Purchased a vehicle in April and still do not have the title. we have called and sent a 24 hr notice to provide title no response, no call. When you do call you get transferred around and end up with a voicemail to the title dept who never calls back. horrible - would not recommend

My mom had her car taken while she was in another state on April 19th she returned on the 20th and has been fighting to get her car back jumped thru hoops then to be told when we finally get to Adesa they tell her they require $5??? She has her debit card and they tell her they dont take cards what place in this day and age doesnt take a card ( we dont carry cash ). They made it so hard on my poor mom she 76 no one should be treated the way they treated her. Id give -10 ⭐

Dropping vehicles off at Adesa is really a good experience as the security and lot personal bends over backwards to make it as easy as possible for the drivers and truckers.

Girl at the was very helpful . i had to pull out 2 rvs and she located them for me told me how to find the jump carts also she made it easy

Some of the cars we bought passed inspections and car wont even start, they told us it needed the original key (got it from dealer) but key was no the problem then told me to tow it back to adesa and now they are saying the computer is the problem and the cost is $480 so since its under $500 then it is our problem Andy in arbitration says (WOW), we havent even been able to drive the car, we paid for inspection and it passed (wondering how they inspected the car) 2nd car : invoice said frame damage wich they never announced, Andy in arbitration and his manager looked at video with us and agreed that the frame damage was NOT announced, but Andy still said that there was nothing they could do, we fought it and was able to returned the car at the end, but Andy will always try everything to keep it your problem. BEWARE Arbitration is a BIG problem at adesa nevada, everything else its great here but we wont be buying anymore cars from here

They allow you to pick up the vehicles until 9pm but no one there to help you.

I bought a car from Adesa auction and I didnt get the title, their policy is you buy a car and you have pay for the car but you may dont get the title for month and after month you have the right to return it, they dont consider that dealers need to get the title by the time gets the car cause in cars business time is money. In addition to that I bid on car and till a point where i stopped bidding on it but when i was looking on my online account I found it on my account and when I complained about that the arbitration office they say no you have to pay for it or you will get fine. they are scam.

This place is no auction unfair and pure lies. the cars here dont even work i bought a car and the tie rod was damaged almost got in a car accident. Zero for the business.

This place caters to auto LENDERS. They advertise hours on the weekends but the office is closed. The gates to the lots are open for those tow drivers to drop off the car that they repossessed for the LENDER.Address is listed as 1000 E Gowen, but with 8 high walls you have to drive up Bruce to find the actual entrance. Wasted 1.5 hours at this place this morning.

This place is the worst, the service to us the truckers is terrible, they treat us badly we have to walk long stretches to go to look for the cars that we are going to transport to the buyers and when you ask for the customer service, ocean they carry to the truckers to locate the cars and be sure that the vehicle starts and we can take it out. Because when the car does not start we have to go back half a mile approximately to ask for help to collect the vehicles that they already sold. Ocea treat us like trash, its a shame because the truck drivers are the ones who move all their sales.
