Very disappointed because this place had amazing reviews. I asked for a wash and simple detail (vacuum, wipe down) and was told $60. They didn’t even spent 30 minutes on my car. Huge sections not even wiped down. Very subpar work. Ive had better luck at my $17 car wash place. Maybe if I had a fancy car they would have done better work. Its like they didnt even try.

This team is phenomenal, we brought our car in on a busy Saturday and they did the interior detailing within 2ish hours! I am very happy with how it looks and the way it smells. The worker that worked on our car was very nice and worked with us on what we needed done. I highly recommend!

Bottom of my floor mats were wet when I got home. Still dust and yellow spots on my car post wash. There was also a new scratch that I hadn’t noticed before probably because of the tight space they wash cars in. Owner was nice and polite despite everything else.

I took in my car to Raffi at USA Carwash & Detail Center on Franklin Avenue before returning my lease for a last touch up. Raffi saved me TONS of money in fees from properly removing all the stains on my car!! He made my car brand new again by going above and beyond in removing every stain. Extremely professional staff and great customer service. I am extremely satisfied with his service, I will be coming back due to Raffi’s 5 star service!!!

Great service, sweet people and they did a fantastic job getting the stains out of my car seats. The stains in the seats were my main concern and they look basically brand new. He also made sure to give me tips on how to take care of the seats as they dry/expel more dirt from within. Very happy with the wash/detail. Would recommend and will come again.

I was just quoted $100 for a REGULAR WASH on a Tesla X. Their other location charges me $50, the price on the wall says $39.99. Price gouging at its finest. I’ll take the car somewhere else, even if I have to drive 50 miles away based on principal alone.

This is my now GO TO carwash. Its hard to find a place that does the job, does it right, and does it for affordable prices. Raffi, the manager at this location, and his team are very knowledgeable, kind, personable, pay attention to detail, make sure they get the job done right, and best of all, they know what theyre doing! Awful experience. Two workers were super rude. What happened: fWe called to check the price and they simply said come by and see.Okay, maybe place is busy. so we arrived, paid for a wash/detail, gave our keys to the owner who told us to come back in 30 min.When we came back after 35 min and our car wasn’t even touched, but cars who arrived after were being washed. So we asked workers what’s going on, and they said go to the owner. Well, after looking for him for 5 min, it turns out he wasn’t even there. We asked for a refund, because at this point, it had already been 45 min, our car was still dirty and we need go back to work. One of workers started screaming at me and my husband as if it’s our fall and they have a lot of car to do, but I mentioned that cars arrived later than us already being washed.Nice and polite cashier and mobile station manager helped us with a refund and called the owner, while worker who should have washed our car was still screaming at us!Don’t recommend this place.

As someone who has been here twice, I definitely have to give recognition to the staff here. I can weigh out the pros and cons but honestly, we all know to what is expected from a carwash place. The wait, time period and staff matters when choosing one that is convenient. If you are in a rush and need a quick wash, do not expect to be in and out in 20 minutes. Its first come first serve (as most places are) and they have plenty of detailing to choose from. If you want that fast, cheap work done.. this is not the place for you. You will not be disappointed after waiting for your car because it will look exactly how it looked when you first got it.

Ive been partially restoring a future classic BMW for my car collection and wanted the engine and underneath cleaned. Rafi and the team invited me over to their Franklin location.A lot of car washes wont clean engines so it was nice to have this service available. When they were done they cleaned the entire car. They took great car making the rims and tires pop.They really brought this car back to life and I had a blast driving to Malibu with friends after my service.The waiting area was shaded and comfortable. For a quality hand wash or engine cleaning Id recommend these guys.I read some of the poor reviews and would just encourage people to give these guys a chance. When youre at the wash thats when to address any issues that may come up so the owners can ensure a 5 star experience.Being an entrepreneur isnt easy, so give them a chance to fix something if youre not satisfied. My car came out really nice. I saw some dirt inside the trunk hinges when I inspected the car they fixed it right away without me saying anything just because they noticed they missed a spot.Having washed my own cars before I know its easy to miss a spot time and again. Im definitely going back with other cars and hope to review that experience as well.Check out the picture of how they got my 1997 BMW 540i looking brand new!Great job guys!

I live in the desert so I was looking for an interior-only detailing which is hard to find, and I found this place offering one on Groupon for $99. I come to LA often and lived here for over a decade. I called 3 times to make an appointment and was told each time not to make one and just to drop in. I was also asked not to purchase the Groupon and just pay the same price in person. Knowing that Groupon charges up to 60% of the Groupon price that would really make them quite a bit more money to pay direct. So I arrived without an appointment as the first car of the day at 8 AM as they told me to do when I called (again) last night. I explained my situation and that I’m only looking for the interior detailing and then I’m happy to pay them directly in cash also as they requested. I was told the price of interior detailing is $200. I explained again that I had been told 3x that they would honor the Groupon price but I just wanted to understand what they would clean exactly. He told me shampooing would be extra which the Groupon says it includes. And then he said if I didn’t have the Groupon they would not honor that price and everything would be $200. I wasted my entire morning driving across town and very disappointed with the upselling —especially after I spoke to someone three different times. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I needed one of my doors polished after it got scraped up, it took less than 10 minutes and the worker (Hiro? Probably spelling it wrong, sorry!) was SO nice and offered a lot of advice and worked with me on the price since it was only 1 door and not the whole car. Very good experience, I will definitely use them in the future.

I received a full interior shampoo and detail as well as a hand wash at USA Detail on Franklin. I dropped my car off with these guys in horrible shape, I had been on a road trip and my dog truly was carsick all over the back of the car. I felt horrible dropping the car off in such a bad state, but the team at USA Detail was kind and professional, and in just 1.5 hours I got my car back with the interior and exterior looking 100% brand new. They clearly know and care about what they are doing and do a great business here.Highly recommend- 5 stars.

This place have thieves. I went there twice, and both times I left with things missing from my car. The first time, it was some coins, so it didn’t really matter, but the second time, they stole an extremely valuable item. Spoke to the owner and he told me that he trusts his workers. DO NOT GO. I was in a really tough spot with my car. It flooded when it rained a month ago and mold had developed on and under the carpet. I was able to work some things out with them since I couldnt afford a full restore service. They let me take the seats and carpet out myself to cut the price of the restore in half. They got the mold and the smell out of the carpet, the jute padding, the cowl padding, and the air vents that go underneath the seats. I was a bit skeptical at first, as the owner is VERY confident in his work, but now I understand why. They even let me install everything back in my car while it was on their lot. I couldnt be more satisfied, not only in the quality of their work, but in the flexibility of the labor and pricing. I would highly recommend this place, and if you are unsure of anything, dont hesitate to reach out to the owner! I am confident he will do what it takes to reach your standards.

Had an amazing experience. I had been getting a regular washes with them for a few months, and just yesterday decided to go to them for a full detail. I drive a red BMW m235, and I was blown away by the result - made it look brand new and the shine was unbelievable. They had several people spend a total of 2 hours on the car and it looks beautiful and ready for summer :). Well worth the reasonable rates. Friendly people too.

Best car wash Ive ever had for the money: $30 flat. Covered a great handwash of the exterior, and window cleaning and vacuuming of the interior. Seriously, the car I bought 3 months prior looked like it had been detailed after the wash. I dont plan to go anywhere else for washes around her moving forward, if I can help it. Definitely schedule your wash in advance. Dont expect to show up and them be able to do it right then. They are busy (as good businesses are.USA Car Wash.

Phenomenal place. The exterior of my car was in pretty terrible shape after a drive back to San Jose from L.A-the entire front end and windshield was covered in bugs; not to mention my car hadnt been detailed ever. A friend of mine recommended USA Car Wash so I figured Id give it a try.

I bought a used car that wasn’t properly cleaned before I received it. It wasn’t terrible but it had a little dog fur in the crevices of the back seats (leather) and needed a good deep cleaning. I took it to this place because it had decent reviews and I wanted it really clean and a few tiny nicks in the paint touched up. These guys wanted $300 and an hour a half. That sounded really steep to me but they assured me they would get it in tip top shape. It took them about two (which is okay, I prefer quality over quantity) and it was a poor enough job I actually used their vacuum and cleaned it further myself on top of asking them to wipe a couple obvious hand smudges off the outside of the car. Not to mention they didn’t take care of a single chip in the paint.Bottom line, don’t waste your money here, you’d be better off at a regular car wash like the one by Vermont and Hollyood.

These guys really know how to wash your car in full detail it for you. I was extremely happy with the service, the manager came to me and spoke we had a good laugh. They have a store inside that offers many things anyway from car sense to all types of accessories.The workers work hard and the results show on your car at the end, very happy

We just had our car washed with USA Car Wash. They came to our house. Detailed the car. It looks amazingly new and smells great. Best car wash I have ever had. And for $35, they came to us and detailed it. Best of all, they barely use any water.

Came here a few weeks ago with a car severely overdue for a car wash. The guys were nice and told me what they were going to do, how much it would cost, etc. They were really nice and let me inspect the car to see if there was anything else I wanted them to do before heading off. Definitely planning on going back.

I had my jeep detailed there this week and it looks almost better than it did when it was new. Henry had a lot of dog fur to contend with and he obviously worked hard at removing it. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants (walking distance) while the car is being detailed. There is no real place to wait on site. Great job Henry!

They were literally a life saver. I spilled ice cream all over my friends brand new car and they cleaned up the whole mess very well. The car is now spotless. They also charged less for only cleaning the specific spot in the car. They included cleaning the tires in the price as well, which was very nice. Would definitely recommend this place! This is a good car wash for Uber and Lyft drivers. At sometimes busy but the lines and move pretty quick. A monthly membership is awesome deal. Keep in mind you clean your inside only.

Beware and avoid at all cost. A bunch of unprofessional workers who dont know how to properly wash a car and will damage your paint as a result. They use dirty mitts, towels, and water which will leave very fine spiderweb lines all over your paint. Secondly, they play games when it comes time to pay. They dont really list their prices and try to cheat you out of more money by making up all sorts of excuses and hustling you.

A quick and affordable place to get a decent carwash for your money. Just pay at the machine and get your wash. There is even a free vacuum and airdry station where you can clean out your car in peace. The prices are decent.
