They never called me to confirm appointment and send me msg with wrong info then called me to charge no show fees extremely unprofessional attitude they lost a good client I will not recommend this place at all

My lips were injected horribly. So ugly they just wanted to sell, my lips are still not the same after almost a year.If you are looking for a natural plump go elsewhere. That’s what I wanted and got too much put in.I tried calling after and I received no help. My lips have bumps that do not dissolve, even with 8rounds of hyaluronidase 10 months later... at a different location. I spent more dissolving than I did for the filler.Thanks for ruining my lips.

I had the signature facial and it was AMAZING!!!I came back to get a maternity massage and it was not good. :/ so that’s why it is 3 stars.

My facials were fantastic but the laser hair removal did nothing. I bought 5 sessions and I never saw any hair reduction whatsoever. It really sucks cause it was like $700!

I have had good service with them once but they were not timely on that occasion. Today, arrived early, but I left because I waited 20 minutes from my scheduled time before I was taken into a room and then left to sit there unattended for 10 minutes more.

They make you wait for ever, the front desk lady’s are rude and I had an emergency and they wanted to charge me for reschedule.

I really enjoyed the whole process. Erica was very nice and I felt comfortable asking all the questions I had. I was so nervous but as soon as I was in the procedure room Keri was very understanding and patient. Overall great. did not give 5 stars because procedures should be available on saturdays, come on now. parking lot needs to be bigger

Amazing experience with Erin! She is a total sweetheart. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a tattoo removal with the laser and wasn’t as painful and stressful as expected. I was completely nervous and very anxious and she was so kind to keep me relaxed and help me feel assured of everything that was going to happen. Thank you again Erin and Advanced Body and Laser! I loved going here for my lip fillers! I had gotten them done before at another place but the experience was entirely different here. They really care about your level of comfort and making you feel relaxed (as someone who struggles with anxiety). The person (Erin) who had done my lips was so nice and she did an excellent job. Overall very happy and would recommend!

Erin was awesome she explained everything she was doing and made me very comfortable. I highly recommend you ask for her and have recommend her to my clients. I would strongly suggest that the front office schedule appropriate time for appointment so Erin would have had the time to complete all services. As far as the actual process it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Erin did say I would bruise and did have bruising light on cheeks pretty bad on chin. Overall good experience I will be back 😊

I went here for lip filler and paid for full syringe. The certified staff inserted the filler in a sloppy manner and left me extremely bruised. I was told to message for a few days. She did not take the time to insert the gel into both my lips leaving me with uneven and unbalanced lips. Poor method of inserting which did not last long. I went in 6/8/18 and found myself visiting another location in 7/6/18 for another syringe. I lost volume right away and the method of inserting does play a role on how long it can last. I was very disappointed. The numbing gel did not work and I felt all the pain. I will not be returning here or recommending this place. All they care for is the money here and not the end result or customer satisfaction.

I’ve been going to ABLC since 2016 consistently and have never been disappointed! I adore the front desk staff, and I always feel like I’m treated as I’m an important customer. My nurse injector, Nikki, is AMAZING! She’s knowledgeable, professional, and makes me feel comfortable every time. I highly recommend ABLC to anyone I encounter and my injector of choice is Nikki Aguirre!

The lady who did my lips was very nice. The staff was moderately nice. I only did a four Star because I have only been in for one thing and haven’t had a chance to do their other services. I don’t know how the other services and staff who do those are just yet. I will keep you posted

If I could give them a zero I would. No communication with staff. Staff says one thing when you are there but then ever follow up on what they say. I was going to start accunte and had problem since the beginning due to staff. I had a terrible experience would not recommend to anyone.

My experience at Visalia Advanced Body and Laser center was well worth the five stars. The staff at the front desk were incredible and welcoming, they made me feel relaxed and comfortable, which was so important to me since it was my first time getting filler. The nurse who did my treatment was SO gentle and precise. I had no swelling and went to the mall right afterwards to get a new lipstick. I did have small bruises the next day, but they went away after a couple days and were easy to cover up. I am so thankful for choosing this place to do my treatment. ❤️❤️🥰🥰

To sum up all of my regret i have been having a tattoo removed here and every time i went in there’s a problem with my payment, i would have to wait 30+ minutes (even though i’ve told them several times i don’t need the numbing gel and to add that to my profile for the future), forgetting to do my color and a seperate appointment switching to a different laser for half of my tattoo and the other half with another and had 0 reaction.i’m a really easy going person and i have been coming for over a year now i have spent a lot of money here and i was upset. i normally wouldn’t result to writing a nasty review but i felt that when i approached the manager and expressed my frustrations she said i stand by my nurse and there’s nothing i can do! i understand they are licensed nurses and have knowledge on their profession. the manager also said that it is “not their job to explain to me what they are doing to my body.”and that she did what she felt was best which i also respect it’s her judgement as a nurse. i strongly disagree with how things were dealt with. i was looking for a compromise and understanding and was met with a combative attitude. eventually after our interaction i explained to her that this isn’t the first problem and that i was looking into going to another place she said okay maybe you should but “for your upcoming appointment maybe you shouldn’t be paired with that nurse i think you have a bad taste in your mouth w Nikki“neither of us said i’m actually canceling. then 2 months later my appointment which i drive 2 hours for was cancelled. the manger tells me that we agreed 2 months ago that i was going to cancel and now all of a sudden i was telling the nurse how to do her job and that they can no longer treat me that’s not the case!!! the only negative interaction i’ve had was this phone call. the manager lied to me and told me she didn’t remember her mentioning my future appointment. if she didn’t want me to come to my next appointment for whatever excuse they wanted to use instead of just seeing from my point of view why i was feeling concerned about my treatment then she should of told me straight up instead of me waiting 2 months to now all of a sudden figure somewhere else to do my treatment. unprofessional. weird. i am so happy to not give them my money anymore i have never dealt with something like this. this was handled extremely poor. the lack of communication is the strangest part if you don’t like my complaints then do a better job of preventing things like this!! also the demeanor that you don’t have to explain things to people and there is nothing you can do is outstanding. i think that a customer having grief about something that is a very real thing on their body should not be met with such hostility. absolutely ridiculous u guys blow!!!!! i could write paragraphs. every time i would reach out i had to call multiple times to get a response not even the owner held up on her promise to call back. a absolute joke

I received a yogurt body wrap and a facial with microdermabrasion. I had the most incredible experience! I was there for 2 hours. My esthetician was Bethany. She explained everything she was going to do as well as what benefit the product offered, she took her time and concentrated on my individual needs also. I am so incredibly relaxed and feel amazing. I was served a complimentary mimosa. I’m telling you if you want to be pampered and leave feeling better than you have in a long time Advanced body and laser in Visalia is THE PLACE TO GO!!

Ok so I went for a cosmetic issue not anything serious. First I called several places. The first set appointments within a week or two. This place set an appointment 2 months out. I waited 2 months for my appointment. I arrived on time with all my new patient paperwork filled out. I waited 58 minutes in the front waiting room + another 40 in the back waiting area.This really sucked for me because I was using my lunch hour for the appointment.Everyone was nice: Receptionist, medical assistants, Dr. The diagnosis was good. Overall if you are goung for cosmetic reasons Id Id reccommnded Advance Body & Laser.

I started my facial hair removal about 2 months ago and couldn’t be more happier with my results!! The staff there is Friendly and knowledgeable!! I highly recommend them!!

You can tell the staff receives commissions on products because they push you to buy the Obaji products before you get the treatment you want saying it’s “mandatory “ I came in for laser treatments that were gonna cost a total of $800. But when I went for my consultation, they added “necessary and mandatory” Obaji creams and microdermabrasions all totaling $2600. And instead of one to two visits, it was going to be like 4-6 visits. No thank you. I don’t have the time nor the money to be wasting. I would rather go all the way to LA to get exactly what I want in one visit.

The staff here is nice but not very knowledgable. I felt that the two treatments I had were incomplete. I have had the same treatments elsewhere and it was a world of difference both in experience and results. I gave them a try but am not impressed.

Update below**** Ive been visiting ABL for about a year and I love this place. Its always really relaxing and clean. Ive had a couple Sublative treatments and I can see a huge difference in my skin tone and texture. They have great serums and I also get my lashlifts done here. Its basically a one stop shop for me. The only reason Im giving them a 4 star rating is that they have 2 receptionist that can be quite gossipy. Also they do tend to have about 1 or 2 techs that consistently call in to work so I just dont schedule with those woman. Overall its great, just be picky about who you work with.********UPDATE :I was getting lash lifts regularly and noticed that my lashes grew out the tips had a harsh bend, like a 90 degree angle.I tried working with Ashley to get the issue corrected but it hasn’t been resolved. I’m not happy with the way my lashes look and I won’t be continuing. Also, I had initially saw big improvements with my skin from the sublative PRP treatments but when I initially had received a consultation I was advised by Lisa that these treatments could help reduce acne scarring. When I followed up with Lisa about my scarring (after 2treatments) she then advised Sublative treatments weren’t used for scarring. I left feeling duped and confused.

Had a hydro facial with Ashley! Very professional and described each step of the process. No pain and the yucky stuff from my skin was gone. Already have my 2nd appointment scheduled 😁

They let me down tords the last min of my treatment, not even having the money in had was enough for them. Now I’m searching for another place.
