This is the best car wash in my area. Its a little pricey, but they do a great job. My car was spotless inside and out. I think my car gave me a little smile for the nice treatment it received. And, when I picked up at my friends that night oh, they commented on how great the car locked right down to the tires.

Always had a good experience here. All employees are nice. I feel there are no rush jobs so no parts missed on car/truck will be dirty. At least with me its alwAys been great. If you havent tried this place yet then I say give them a try. Just might be worth your while. 😎

This was my first inside and outside car wash in a long time. This place did a great job. In addition to doing all the expected things like vacuuming, windows, and wiping down the dash, the person used compressed air so I didn’t have water spots drip, a razor blade on my windshield and really took the time to do an excellent job. I will be back.

Today was my first time getting my car wash at this establishment or car wash and it was the worst wash ever, i could have paid less at a different car wash and get a better job done, i paid $40 dollars that was recommended to me, i want for anyone to see how they did the inside of my vehicle, complaining dosent help, dont waste your money going there

BEWARE: they try charging you a 3 to 5 dollars extra if you have a Tesla. When asked why they said that the car doesn’t have “neutral”. When told him he was wrong, he got incredibly aggressive challenging me to find the neutral...on my own car.We decided to leave as more than just the upsell fee, the attitude, behavior and way he talked to me was incredibly disrespectful.For the record, their 19.99 “special” is one dollar more expensive than the car wash on Lincoln, which is 3 minutes away and has a much better service.Please note that the Hispanic gentlemen that were the ones cleaning the car were super nice and apologetic which the guy that did the ticket is the one we had a problem with.

Great wash, wax and detailing here, they really care about their customers. The facility is clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. The prices are very competitive too, they always go above and beyond to satisfy.

Best place ever…To Raul Tafur… is it not fair for you to mislead customers by posting a picture of your car in neutral when everyone knows that Tesla only have a neutral function while you stay in the car… we all know that carwashes send the car inside the tunnel without anyone in it… so it is only fair that they charged $3 since one of their worker remains inside.Put your car in neutral and step out and see if the car remains in neutral…Not cool.

Have been coming there for years. Today around 3:30 pm I drove up. The place looked closed except for a huge sign where you drive up saying Were Open and on Google it says now open. I see an employee and inquire. Instead of politely answering, his response was: What do you think?. I think he could use a lesson in basic good manners. Rudeness, not to mention conflicting information due to apparent poor management and negligence, are a direct reflection on the quality of service provided. So I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

DO NOT GO HERE! ALL AROUND GARBAGE CAN PEOPLE. I paid for 100$ wash and detail and they put my weather tec floor mats in another jeep. The manager then refused to talk to me and resolve the situation.

I got there 10 minutes before 8:00 and they were already opening the doors. They set out all of their signs and got ready inside. They were ready by 8:00 and I was done at 8:20. To top it all off they were $20.00 cheaper than the place I was going before.

I returned to this place to do the oil change for my car (11 years old) and possibly get it washed; when the oil person came he asked me to open the hood and told me that ONLY can do it with syntetic oil. I asked for the price: $90.00I request for the normal oil and he refused saying that he didnt want to damage my car. NOTE: I have done the same service 4 times before, he just doesnt remember...very interesting.When I left, I told him he just didnt want to do it, and that I wad going to take him somewhere else. He told me to GTF out of there. NOT GOING BACK... horrible way to treat customers.

First time there. I opted for the outside /stay in the car wash, as I was in a hurry. I felt a little awkward, sitting there while the workers were hand washing the car (not roller brushes). But thats my own brain...same way I wont go if its crazy hot and the workers dont have any shade to work under. They did a great job.

What a SCAM - NOT RECOMMENDABLEI have been here many times for oil changes but now they have new employees and a new manager and they claimed my car needed synthetic oil for $120, when the last few months they have used regular oil for $28/per oil change. Even when I told them this that this same place had always charged me $28 for regular oil and even my mechanic uses regular oil, they still claimed that was not possible and I had to use the expensive synthetic oil. WHAT A SCAM!! NOT RECOMMENDABLE!

Watch your stuff!! Employees can’t be trusted!!!My friend went there and left a bank deposit in the car. When he went to look for it the guy found it and said “are you looking for this?” He gave it to my friend who was happy that there always an honest person. Upon inspection it was $200 short!

Horrible experience. After they washed my car it wouldn’t start (I never had issues with my car not starting). Found out from the mechanic that it was due to them wetting the ignition and certain parts in the motor that shouldn’t have gotten wet. They refused to give me a refund after the car wouldn’t start for 4 hours because they wet it. Do not go here!

I would give negative stars if possible. I had taken my car somewhere else because of the poor service my last visit. But the other place wouldnt change my oil because apparently Handy J had put a plug on a bolt they had stripped. So I had to bring it back here. As Im telling the employee what I was told, he became aggressive and combative. I asked to speak to a manager. An older gentleman came up and informed me, Dear, we arent going to touch your car. Then when I explained that is employee is unprofessional and aggressive, he told the employee that is the way I perceived it. I have been going there for car washes for over eight years. I wont be going back for anything. And now Im going to have to find a place that will change my 16 year old cars oil because of there screw up.

Took a chance with these guys based on all the great reviews. We werent disappointed. We went in for a full Handy J Car Wash detail and they rocked it. The car had lots of coffee stains, dirt, etc on the interior and now it looks brand new again. These guys are legit and the price is right. Go see them for all your detailing needs. Best shop in the area and Ive been to them all. Juan is the man!!

I have been picking trash out of the back seat since I drove off the lot and Ive been scraping dirt off the exterior for the last half hour. No quality and no customer service.

When we need an oil change, well come here. Drop your car off at the service center to the left of the main car wash line. Theyll change your oil, then steer it to the front of the wash queue. While waiting, well walk over to the BBQ place for lunch. Very convenient and symbiotic system they got going here and we love it. Its too bad the people working at the counter are such sourpusses but we just ignore them. The guys who actually do the washing really do a good job. Theres an older gentleman who works here who cant bend his knees; We always tip him extra because even if it is a struggle for him, he still works hard and proud at his job. #inspiring

Ok my truck was a hot mess. The last time I had washed it was June. The guys did a great job granted I only purchased the basic package. The inside was vacuumed nicely and Windows were very clean. This is a decent car wash place. I have washed my car here for a number of years and they always do a decent job. The service can be slow at times, but they are typically very detail oriented.I appreciate that they dont always do the hard up sell to the next package up like some other car washes do. Also, bonus that there is a bbq joint right next door to snack at if you are getting a long detail!

First time I went I paid for the ambassador clean and they did not even clean my rubber mats- which lets be real, its a matter of taking them out, shaking off the debris and placing them back on.The second time I went they took like 45 minutes to clean my car. Again I asked to make sure my seats were wiped clean and my mats were shaken out before I handed the keys. They wanted to charge me to clean my mats- they got a stern NO from me because its ridiculous considering Im paying like 36+ bucksWhen I got my car like seventeen years later, the mats werent clean and the seats werent wiped or vacuumed. My car is leather. It takes two second to vacuum the seats and to take a small spot off with a wet wipe from the seat.Completely unacceptable. I told the manager that they hadnt done that and they took my car back for another million years and finally gave it back to me half assed. The seats still hasnt been vacuumed and I got too annoyed to ask them to do what I had paid for them to do.Extremely disappointed and dissatisfiedNever again.

Went to get my car washed here the other day. I have read the bad reviews so I was apprehensive but I really needed a car wash. They did an ok job. They werent very busy so I assumed it wouldnt take as long as it did.The thing that pisses me off is that the cup holders still had trash in them. There was no shiny Armor All on the tires. But they did do a good job of cleaning everything else. Still, I should not have to deal with cup holders. That is their job to do and they should have done it. In addition, if I pay for Armor All, they should have used it.

After my car wash, I noticed my convertible covering center piece was missing, they didnt say anything and when I asked they said they didnt know. The new car scent smelled terrible for 2 weeks. Had to buy the center piece off amazon for $85. My wheels also were sort of clean I had to clean them myself afterwords. I spent $35 on a package they gave me a deal on. Dont go there. Overland a few miles down the road is my favorite spot so far.

BEWARE! Overpriced, sketchy business practices and they have no issue stealing your money.I came in to get a interior shampoo and they charged me 150 ...fine i needed it done fast. On my first visit they tell me there isnt enough time and I should come in the next day, and ill be taken care of right away.I come in the next day and tell me the same thing again. So I come in for A THIRD TIME and lo and behold they tell me to come back once again. This was a total waste of my time so I asked them to refund the shampoo which I hadnt received yet and conveniently there was NO RETURN POLICY, which says this no where on the receipt nor was I informed of this.Additionally, on my receipt it says i paid cash but i used credit card, probably to avoid having to pay credit card taxes and keep more money for the management while they underpay their workers.

Israel was beyond outstanding and I wish I had a place for him in my business. His work was above and beyond and it’s my opinion that he should be paid very, very well. My loyalty to this business is because of his outstanding work..

Go down the street, find another wash. This one is really bad.There were several dirty spots left in my car. They upcharged me, said it was a minimum $120 because I had big tires but thats BS! I figured theyd at least do a good job, I had to baby sit them and tell them to vacuum here and you missed a spot here. Ultimately I left from being annoyed and am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company because it is straight up not clean.

They locked my car w keys inside, didnt notify me about it and after 1 h waiting I decided to check it out, thats when I finally became aware of it. They NEVER apologized for anything, they just started trying to force the window open and failed. I decided to call AAA for help. When I went to complaint to the manager, I was told that this happens everyday. In summary, a terrible experience for a very mediocre car wash. Not worth your time, money or patience! There are many other better places nearby to go to. Never going back. STAY AWAY FROM HANDY J.

Not a thorough wash..especially when there busy...not alot of attention to car..just get them in and out.

Had $150 worth of meds stolen. Not out in the open or in a glove box. I put the envelope in a little hidden space under part of the console hopefully insuring they would be safe till I got home. Someone had to go intentionally looking to find these. Or knew about this particular vehicle and where to look for hidden goidies. You have to remove part if the console to get to this spot. NOT part of a carpet shampoo routine!

My son and I were watching them washing my track when I saw their employees trying to manually unfold automatically folded mirrors. As a result, they broke them. When I asked the manager to write a report about that and fix the issue, he asked me to leave and never come back again. This is after washing both of our family cars at this location for a number of years! On top of that heve probably heard my accent and gave me a speech about so many idiots coming in to this country - something I would not expect to hear from the manager. Ive had to call the police to assist me with getting requested report.Unless you can tolerate this kind of customer service and racism, I would not recommend using this car wash.

Went in for a 26 dollar oil change. The tech told me my car requires synthetic oil, at 69 bucks.Surprising that the manufacturer doesnt require synthetic oil, and Ive never used it in the past.Perhaps he was just uninformed and not lying, but not a place Id recommend.

I took my car here because I live close by, my car is brand new, less than two months old. During the wash they somehow loosened a part of the one of the windows. When I brought it up to the manager he said that it was a factory defect...before I even showed him what was loose. He then told me why did I not tell them it was loose and that it was my fault for not telling them. When I clarified that it happened during the wash, he started raising his voice, I had to ask him to not tell at me. Decided not to deal with this man.To make it worse, my car still had dirt spots and crumbs that they didnt vacuum properlyThis is the worse customer service Ive EVER had at a car wash
