We called in a few minutes before we showed up and they squeezed us in. Mike at #6 did my nails. I got short black acrylic with gel polish. He was quick, professional, and super friendly. They did a great job and the staff at the front were friendly and welcoming, we were in and out in under and hour.

DO NOT. i repeat… DO NOT get eyelash extentions from envy nail salon. They lasted a full lash cycle and were cheap but now i’m missing half of my eyelashes because she layered glue and put lashes on top of lashes. They were so bad that I couldn’t even clean them properly because i couldn’t get in between the base of the lashes. the first two pictures are what my eyelashes look like with mascara now. the others are what came off of my eyes.

They inflate the price after they are working the nails and do a shoddy paint job. Pics are nails that were done last night.

Ladies (and gents) please save your time and money and get your nails done somewhere else. They only guarantee their SNS powder for 3 days (it should last at least 2-3 weeks). Not only did the nail specialist not use sanitation before doing my nails, but the job was rushed and my nails were very clumpy, thick, and unflattering. I tried sucking it up and staying positive because I know how tough it is working in customer service, but my nails started chipping after 5 days. If you’ve tried calling this establishment, you’ll know they don’t use the technology of phones and you’ll have to drive all the way back out here to speak with them. Of course, this is what I did, and they offered the same services for $20. They did not allow a refund and were very unprofessional in how they handled the complaint. If you’re reading this, proceed at your own risk.**Photos attached are after 9 days. So much for dip powder.

The place is accommodating. They service you as fast as they can. Sometimes you get someone who cares and take their time with you. I think you have to explain to them what you dont want them to do. Polish application sometimes are fair to good. This is why tips are important. If you like what they did for you, you tip them. In the Beauty industry Passion is Everything. ❣️

My friend and I have went to this salon a few times for pedicures and they have always done a good job. Today we went to get acrylics and they look absolutely terrible. I voiced my concern to my nail tech that I didn’t like the shape of my thumbs and he said he couldn’t do anything about it when he visibly could have. He did not match the lengths of both hands so the lengths were uneven. He did not file them correctly so they curve and look rounded instead of straight like coffin should be. My friends are worse than mine. The lady cut her and made her bleed with the electric file, they are crooked, very lumpy and all different lengths. They don’t even look like they have a shape. When we went back in after agreeing we weren’t happy they were very rude. They offered to fix them but with how bad they looked we did not want them fixed and didn’t have time. We asked for them to be taken off and a refund and they denied. After continuously complaining the manager said he would only give us 20$ back of the 100$ we paid. These nails were not close to be 50$ worth sets. If you want acrylics and are particular about how your nails looks I definitely do not recommend this salon to anyone.

Paid $25 for nails to be cut down and a polish change on my toes . Quick cut down with hardly any filing did not even put a fresh coat of top coat on my nails, polish change on toes was one coat and very sloppy job at that. Rude being checked out by the lady who performed service as if I was a bother to her to have her to have completed service. Should have knew not to return last acrylics I had from this place lasted a week before rising and breaking will not be returning . Over priced for not good quality

The services are expensive but you get what you pay for. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I love that I don’t spend a lot of time here because of the speedy service. Also, my natural nail has grown long and strong. I feel really good with long natural nails. Thanks!

The decor was beautiful, I loved how they removed my gel polish while I got my pedi. Everyone was very friendly.

I went here on sept. 4 with my mom and everything was going good till we sat down and the lady rushed and messed up my acrylic, and painting my nails. My mom got a pedi and the lady rushed with her. She didn’t massage her feet or anything. Didn’t do the design she asked for. All of my acrylics are uneven. Definitely do not recommend

Last manicure I had there was awful. Lady was rude, barely spoke to me and just got through the service. It was my birthday. Today I went in (said I never would be back but found a couple expired gift cards tucked into a book) and the young man I spoke to was curt and unwaivering in his response that they would not honor the expired gift cards. Even Rock Barn honors expired gift cards. Why would they expire anyway?? I walked out and returned promptly to Happy Nail where they are never rude.

My nails was falling off the next day they fix it but thought I was lying then 2days later 3 nails came off.. I will not ever go back to them my nails came off less then a week that’s horrible but after 2 days you have to pay.. I paid 129 for my nails and toes

The lady who did my pedicure did a great job which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. The lady that did my gel mani, however, did terrible. She rushed through and made them very thick and it looked like something I could’ve done myself. I had SNS on prior and she didn’t remove all of it which made my nails look super bumpy. This is the second time something like this has happened where I had to get them redone at another salon. I will not be returning and don’t recommend them.

I’ve been twice. The first time, I got vanilla colored oval acrylics. They weren’t the same length or shape and were polished poorly. I was absolutely appalled that the nail technicians use their bare fingernails to push in the skin around yours. I work in customer service so I try not to judge off of a first experience. I went back later to get those nails soaked off and get a fresh set. I don’t know if soak offs aren’t something they offer or what but that’s not how I got those nails removed. The tech LITERALLY used a nail tip to lift the nails off of my natural ones and proceeded to rip every single one of the nails off. I could’ve died. Then when doing the new set, the tech (a different one from the first nail set) used her bare nails again to push the skin in around mine. While I was there, I heard two separate customers complain about poor service they had experienced. In short, don’t go here. The only reason I went in the first place was because my usual nail tech was on vacation. The service is poor and unhygienic, the customer base is rude & entitled, and there are far better places out there.

So unprofessional! The lady said I needed to call to make eyelash appointments but Ive called 2 days in a row and they wont pick up the phone.

I have been going here for a couple months, I used to go to Icolor in Belmont but they messed up my nails almost every time I went. This place always does them perfectly, I always go to #3, he is probably the best one there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable and good quality nails. They also do very good eyebrow waxing if your looking for that service as well.

Arrived at the salon at 11am, didn’t leave until almost 2. Got a basic pedicure with polish and gel polish on my nails. The lady tried to charge me $90. I then had to explain what Services I received and she proceeded to tell me that it’s actually $72, which still seems very high. But upset I just paid it with cash and she tried to hand me the wrong amount of change back. Very unprofessional and extremely high prices. I have came here for years for my nails and toes but I will not be returning.

The nail tech that did my nails was in a hurry. Needless to say, after getting my nails done there, two of them already came off after two weeks. Looking for another salon.

The nail tech wasnt pleasant and I got a nail fungus on one of my nails and it fell off. The gel nail and my real nail came off.

Place was PACKED! I witnessed a few people leaving upset with their services. This should have been a warning of things to come. I got a basic pedicure. Very rushed. I asked for some glitter polish over a nude base..didnt do that. Threw my sandals on while my nails were still wet. I asked for a full set of acrylics, French manicure with design on two nails. She didnt do that either. Mind you, I never have my nails done as I work with my hands, this was for my wedding in two days! Gel top coat added and cured then I was rushed out the door. Work looks good, but they dont listen to what you want.

I paid over $70 for wiggly, and crooked acrylic nails on 07-21-2020. Just to have my nails start breaking the next day 07-22-2020. I went on to get them completely redone on 07-23-2020 and they still felt the need to charge me. Horrible service do not go to the man stationed on #8. If you do go, go to the lady named Bee, she does a very good job. So sad that they treated me this way after I brought my friend and entire family there. We all got the most expensive pedicures and all got acrylics. I spent $225 without adding probably $50 in tips. That’s not counting the amount of money my family and friend spent. Would never recommend, save your money and go somewhere that cares about its customers.

I got my nails done as acrylic gel. It has not even been 2 weeks and 3 of my nails have broke straight down the middle and broke off my real nail lower than my actual nail has ever been. It’s very painful and each one of them bled leaving almost no nail bed left. I will not be back and be careful who you let do your nails.

Okay lets start with a positive note. Decor is nice and you dont have to wait long. You are rushed through picking out nail color. Water is cool they say with a smile okay and continue (using a language barrier). Trust me they understand. $45 pedicure. Rough spots on on feet. Two ingrown toenail on left and three on right. Due to incorrect clipping and filing in corners. But Polish looks nice. Manicure, I work in medical field so nails are short. Asked for buff only and they had to redo three times due to extreme rough edges and four hangnails showed up within two days. So spend your $$ elsewhere. What ever happened to quality service to get repeat business. Oh did I forget that you feel like water buffalo being herded.☹️

They were very busy and got me in quick,which was nice. The Lady who did my nails didnt even offer me a pair of the flip flops to wear,but another employee saw me walking barefoot and had the manager get me a pair. I really like going here usually. I believe some of them are better than others, it just depends on who serves you.

I used to go to Anns nails but at after having my nails come off numerous times and the manager telling me that Maybe I want to go somewhere else who does better I decided to find another place who does better. And not only does envy nails do a better job and my nails last, but they are way more customer friendly. They talk to you instead of talking amongst themselves and talking on their phones. They make sure that theyre doing exactly what you want. Couldnt happier!

Wish I knew the name of the kind woman who gave me a pedicure. But she was so sweet! Amazing massages on my feet and legs, and she got all the spots in my nails that desperately needed getting. She even got my bf a coke while he waited. There was zero wait time and the sanitation factor was off the charts. Amazing impression on me from start to finish. And the price was right!! Can’t wait to come back.

RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!I wish I could give them more stars, there work is about a 4 star. Im always pretty satisfied with my nails. However, one of the women named Linda, was very rude to me and told me to shut up when I was telling her the colors I wanted on my nails. It was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Honestly its a really nice clean place, I was even complimented by some of the staff on my way out;although as time went on the more I noticed little things like the woman who did my full set of acrylic seemed kinda rushed and a little annoyed. I tried to make her job as east as possible by cooperating and trying to undermine little mishaps like when she was shaving down my natural nail bed it began to really hurt, or if she was filing down the acrylic it was really aggressive. Then I got to the point where I was kind of annoyed. After shaping my nails before she painted them I noticed that one of the nails looked a little crooked head on but she insisted it was because of my fingers being misshaped. Seeing as I never had this problem before anywhere else getting my nails done I was a bit confused, I did try a new shape so that may have been it too I dont know, but I went with it because I kept in my mind shes the professional, just let her do her job. They were super cute and pretty and then my friends started pointing out things like bumps in my nails, It not being only a couple hours after I got them done. Fast forward 3 weeks later to today, I took off my nails because I wanted to get a new set. I wanted them to be longer and a different shape. After taking then off of course they didnt look the best, mine never do after taking off acrylics, but a couple of my nails were and absolute train wreck. I dont know if it was the salon or the way I took them off or the lady that actually did my nails but either way I really didnt like my experience.

My daughter and I came to get our nails done here for the first time. I was not happy with mine so I came the next day and they were so friendly. The manager Lee is amazing and the nail tech Kenny does an excellent job. We will definitely be coming back! The prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend coming here!!

Overall, my nails came out well. I came on a Saturday, but still didnt have to wait so that is a plus. Apparently, they do amazing pedicures because that side of the salon was packed. The only reason Im only giving 3 stars? I was never offered a complimentary beverage, I had to tell him to clean up the excess powder off of my fingers, and no real particular concern or care was given to shaping my nails.

My first experience was excellent. Sadly the salon has deteriorated. Its a beautiful salon but the nail techs are more interested in talking to each other, giggling, and celebrating birthday parties and not focused on their customers.I took my daughter there for a girls day and we left disappointed. Her nails had bubbles and mine were so caked on that I ended up going somewhere else to have them removed.

Best pedicure Ive ever had! First time going and will be a repeat customer. The massage chairs are HEAVEN. My toes look great. No complaints at all. I just left feeling totally rejuvenated. Feels like I just had an amazing back massage with my pedicure. Thanks Envy nails!

The most friendly nail salon in the area. Ive had service done by Henry, Mimi, and Lisa. All three extremely nice. They understand what I want and give great service. Ive never had to wait more than five minutes to be serviced. Waiting is not my strong suit. I will be 58 next week and Ive had my nails done pretty consistently for 30 years. I went to Envy for the first time in August with my daughter and I see myself going here for years to come.

Satisfied repeat customer here. I do wish theyd soak off my gel polish instead of filing it off as it weakens my nails. Im due for a pedicure now so may see if I can request for that Thursday. I never make an appointment & have never had to wait. Ive sent a few other people, so my sister & niece are now also repeat customers too.

First off I want to say the salon is clean and a wonderful atmosphere. I have been numerous times over the years and never had bad service like I did today. I got the hot stone massage and gel polish. 68.00 total... the nail tech was not friendly and told me not to mess up my nails.. she then walked away during our service to answer her phone and returned 10 mins later. The lady doing my pedicure that I paid 45.00 for barley rubbed my legs and I felt did a rushed service. I was very unhappy and knew that was not what I had gotten in the past. Nor did she even speak to me the whole time. I only gave her a 5.00 tip due to her service for me. She went over and loudly complained to another worker that I only gave her 5.00 and that I should tip her 20%. I tip based on how good my service was. I hate this happened and does leave a negative thought in my mind about going back. If I do I will not get her again!

Good for nails, but wouldnt recommend waxing. My toes and hands look great, but my face...not so much. Ive been waxing for years and this is the first time someone has stripped the skin off like this. Would never go back for waxing.

The young woman that gave me my pedicure was amazing. I was getting a manicure as well. The manicure was not as acceptable. I had to start to refile my nails as some corners were raggedy. Only until she saw me asking for a file did she return to take over. I was disappointed in the manicure.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO for the rudeness. I came in and got a pedicure which took an hour to get done and then was told to come back the next morning to get my nails done. My friend who was there with me sat the entire time and didnt even get called to get her nails done while my toes were being done. The service is rude and the pretend sometimes to not know what your saying to justify their rudeness. The oldest lady there does not like to service people with children which makes no sense. The younger lady that usually says What can I do for you today? Is VERY RUDE. Walks away when talking to customers.There are only two people there that has consistently been nive and that Cindy and one other. Although I know this comment wont do much it needed to be said. I will NOT be back. If you are looking for a better salon with friendlier people go to Majestic on Union and Garrison. 5 thumbs DOWN for this place. Learn customer service...

Hard work dealing with my feet but done great floating on clouds

This is a great nail salon. Great for men as well. TINA is the best. Had one lady that was very rude (older lady) but Tina and the others are great. Youll be well pleased. Great atmosphere and very relaxing.

One visit nail polish was lumpy and owner had the nerve to ask me if nail polish was not good enough. They made big deal instead of doing so I requested and change my polish. I left to get my nails polished some place else.

This place is overpriced. A pedicure with regular polish was $32!! And short acrylic nails with plain nail color was $50! I pay less in my regular nail salon.

I asked for pink and White and it’s my fault I forgot to say ombré but he did a dip kit which I have never seen done with pink and white and I absolutely hate them I definitely won’t be going back anytime soon Anns nails are way better and there are multiple people in there who do you good job

These people are rude and I really think they over charge for fill ins and eyebrows $65 is what I paid. I don’t mind paying for services but when all they do is laugh and giggle and talk to each other and not the clients it’s just rude!! I will not EVER be back. One thing I can say is they are the best in the area, but at what cost? I will not patronize bad customer service when it’s my choice!

This place has been under new management/owners. It is much better now and I get relaxing pedicures usually last me a good month and they do not hurry whatsoever. I have been there when it was really busy and sometimes they multi-task between other clients, this does not bother me at all I am there to relax not worry. I have gotten gel nails done by Dim and she is very nice and it lasts long as well at least 2 weeks the 3rd week it starts to chip off but not too bad. The value and quality overall is great! Also they have new pedicure chairs and they are amazing!

My last manicure and pedicure was terrible! They did not lotion my legs and feet. When i mentioned it they told me to do it myself. The male tech working on my manicure did not provide a board to protect my clothes from nail dust, oil and spilling lotion. I refused to let him cut my cuticles, his tools were in a container and did not look new.I would NOT recommend Envy Nails!
