What happens when you come to VIP nails you ask? Well you get VIP treatment!!! Seriously the only place I’ll come my my mani and pedi needs!!!

I was nervous to come here as I’ve never been, but my sister needed her nails done and I wanted some as well. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My nails look the best they’ve ever been, and there’s not a mistake in sight on me or my sisters nails. They checked with me for every process to make sure I was happy with them, and even walked my sister through the entire process. Flawless result, and AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY service. I’ve never had such an enjoyable and talkative nail tech, but unfortunately I can’t remember his name. We even received a student discount!

My regretful experience at VIP had nothing to do with the service or quality of manicure/pedicure. I was very pleased with their professionalism, caring attitude. The unpleasantness came from a patron who put her phone on speaker mode and proceeded to have a very dramatic and LOUD conversation/argument with another woman on the phone where the entire salon could hear. This is very RUDE! Realizing the employees were not able to stop this woman’s dramatic conversation, I took it upon myself to ask the woman to either end the call or take it outside which she did. After she left, the employees profusely thanked me. I am only putting this in the reviews so maybe it will not happen to you! People…don’t air your dirty laundry in a nail salon where people are trying to relax and enjoy the services. However, I will go back to VIP because none of this was their fault. I got a great manicure/pedicure from them.

Just received the best pedicure ever!!! So therapeutic, legs were tired and achey, now revitalized. Shoulders were tense from a week of stress, after the massage chair and hot packs I am fully relaxed.They went the extra mile to ensure we received VIP treatment. So thankful we found this place, will definitely be back.

Post quarantine manicure with dip powder... Unfortunately, the husband and wife owners had no other employees show up today so we did have to wait even though we made an appointment. They were friendly and very nice, and tried their best to accommodate everyone waiting. Kenny did a great manicure.

I would definitely not recommend this place they messed up my nails very badly two times shave my nails down to the really thin as I’m taking my set off my nails are very thin and they hurt they also overcharge when there work is not it my nails were very uneven and when I told him they were charging me too much they made me pay anyways after messing my 2 times!!!!

Wife thought it was awesome. One of best she ever had. Very relaxing. Staff was amazing. Wife highly recommends VIP.

Ken and Kayla did an excellent job on my hun and myself. Pedis were top notch. Definitely get the Silk Smooth milk & honey. Well worth the money. Will definitely be back.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. My 3 young daughters received the best mani pedis as well as myself and listening to Christian music in the background was the ultimate piece for relaxation and peace. I was in complete meditation and exquisite peace. Come one come all!

We loved VIP Nails! It was our first time visiting and the service was very good! My mom and I both loved how our nails came out. They were very friendly and had good customer service.

Trying out diff salons my daughter and made it in nearly closing time. I get it they were tired and were ready to go home. For one I didnt like how they left the corner sides of my toe nails unpainted after I polightly asked them to polish in full. They did not. Then I pick the $40 pedi for both me and my daughter but when we get to register they told me 40 for and 50 for you. I dont know why but I feel they always try to joop up the prices last min.

Yesterday was my time to VIP Nails since they have been under new management. I was very pleased. Kenny and Kayla are very friendly and welcoming. Kayla did an amazing job on my nails. They have a great staff.Lisa does great pedicures. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!!

We waited 25 minutes just to get in chair and while we were waiting a customer was trying to leave because they were having issues with the nails tech.we finally get in the chair and the nails teach mess up my nails 2x and takes 4 hours to do my powder nails.Me and my boyfriend we’re in there after they were closed she then says she gave me $5 off my $55 set.Which is nothing for the time she wasted.Plus she was really rough with me and made my nails bleed a lot.I came here because I seen they had 4.9 stars never again will I come here.

Kenny and Kayla are THE BEST at what they do. Ive been going to them for years and am so happy they bought VIP nails. Each time I go to get my nails or toes done, they make sure that I am happy with the job done before letting me leave. They truly care about their customers and their skill is second to none!!
