I was a walk-in, and they were so sweet! They were short handed and getting busy! I loved the pedicure! The flowers on my toes were stickers, so that was a bit unexpected, but they look great!

Worst pedicure ever. Came from out of town and looked up best nail salons and this one had the best reviews, not sure how. Got a shellac pedicure and the lady was so messy with it. Usually if they get some on the sides of your toes they’ll take it off with acetone before they set your polish under the light. She was messy the whole time and after she put all the layers and top coat she “cleaned me up” and CUT OFF the polish on the sides of my toes with a cuticle cutter. Hurt so bad and she would not stop. I went with my best friend and her 4 year old and her nail tech was so rude to her kid. Kept telling us she talks to much and even slapped the 4 year olds foot when she put them on the ledge. Would give 0 stars if i could.

Love this place! Wanted to get game-ready for Texas Techs national championship basketball game tomorrow night. Kim fit me in to her busy afternoon, and topped it off with cool little Double Ts!

Loan did a wonderful job with my shellac manicure and pedicure. Went into the salon at 2:30 on a Sunday and had to wait about 30 minutes in the pedicure chair (hence the 4-star rating), but once my pedicure was started I was attended to promptly. I would call ahead of time to set up an appointment if possible.

Loan I think was her name did a wonderful job on my nails. She took her time and took pride in her work. I was very happy with the workUnfortunately the lady who did my daughter was in a hurry and rushed through. Her middle finger was so crooked and the colors were not what she wanted.

I come here everytime Im in town...they are super friendly and have the best prices Ive found anywhere! I highly recommend.

I chose this nail shop based on their excellent reviews on google to get a basic dip done on my natural nails. They have a truck outside of their shop stating that dip is $35 which I thought was fair priced since I have paid more at other places. I walked into the shop and was seated quickly but I waited around 15 minutes for someone to come start on my nails, which is fine. That being said, the lady who did end up working on my nails was very rough, rude and made me very uncomfortable. Throughout my appointment she kept insisting my boyfriend pay for my nails and that if he didn’t have money he wouldn’t have a girlfriend which we awkwardly laughed off, but it was very weird and unprofessional. Additionally, my nails were all uneven lengths and shapes and were not good quality whatsoever. I ended up paying $50 for basic black dip powder which is not what I understood the price to be. Nonetheless, I will not be returning to this establishment due to the lack of professionalism and quality.

I got my nails done here and they are so terrible and poor quality. I have dip all over my nails stuck to my skin and they charged $40 for the worst nails I’ve ever had! They never filed my nails or even looked at a file. My chipped nails were never touch. Customer service was hateful and laughed.

Been looking for a good place for pedicure for quite some time. Went here this afternoon as my feet crack and are really dry in the winter., I got my toe nails clipped a little callous scrub and lotion. My wife received less than the same. Wasnt Was offered a drink till walking to the door. I was trying to help my wife communicate with theguy working on her feet and got nowhere. No person there could speak English very well. The owner thought I was complaining and threw in parifis told the best deal but wasnt able to compare on themenu. After soaking till the water was cold

I paid for two sets of nails, my nails and a friends. My friends nails were left way too thick and crooked. My nails were left with gaps with no acrylic and my nails are crooked as well. My top coat is not smooth and i was left with clumps of glue under my nails. The pattern of the designs do not match. Both ladies that did our nails were extremely rude and very rough. I was charged $75 for my nails alone. This is ridiculous and I cannot seem to add up the price to get that amount. Will never give them my business or recommend them to anyone!

Lilly was amazing!! She was fast and gentle! Honestly over all this salon is amazing so friendly and talkative very very clean and they can do exactly what you’d like them to do with no issues! I definitely found my go to nail place! Thank you nails 2000 for being so amazing! 🥰

It was nice to get in quickly

Lily did my nails and was very rough and had to redo them multiple times and left them looking like a little kid did them. She left polish on my skin and didn’t even fill the sides of my nails nor did she thin the dip out so my nails look very clunky. Also that the top coat isn’t even smooth. I can’t believe that I paid for this. She was also very rude. The only nice thing about this place was the man who asks if you need anything when you walk in. I strongly suggest you don’t go there and go to onyx nails.

I came in and they were nice but they gave me to new guy that was still learning which they did not tell me until after my nails looked awful. There were SO many flaws. I ask for simple ombré and he said he could do it he had to redo some of my nails multiple times. They fell off not even 5 days after. My nails hurt so bad after from redoing them so many times. They were so uneven after I wanted to cry they looked so bad. And they still charged me 60 DOLLARS after telling me he’s new and learning. Will not go back.

These are dip nails that are about 2 weeks old, but they still look awesome!! Jan took care of me- gave me these nails, a pedicure, and facial wax. Shes so talented and friendly! Scott and Lilly always take good care of me with or without an appointment. I’ve had pretty much all the nail techs do my manicures and pedicures and they all do a great job. They will offer water, soda, wine or margaritas while you are being pampered.

Like family for years we always come here. We live over hour from here and always come back. You wont be disappointed

Lily did an amazing job on my nails! She helped pick out a beautiful yellow for my color. She then proceeded to put acrylics on my nails and shape them to my standard. Lily also took the time to paint a sunflower on my ring finger nails. I have been here countless times over the past year and absolute love this solan. I have never had any issues and would recommend this place 10/10.

I paid for the deluxe pedicure and she didn’t even scrub my feet. I told her if she could file my nails down instead of cutting them and she didn’t file them at all just the sides and made them crooked.. I had my 4 year old daughter with me she was also getting her toes done she didn’t cut her nails she left them all jagged and then painted all over her skin and put her feet on the ledge where she could barley reach and slapped her foot and said “don’t move “ and told me a total of 8 times while we were there” your daughter talks to much.” I have never not left a tip but today I didn’t I will definitely never be going back . The only nice person there was the guy that greeted us and sat us in our chairs and got my daughter a drink.

Gotta admit, the best customer service I ever had so far around the area for the past 6 years. Store is always busy, but worth the wait. Clean store. Staff and the owner are courteous. They are always happy to fix the nails free of charge within 2 weeks after I call them. They will do whatever it takes to make the customers reasonably satisfied.On the side note, I have to disagree with the previous review. I never heard of the owner paying 5 bucks for writing reviews. She has too many customers, too busy to worry about paying for reviews.I highly recommend the shop, you should come and experience it for yourself.

I cannot even put into words how great my experience has been here. I have been in Lubbock for 4 years now and just discovered nails 2000 two months ago.. Scott and Lilly are the kindest people and know how to take care of their customers. Lilly is hands down the best nail tech I have ever had here in Lubbock.

I tried out several places trying to find a nice comfortable nail salon. I wished I had come here first. I couldve saved myself a lot of hassle. They are very professional and really care about their customers and their business. They do things right the first time, every time without cutting corners. After my first visit I decided this was the perfect place for me. Kim always does such a wonderful job! ❤

I hate to leave bad reviews but honestly I suggest you read this and the other reviews before going.It was busy at the shop which I kind of took as good sign, I was told it would be a few minutes and the women who came was told 30. We didn’t sign a sheet or have our name put on a list. More people came in and they were all told 30 min too. I was there an hour when a technican asked who was next, and even though I was next an older women went, so I waited for another 20 min. This isn’t on the workers but It would’ve been nice to have a list so that it doesn’t happen. When I finally got seated I was just kind of uncomfortable because I felt like an inconvenience because they were busy. As more people came in they kept being told 30 minutes for wait, it would be nice to be told the honest time instead of being lied to in order to try to keep people waiting. My nails were done in 30 minutes which is the fastest I’ve ever gotten them done, and not for the better. My nails are crooked, the polish lumpy, and I thought it was weird that mid way through they had me pay already. Maybe I just came in on a bad day and it might be amazing on other days but honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been embarrassed of how my nails look after getting them done until today. The staff is nice but It was fairly obvious regulars were being treated with extra care and it made me upset knowing I waited this long just to be given rushed nails to get someone else in my seat.

I have been coming to NAILS 2000 for several years and I will not go anywhere else. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel most welcomed. I feel like a VIP when I go into get my nails done. I’m always offered something to drink even if I already have one. Lilly usually does my nails, but I’ve had a couple of others do them as well and I’m always happy with them.

Lily and the rest of the staff are amazing! They do excellent work every time- and if something isn’t right- they always fix it! I have loved my nails every time I’ve been in and will not go anywhere else! I’m addition, they are kind and really care about the customers! They greet me by name and always ask about my day teaching!

If anything happens within 2 weeks, your fault or not, they fix it for free, no 3-5 dollar fee like other places! The owner goes above to make sure everyone is satisfied with your nails. I’ve been coming to Lilly and Nails 2000 for 8 years, even before her and Scott bought the salon I went there. I get shellac, pedicures, and my eyebrows waxed. I love the family-friendly environment and that she always takes the time to give me individual time and attention regardless of whether I’m rushed, don’t have an appointment, or come in with a group for special occasion. She was one of the first in Lubbock to use the bags in the pedicures to keep it hygienic and her salon is always clean. There’s a reason they continue to be voted Best in Lubbock!!!

This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been too. I called before hand and asked for an appointment at six for me and my friend. We got in there and they kept trying to push dip powder on us and I prefer just acrylics with paint just in case if I would like to repaint them. However this was the worst experience because when I sat down the lady rushed through and glued all the tips on crooked even told me that they were crooked. She then told me she had another appointment and pushed me off on another person who told me my nails were to short to have the shape I wanted (coffin) which was not true, even so the lady cut all of my nails uneven as well so they aren’t the same size and when using the drill cut my cuticles several times and was incredibly rough with my hands. After this awful set they asked me if I was happy I told them no and that they were crooked and uneven. All the technitions proceeded to gather around me and the head technician who glued my tips on crooked in the first place told the lady who did my friends nails who was trying to fix mine to move out of the chair because she was too slow. By this time I had been with three technicians. My nails still look awful and I want my money back however from the other bad reviews I am not sure that’s a possibility, and I do not want these technicians to touch my hands again because of their rushing and roughness. My fingers are in pain, would never recommend this terrible service to anyone and I read a review that they offer a discount if you give them a good review so don’t trust what you read please this place is so bad.

Im very picky when it comes to salons (nails, hair, spa, tanning- anything) and this is my go-to nail salon. The owners are a wife-husband team and they both provide excellent service and go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable and happy with your visit. No sales-pressure to upgrade services, complimentary drinks, televisions, relaxing and inviting atmosphere, GREAT service, and awesome nails. I love how they care for your actual nail when removing/applying the artificial nails and polish. Everyone who works here is talented and they all follow the same service regimen.

They did a wonderful job with my daughters fills. The courtesy and kindness of each employee have the entire trip worth it. Will be back for sure!!!

I never write reviews. But this needs to be said... Horrible! Just went there with my sister. They were very rude! On their website it says free soak off with a new set and they still charged me extra because they apparently changed it, but did not update their website (not my fault). When I asked for a nail shape. The woman said she does not have time and grunted. Then, when she was shaping my nail, she cut my finger! Horrible! Never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon in the 15 years of getting my nails done.

Lilly & Scott are so AWESOME . The whole staff is great. They are so quick to welcome you. I have been going to them with my daughter, my boyfriend, my son, my sisters, and my mother. I will admit if one of the technicians make a mistake because it happens, we just let Lilly know & she takes care of it. They give you up to 2 weeks for your nails to last. I never heard Lilly ask anyone too write a review and she would give you a discount of $5.00. They are ALWAYS so quick to fix a problem. You just need too approach them in a nice way. I love them. AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TOO GO TO THIS PLACE.
