It took about 25 minutes for a regular car wash. They wiped clean all the smears from inside and outside of all the windshields, windows and mirrors. Shined the rims too! Pretty happy about the car wash. Will be back again.

One of the best carwash in town BUT if you come here make sure u have at least one hour to waste. Their equipment doesnt work properly, the track that moves the cars STOPS AND GOES too often as its pretty old and outdated. When I talked to the manager Mike about the long wait, dismissed me by saying everything is OK

Very clean detail cleaning and staffs are through with every car! Weekend they are so backed up with lot of cars so go on weekdays I suggest!!

This place is excellent! Got the #1 Special for under 30 dollars and my car looks great. There is a coffee place across the street where you can sip on an oreo smoothie while you wait for your car. If you are on Olympic near Hancock Park stop by and pamper your car!

First time customer... I was amazed by their thoroughness and the cost - I had the Combo 1, which was about $26. It would have taken me an entire Sunday afternoon to do all they did.

Please hire a nice person as cashier, that woman is plain rude. And you cant get cash back if you pay with the debit card, instead they have an ATM machine inside, that charges $2.95 for cash back and doesnt e works, I mean if that Asian woman who cant even understand or speak English is the owner its understandable that Shes there, but Sh her attitude is just disgusting

Extremely messy, equipment in disrepair. The track that moves cars along broke on a Saturday and they were welding it! Seems like it’s happened before and they’re not investing to fix it properly.

I came in for a detail everything was great until I noticed the next day that they broke the back window shade in my Mercedes... my big problem here is the dishonesty .I had to see the problem myself .When I arrived they did not tell me they had accidentally (i assume) damaged my car .Will never come here again.Extremely unethical

After wash, there is a deep scratch on passenger side window. Asked to provide the insurance info, but not cooperating.

Is a good car wash, very good service, very fast and with a reasonable price, its facilities are adapted for a large number of cars, normal time washing is an average of $ 20 rinse and vacuum and is very well washed on the outside and inside, the employees are very nice and faster.

Very disorganized, cars dont move along fast enough. Ive been here for 30 minutes and the car just got into the wash. Line was held up for a very long time eventhough there were spaces in front to put the cars coming out of the wash. Not sure who is managing this place.

I would say, best car wash in the area for sure. For 18.99 you can get their standard wash which as you can see for yourself they did an excellent job on my black exterior car. The gentleman took his time and dried my car as if it was his own. Dont waste your time with the others, Olympic Car Wash for sure should be the choice

Bad job! It was a good wash for car exterior, but guy who was cleaning inside did a really bad job, never focused on cleaning he was rather having fun talking to other guys, so many spots been left, and he did not even clean my back seats. I had to call manager, he was not cooperating at all, I will never come back to this carwash again.

This car wash is amazing. I’ve been going to OLYMPIC car wash for at least twenty years. Mike the manager runs a good tight ship. The guys work hard to get your car to you ASAP. Mike says some days it’s a 8oo-1000 car day. They also have a waxing and a detail area. I would recommend OLYMPIC to anybody who cares about their car.

Came for a wash and carpet shampoo. Price is competitive but the wash was superb. Was very impressed except for the small horizontal nick on the window trim after it came out of the tunnel. Just wished they were a little more careful.

I really enjoy how they wash my car. Friendly Service. I have seen quite few comments on here that they dont like when they use the brush to wash your car. When you pull up ask the guy not to use it, he will either warn the worker or write it on your car window with water clean marker.

Asian woman answering the phone at 145pm on wed may 27th is beyond rude and doesn’t speak English. I am a new client and called to ask if they are washing the exterior of cars and she said no. I said is the Carwash open and she says yes. Doesn’t understand what exterior means at all and doesn’t offer me any additional info. Then proceeds to hang up on me. I call back and ask to speak with someone else who speaks English and she hangs up on me again. She is gruff and rude and should not be answering phones. This is a pandemic and my question was important and she couldn’t have been more horrible to deal with.

Im sure that they do a great wash. I didnt get one, the information on Google maps is incorrect. I came on a Saturday at just after 5 and it was closed. Not their fault I guess

This place gets one star from me. The wash was just okay. The wait time was absolutely rediculous and its largely because they are understaffed. The reason they get a one star review from me is because something was STOLEN from my car. My Apple earphones were stolen from my middle console as well as my dongle that connects my iPhone 8 to my AUX cord. These are both very expensive items -- even the dongle is 30 bucks on its own. Im so upset that I paid for an overpriced car wash then get to my car and have my things stolen from me. Its really rude and the manager/ owner DO NOT CARE about you as a customer. I really hope that my earphones and dongle were worth the karma thats gonna come back to him. I hope nobody ever tips him ever again.

This is usually my place to have my car cleaned. Good and fast service. No problems so far. Keep it up! This place has massaging chairs for those who want massage while waiting for their cars.

I liked that it took about 20-25 min to get my car on a busy Saturday morning. The vacuuming guys and exterior washing was great my only complaint was that the inside of my car still had parts that were missed. I took the car to the mechanic and he left oil stains inside the car. After I got the car back from the carwash I still had some oil stains in certain areas although most was taken out. I will try this place during a less busy time and see if the service is better.

My car was filthy with layers of dust from a parking lot and lots of pigeon droppings. They did a great job cleaning it up and it was overall a great experience. It was crowded but the line moved fast and they had an efficient system of moving the cars thru. Prices were reasonable and I was really happy with how clean my car was considering how filthy it was. The 3 layers of wax included in the combo #2 package make it really shine and has done a good job of keeping the parking lot dust off. Ill be back for sure!

They first use a hard plastic bristle brush to clean the wheels then take that and run it all over your car. This etches the clearcoat which really shows on any medium to dark color car.Asked for no brush, which is a thing, but still ran it over my hood and bumper. Swirls galore.Wha????????

Very expensive. $18.99 for the basic wash + tip. I was in and out within less than an hour despite the fact that it was super busy, which was great.The employees are busting their behinds working as quickly as possible, and they are super friendly. I just cant get over how expensive it was!

They don’t accept Government employer credit cards. First car wash I’ve been to that doesn’t accept a gov card. Best to avoid this place unless you like paying out of pocket. Plus they were slow.

Great hand car wash service, they use air hose to get all the water out of tight spots and 100% hand washed and dried.

They are very detailed at cleaning your car, even if you get a basic wash. I think I like them most out of everyone Ive been to. I did have to wait a while, because they have a whole line of other drivers coming to get their cars washed, but I think its worth it if you have the time.

Was recommended by a friend supposedly its a good car wash paid 70 for it wash and wax it was no better then 20 wash and wax. And I tipped the guy 10. So Ill stay with 20 car wash

Our friends had just went into labor and we found out they needed their car cleaned so they could get the car seat installed. Olympic Car Wash did a great job of clearing out a very messy car in a short period of time. They were a bit pricier then other clean and detail jobs I have done in the past but the service was worth it in our friends eyes.

You will wait an hour, as per most car washes in LA that include hand washing and vacuuming, but its very worth it. The owner is very kind and everyone is working their tail off to get the cars through as efficiently as possible without ever skimping on the details.

This place was the worst. They say they will honor any coupons but what they mean is theyll take a couple dollars off. Not really honoring the the coupon that you bring in.
