They will provide a copy of the live stream if you bring a USB of at least 8GB.Be careful speaking in front of the room because the live stream picks up very clearly. I called needing help in the lost of my son Beth was very helpful since I live in Houston Texas she was able to be very helpful also Mr. Will was able to assist me to Beth who walked me through what I needed to do. We plan to fly to NY and hopefully everything will go smoothly the rest of the way! Thank you

I cant explain how wonderful the staff was. My mom had a beautiful wake and funeral. They were kind and compassionate and tended our every need. 5 stars.

My mother-in-law was recently serviced here. The attention to details was very lacking.. she had 10 stray grey long hairs on her black pants, beads on her sweater were turned upside down... very disconcerting! The staff was basically nonexistent...the card stand was moved by my children so people could see it( it was behind a door originally)! When it came to taking her to the church they were missing one pallbearer as 5 of her grandsons were there and the 6 was paid for in advance. The driver did not have directions to her home then church . The man in charge was rude in the way he told people to get in their cars!This was not the memorial we had hoped for!The mass service was absolutely wonderful and that she would have loved!

Horrible. I just returned from a funeral. The staff are horrible. Very disrespectful. The funeral director came in and told the guest with a disgusting tone to say your last goodbyes and get in your cars and go, I said, say your last goodbyes and get in your cars and go... Very inappropriate. I do not recommend.

It seems odd to rate a funeral home but I want people to know that our tragedy and loss was made more bearable by the incredible and compassionate staff at Dalton in Hicksville, NY. They treated our family and all who attended my fathers wake with kindness and respect.

We didnt know at the time why my grandfather put in his wishes, and told everyone who would listen that he wanted his wake to be at Daltons...My grandmother had no idea as to the specific reason my grandfather insisted, especially since there are like 3 other funeral homes a couple blocks from each other in Hicksville. BUT what we can tell you is that he was right to insist on Daltons!After seeing what the family run business can offer I only wish that everyone could have as beautiful of a service as my grandfather had. Every employee we came in contact with was extremely professional, understanding and truly took care of everything during this hard time. I cannot urge enough how amazing, above and beyond they did for our family.They were the silent orchestrators who brought in flowers, kept my grandmother updated on gifts and regarding the flow of things to happen. For the funeral they honored all of our requests and even exceeded with personal touches that made everything perfect. I do not use that word lightly but Dalton funeral home was PERFECT. My grandfather would have loved it, and Im extremely glad Daltons was chosen, it really helped my family say goodbye properly.Thank you to the employees, your exceptional customer service really touched our hearts :-)
