Was a little scared as it was my first time doing the drive thru wash.The gentleman at the entrance was very helpful, explaining what the process would be like and what each wash was.Washing was a breeze. Did the Mini Detail, well worth the $39.00. The young man who detailed my car did an excellent job. Car looks and feels brand new 😁, and smells very fresh.Will definitely be back. Remember to tip well, it is very much worth it.💯

The car wash machine was normal. Nothing crazy or less, but..The reason why just two stars, because of this car wash area rule.One worker who worked on June 19th in the morning, telling me that totally can cause the brake vibration in the future.I used compress air for cool down the brake rotor before go into the wash machine but the worker just turn off the air compressor without telling me because I’m not allow to use the air for cool down the brake rotor as well as dust off the engine bay.That worker doesn’t know how to deal with the people honestly.. it was very disrespectful way to deal with the problem.Anyways, that’s what he said and he said the Owner said that.Only you are allow to use the air for water out on the windows.This was such a hilarious rule. I never heard about that.I’m mechanic. I wish all cars with very hot brake rotor after driving and straightforward to the car wash machine to become my future brake rotor replacement customer because of this car wash rule.

This place is good. If you want to be frugal you can do it yourself for like $10 with free vacuum. Or you can do the mini detail for $39 + tip. Its worth it.

I used Express car wash, which is $8 dollars.They didnt put the tape on the back side wiper, so the wiper was broken.There was no compensation for the damaged parts, as the warning board had the words Consumer Responsibility. Be careful when using this shop as your vehicle may be damaged.

I paid $25 to get a hand car wash detail and the person there just directed me to a quick wash after paying full price and did not even vacuum my car. What a rip off do not trust this business

I ask the guy at the front of the car wash where the car enters to spay one side really good cause it had water spots then guessing the Manger came up and said we cant do that then proceed to spray the opposite side I wont be back there I work as professional driver black car service and truthful spending money on a car is required car needs to to look good but with covid 19 jobs are few and far so when things like this happen I cant really afford to have the car washed a second time just cause of water spots if you want friendly service as a driver go somewhere else like jet car wash I compare those two cause they are the two that I use but its a night and day experience from the two and during this crazy time things like this matter more!

Touch car wash cheapest price is 8. I paid the $12, and went through pretty good clean, however still with wet spots on my car. I asked for a towel to dry off the spots and they said it would be $1 extra just to dry off my car. What a joke

Bad customer service everyone there was acting like they hate working there no communication at all with the customer. Took forever to get our car and it wasnt even clean from inside they used a dirty rag which left a funky nasty smell inside my car. Not going there ever again.

Who is that fantastic looking woman working at the car wash everyday?! She always has a freindly smile and seems to be enjoying your job. She makes me feel welcome every time I come go to get my car washed. Dear management, give this employee a raise! She deserves it.

They fail to mention that the service was also discounted. The service was poor. I had to return to have my rims cleaned. There was no apology for the mishap.If I had seen the reviews I never would had gone here. Thats what I get for trying to save a buck. I will not return.

I came to wash my car. The individual who spoke to me told me they closed in 5 mins (7:15 PM Sunday)I informed him the hours on line stated 8:00PM. I was berated and told 5 mins come tomorrow.This was a complete waste of my time, I drove out to this location since it appeared as open. Shame.

This car wash is horrible! Horrible, doesnt give good service. They broke the window wiper and they destroyed it. We told one of the employees and he said okay well be with you we were waiting and he didnt turn back to see attend us. Some of the employees are really rude. I dont recommend this car wash. Dont go there!

Always get a good wash here and price is fine. Sunday morning you have the place to yourself and theyll vacuum the entire car for you. Thats all I need. Suv is $12 plus tip for basic wash with vacuum.

Do not come here if you have a new car the guy at the front Jose Luiz is to lazy or trying to save money by not dowsing your car manualy with water before going through the soap with brush only system this will cause the dirt on your car to get scratched by dirt that was left on your car. 2nd your car will sit for 10 -15 min before they start to dry it. 3rd your car will come out dirty still in so many spots till it gets wiped off by the detail guy with a rag furthering scratches on your paint. And I paid $18 for the wash and dry not including tip.

The car wash is terrible. After going through it, there was still soap on my car. The car was not completely dry either.

It’s very horrible car wash their service is toooooo poor and they charge the customers 2, 1st when you go through the machine,2nd before they start drying you have show 2 recipient to the drier guy so make sure don’t change 2 times

Needed a car wash on Sunday and instead of going to my normal car wash i took a chane on Pico carwash, which i should have never taken, because it was the worst experience ive ever had. First they broke the antena on my truck by not taking it out. Im paying $40 for full service and expect no mishaps, after that they then deliver an unsatisfactory job leaving my truck dirty. i will follow up with comsumer affairs hopefully they can help

The machine does not wash right. The price is high for what they do never go there it is a rip of the only thing they do good is the vaccum and the inside but never go there ever

Self wash $ 7 & full wash $ 10 Not price # 1 but lower price $ 5 at nearby competitive store. Do not touch the side mirrors when you self-wash. You can break them. Please have it wiped with a rear wiper tape. You can break -> Experienced.

This place takes a long time to wait for the complete service and even if you wash it in the charger you are running because you are taking so long that you can only be 5 minutes

35 minutes waiting for it to be cleaned and the water to be sealed and the glasses with water drop marks remain. I dont recommend Uncle Car Wash. Take a good job. And it’s white rather those machines scratch it.

It is a bad service there is a great lack of control to the 20 minutes they have washed it dry and after other minutes they clean it inside I came to walk to Los Angeles and I wanted to give it a good wash and they charge a lot and give a bad service everything is very good in Los Angeles alone this place is a stain I would not recommend even my worst enemy to this place
