Car wash was great! They actually clean your car well. But their only thing, that I disagree with, was the part the guys areresponsible for the vacuuming, always chillin on their chairs until the next car comes, except a sluggish effort. Always find my back seats and parts of the carpet not fully vacuumed.

Good Place for finding a Good Carwash. You have to be careful when you Social Distance while they wash your car.

Id never seen this before in a car wash, and Ive been to hundreds...the guy washing my car was using a broom, yes a broom with a long handle, rather than a washing mitt. I was appalled and concerned for the finish on my paint. At the end of the line, this same guy gave my car a cursory drying, and left visible water marks. I pointed this out and he said only a waxing would remove them. Well, I went home and wiped my car with some Detailing spray, and the water marks came right off. If you take good care of your car, and need a car wash, I recommend you avoid this place at all costs.

Best deal on the Westside. Only con here, and this is just every car wash, make sure there are no smears on your inner window. Otherwise great service! These guys work hard.

I opened my son to this car wash. He lives in Culver City, while I live in Michigan. I was visiting LA. We drove around looking for a car wash that cleans inside and out. We passed a few others. We stopped at Crowns and they did a fantastic job. My son now goes once a week!!

Needed the car washed big time.Got a Cadillac Escalade and was just over $20 very reasonable price and friendly staff.Nice and quick too.Highly recommendedUPDATE: guy did most detailed job I’ve ever seen. Even got in the second trunk window which no one ever does! Gave $10 tip as this would be wayyyy more where I’m from in Philly. Five star place!

The car wash machine is broken, there is very little scrubbing by the one guy who starts the cars down the line, and just a fine spray of water. All means that the cars come out still dirty in places. This causes the workers to have to polish out many patches of dirt, completely redo the wheels, etc. Takes a long time. Need to overhaul the line!

This car wash is great! The staff always greets you with a friendly welcome, the service is fast and thorough, the price is more than reasonable.My car is always returned to me spotless! In fact, the quality of work at this establishment is the best I have ever experienced at a car wash.

Everything from the regular wash to the expert detailing department is spot on. also Crown is one of the more reasonably priced car washes in la. taking care of every car as if it were their own. highly recommend Crown!

This place is just okay. The car wash job was not done well. Perhaps because I was there at their busiest time (Saturday 1pm) and they were just speeding through it. I gave 3 stars because the price is good and one specific thing I asked for, was done well.

I need to vacuum my car again after wash. Before they washed my car I told them please make good vacuum but they didn’t even goof regular one.

It’s a good car wash, decent prices and decent wash... it just took way too long. Budget 45minutes for a “crown special” which is really just a basic wash.

Great car wash. I had to wait for about an hour for them to finish it was quit crowded that day but they wash your car really good. They also paid attention to small details so the car looked awesome.

Expensive! Plus they take a little longer to get the wash done so if youre in a hurry keep driving. Not sure if the take coupons from others or have a happy hour offering a lower price. Not recommend!

Hand wash. Cars move very quickly but sometimes they are not really clean or missed some spots. You need to do some touch up when you get home.

I started going to this car wash about a few years ago and I have gone there every month for the past years. When I went there for the first time Daniel came and helped me. Every time I go there they make my car look brand new and when I got a detail my car looked better than when I first got it.

I have used this car wash for the past 20 years and have always experienced a good job. Each person takes time and wants to please you. If there is a problem just tell the management and it will be taken care of. Yes there can be a bad day in any operation, but my multi year experience with them says they always treat me and my two cars very well. Agreed the place looks like it was built a long time ago, but that does not change the good job they do on my cars.

Ive been having my car washed at this car wash for 18 years theyve always done a great job Moses is really great in terms of his customer service if there any issues whatsoever he has always taken care of it promptly without any delay great place.

Good experience . Ive been all over to get a decent car wash with no crook service . I give tips and there will be the same poop stain on car and the owner will say oh well ! But here at crown that didnt happen . Thankfully everything was done for a basic wash and I like the quiet service and the clientele is well mannered . So crown it is from now on !

I waited for 20 minutes for them to tell me to wait another 15 minutes...they clearly don’t know how to keep customers happy...very sad!!! And they lost a repeat customer to a stupid business decision!

They did a good job of being very detailed in the cleaning! I think a few of the regular car washes were having to wait a while though.

My car never looked so good. I dont know if this is typical there but I had 1 guy take care of me from pull up to pull out, he seemed to love my car as much as me and took pride in his work.

I used to go to this place years ago. I was in the area and decided to stop by. The facility is a wreck. Peeling paint and trash everywhere. It has really gone down hill. You can tell by the look of the place they dont take pride in their establishment, which is reflected in their work. A very mediocre wash and polish.

Crown Car Wash was in the 1963 movie Move Over, Darling w/ Doris Day, James Garner, Polly Bergen, Thelma Ritter, Don Knotts and Chuck Connor. In the movie it was called Busy Bee Car Wash. Doris goes through car wash, convertible top opens, gets wet, etc. :)

Its the one of the worst car washs I have ever been to.

I thought it was a solid car wash, until I got to work and realized they stole $20 in quarters from my compartment. So my $20 car was cost me $40... I even tipped them. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!
