natural nails. A day later I encountered discoloration to my nails, and Id never even seen anything like this. ( I attached photos.) I went back into the salon to let them know that this color/ occurrence was happening, and they said that they would fix it, but it was ambiguous as to if I was going to be charged for a mistake by them. They proceeded to charge me anyway. I paid and still tipped them well, but I will not be going there again, and I am no longer going to send my friends there. I am sure that they have the complete capacity to do a good job, but know that I have had a lot of issues with this salon, and their customer service is subpar.

Place was clean (only reason for 2 start) BUT they are so rough and made me bleed, I asked them to be more gentle and he ignored me. I did not get a cheap Pedi either WONT go back. They also did not open the sterile tools IN front of me so there is that also. BIG HELL NO.

I have been coming here for months. It stays very busy!! My last 2 visits were not so pleasant. One of the men was in a rush to do my nails and the polish was smudged and nails looked uneven. The last visit took 3 hours! The gentleman continously stopped working on my nails to help every person that walked in. I finally got frustrated and asked for another nail tech because I felt he was never going to finish my nails. From when they first opened to now I feel the customer service is slowly declining.

I went hoping they would do good on my nails. They did my feet really good, but when it got to the nails it was not a good experience. Very violent with my hands. Hurt me multiple times and even drew blood. And they also left a bunch of the dip under my nails. The shape of my nails are also not smooth and crooked.

My daughter and I came in for mani/pedis. I wanted to like this place because they had Elsa kid chairs but I was extremely disappointed! We had an appointment for 11 and waited in the pedicure chair for over 40 minutes. Our water got cold. For our manicures we got shellac so they last longer which is an extra charge. I’m not sure if the polish is old or just poor quality but my shellac started chipping THE NEXT DAY. I’ve gotten shellac at many other salons and this has never happened so soon. One of my daughters nails peeled completely off which is almost impossible to do with shellac. She wanted simple rainbow stripes on one nail and her nail tech tried to talk us out of it. Very unprofessional. I went in to get mine corrected only to have them chip AGAIN two days later. I paid almost $200 for chipping poor quality nails. I will never come back here and I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

I have come here multiple times and have loved it! It is so clean and everybody is very friendly. Sophie normally does our services, but happened to be out of town today when we tried to make our appointments so we decided to just do a walk in. The lady doing my toes was in such a rush and there was nobody else waiting. My nails were cut at huge angles. I asked her to fix them and she attempted to fix 2 of them. My daughter was getting her nails dipped and the guy was on his phone texting the whole time. Their prices are higher then other salons and I’m ok paying that for the cleanliness and good services, but today it was way under par especially for what I paid.

The best nail salon in Lubbock! You cant go wrong with Sophie, Henry, Mimi or James! They are the very best! The owners have been doing my nails for over 10 years and I have never had one complaint! Their new salon is beautiful and clean! Cosmo Nail Bar rocks!!!

Sophie and Henry are two of the sweetest people you will every meet. Sophie has been doing my nails for close to 10 years! I have followed her to several places that she has worked. I have been going to Sophie for about 9 years and absolutely love her! So excited for her and Henry opening their own shop! They have always done a fabulous job on my nails and taking their time to pay close attention to detail!

I think this nail salon is by far the most polite nail salon I’ve ever been to. They very courteous and very customer service oriented. I enjoyed my pedicure thoroughly and my nails are always getting compliments. This is now my go to place for service.

Fine pedicure, clean and new interior. Service was terrible. The lady who worked on my nails was clearly rushing, she really tried to pressure me into upgrading to a more expensive service, and she did that thing that I hate where she would put my own dead skin or callus on top of my foot and act all grossed out. Look, I work in healthcare and I am on my feet all. the. time. Which is why I get regular pedicures. I don’t need the weird judgement. There are plenty of other salons in town that don’t behave in this unprofessional manner so I will take my business elsewhere.

I love coming here! The atmosphere is calming and everyone is super sweet and professional!
