Jason at the office was fantastic and super helpful on the phone. This is the third unit I’ve rented with Abbott West (this one is for personal use, and the other 2 were for work).With my first rental unit experience earlier in 2021, we paid 13 months in full in advance, and were told the unit was ready for us and unlocked, so we loaded up two vehicles full of items, and brought them to our unit on a Friday afternoon, and then we realized it was locked, when we were told it would be unlocked. We contacted the office about this, and they told us they had accidentally booked out the wrong unit, and/or someone had moved into our unit accidentally. We still are not sure how this happened, but it was super frustrating.They did not have an immediate solution for us, as we had to wait over a weekend, and hold all the items in our vehicles until further notice. It was not an ideal situation, because I had to go out of town that weekend, and had to travel with my car full of items. Thankfully on Monday, someone from their virtual assistant calling office called me and was super nice and helpful they were able to get us put into a new unit.We were told a manager would contact us, but they never did. It was very frustrating at the time. We have sense rented a second unit for work from there, out of convenience because it is near our office, and we are in the process of moving offices.The facility is nice, and the gate feels secure. The location is very good! It’s nice that they office U-HAUL truck rentals as well.Renting this third unit was the best experience so far, because I called to see if they had anything not listed on the website (because what I needed was not showing as available online), and when I spoke to Jason, he was able to check that for me and update the website with the most recent units that are available, so I’m thankful for that!I’ve had a few times where I’ve called the office (or spoken with someone who is a virtual assistant, who says they are sending my message to the main office and at the main office will get back to me), or emailed in the past, and no one has gotten back to me for days, if ever. That has been frustrating, but to my recent surprise, Jason at the office on site was super helpful and answered my calls both times.I just hope they continue to improve their communication processes, and they put in measures to prevent any client from moving into the wrong space.

Good service, belongings stored without incident for three months. A bit of initial confusion over the storage insurance policy (I was covered by homeowner’s insurance and just had to remind them once), but otherwise no issues.

I rented a unit 4/14 for storage of my college son... arrived at the location after traveling 4 hours to find out what I thought was my unit had a lock ... called customer service as the office was closed ... was told nothing could be done until the next day !!!! I’m from out of town !!!!! I cannot stay another day !!!! Mind u there is a tornado threat coming !!!!! So out of desperation I did what I thought was my best option ... there was a vacant unit ....I put his items in there and left messages asking if my rental could be moved to that unit .... finally received a call saying No !!!! You have to come back !!!! Move the stuff !!!! Really ??? I live 4 hours away !!!! It’s not my fault that what was labeled as building A was not my building A ???? Really ??? How was I supposed to know that ? No instructions in the email except unit number and gate code ??? Customer service was no help ???? Make it right for your customer please !!!! I’ll pay more if there is a difference....yes that may be someone’s unit but move them to another as when I look you have vacant units online !!!!! This is a great inconvenience to me !!!

Great place to store your belongings, you never have the hassle of an employee following you around or badgering you. Except when the monthly bill is due. Several calls a day, they placed their lock over mine even though you have 29 days before its considered past due but I was 5 days past due date and locked out of my storage unit.

Had to reset password 4 times -spent over an hour just trying to get into the facility. Then could not locate unit #xx-A was in building F ?? People were nice, unit is nice. Price is great.Need to include a map of the layout and test password before you send to customer

Easiest process to get a storage unit. Gate code was emailed to me. Drove up to my unit and a lock was inside for me to use. 100% would recommend

Last minute rental, as kids were scrambling to evaluate the dorms. The guys were great, we were able to get a unit immediately and the pricing was excellent. They were very accommodating as they knew all the kids from various schools were under pressure to find last minute accommodations. I would highly recommended them.

We have used Abbotts West in Nashville for 3 summers in a row. Justin has always been extremely professional and very easy to work with. In March when we had to do a quick early rental due to my daughter having to move out of her college dorm on short notice because of the pandemic. They did not try to gauge us and made the process as painless as possible.

41.8% sure theres no Dexter types with a plastic sheet lined storage space here. 100% sure the murals are great but smell like urine and youll get your stuff stolen here because the security is non existent.

I used this storage location for 3 years while stationed in Japan to store my full size truck and also washer and dryer. Throughout that time this company was very professional and consistent. The price for the storage was reasonable without any security issues at all. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Military traveling abroad or for local uses.Chief Joseph Murray (USN)

These folks are awesome! Everyone here is incredibly helpful, the units are great, 24/7 surveillance, Im a huge fan. This is an excellent location for musicians who need a space to rent if their apartment or home isnt enough room for a drum set or to practice. Thats what I use it for and its been amazing!

Excellent place to be! Couldnt ask for a better place. Their staff is amazing and other customers there always look after each others stuff! There are always customers there around the clock so if something happens, someone usually always see it and reports it.

We just reserved a storage unit in Nashville for our daughter who attends college there. Ashley at Abbott West was wonderful!! She was so helpful & sweet! She made sure all our questions were answered and that we got just the right sized unit for our needs. Two friends and I needed to store our belongings for the summer between semesters at Vanderbilt, and Abbott Self-Storage has been wonderful thus far. They have lockers of all sizes, and for college students they offer a bonus of being able to store extra items in a locked common room for the summer (perfect for futon, tv stand, etc.). Customer service has been great from the get-go; we just moved in to our locker and the locker was clean and ready. Highly recommend, especially for local college students, as they offer a variety of added benefits.

Great people who definitely keep an eye on your stuff. Had a lost phone and they tracked down the person who picked it up by the cameras and had the phone returned. Safest place to keep your stuff for sure.

My storage experience has been good the storage locker was clean and seemed to be in good repair and the office people are great.

First off, Ashley is a great manager!! She really goes above and beyond the call of customer service! Absolutely goes out of her way to make sure her folks are taken care of.Its a really good place. I wish there were a couple extra layers of security (I.e. The doors to get into the interior buildings should require an extra keypad-entry or key). Other than that, great setup. Tall concrete walls, razorwire, lots of cameras, well lit in most areas. Not sure about onsite security.
