Just moved to the area so reviewing things is my go to.This place was extremely clean, polite, and friendly. They sat me immediately (walk in [but I did call ahead in case]) and asked me if there was anything I needed. The pedicure was amazing and very relaxing. The manicure was bliss as well.I got an acrylic white and pink French set and the gentleman was so gentle and clean! He was chatty and welcomed me to the area.I definitely recommend this place and will be going back again!

I have been going here for 2 yrs now and wouldn’t dare to step into another nail shop. The services are superb and Nina who does my pedicures is awesome! Tommy does my nails and wouldn’t have it any other way!

This was my third and last time with them.First time: they were super welcoming, I got sns done. They asked me if I wanted pedicure, I said no thank you. Just wanted dipped ROUND tipped nails. Paid $35+tip.Second time: after a couple days sns cracked and chipped, one of my nail broke badly and my nails simply looked awful. So I went back in. They werent too unwelcoming and said sns does that sometimes and offered acrylic which I didnt want to get done. So they put me with another nail technician who did an excellent job. Wanted ROUND tips. I used the same sns nails for weeks. Paid $35+tip.Third time: I made an appointment and went in to get a different color. They put me in with the first technician but at the end of the day they used the same sns so I didnt think it would be much of a deal. She warned me that everyone has a different style and maybe I should come in the next day but I was in a rush so I said it would be okay since its the same exact product. I wanted almond tips this time. Paid $40+tip.So far my nails look good but my entire experience on my third time was so unwelcoming and they spoke in their language the whole time. I can swear they were talking about me but i cant prove it. I think you all know what Im talking about.Any other location would not charge a penny for the mess up they did. And my second trip still cost me money. Not to mention they are always short on staff, never ask if the customers want anything complimentary to drink. So shame on them.Oh, also when I asked why i was charged $5 extra this time she said if its anything other than square tips they charge extra. Good to know. After my third visit.Took the time to write all this. If you are planning to visit, keep in mind these people are not cute at all. Thank you but no thank you.

I paid $65 ($77 with tip) for a gel pedicure and my toes look like they’ve been painted by a 3 year old. There’s polish on the skin above both of my pinky toes and big toes. Definitely won’t be back.

This was the best pedicure that I had in my whole life. I choose the aloha package with Nina. The massage was intense, it helps relaxing my legs, they use a large amount of products. I loved It, I highly recommend It.

My friend and I have been regulars for years! I can’t say enough about Nina and the crew. John’s nail art is so skilled and fun!

The staff is super friendly and was super accommodating! I came in as a walk-in and was able to take me right in. The atmosphere is nice and I will definitely visit again. ☺️

It it terrible that you make it there before they close, I don’t mean close to closing time i mean a whole hour before and they turn you away. Km sorry but being open until 7pm means you take customers until 7. You want to be wrapped up by 7 close at 6. I will never stop by there again. It makes you embarrassed to stop by somewhere and they dismiss you before you can even make it in the door. I’m sorry n a good way to do business…

The first time I came to this place I had a great experience. Today, ANDY did a rush job pedicure. He didn’t even ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. Then he sloppily painted my toe nails and was going to send me out the door with wet nails. I had to ask if I could dry my nails. Smh. Offered the other customers water, nobody asked if I wanted any. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was just awful. I’m never coming here again.

It was my first time at this salon, and I had an appointment to get a soak off and my nails re done with gel, I showed the nail tech all of maybe 3 designs that werent hard, and every nail tech just kept shaking there head no, said they didnt have the supplies nor the polish, so I chose another option which involved a nude color, and they said they currently didnt have any nude colors or much of anything to choose from. I asked for the price and he said he had no idea, I told him Id like him to find out, and I ended up being the person to stop another nail tech and ask. After my soak off, he cut my nails way to short, and was actually poking under my nails not being gentle, I asked for gel, and I recieved SNS dipping powder and THEN gel color?? Instead of using all gel like it was supposed to be or even all sns instead, he mixed the 2 without even letting me know. This is my first time walking out of a nail salon with nails that HURT because he cut them too short and poked to much, but it well definitely be my last! Never again, dont go here unless you want to feel like youre asking for too much or want or nails cut so short theyre close to bleeding.

Nina and Tom are great business owners. My SNS nails are perfect each time, and Nina is always prompt and efficient with scheduling. For reliable, consistent service and quality Aloha nails is the place.

Started off nicely enough, got a mani pedi. My toes look decent and was happy with the scrub and lotion massage. My nails however ended up with pink polish on my cuticles. I asked that they please clean up my cuticles and they did try to fix it but it still isn’t perfect. I also have bubbles on some of my nails. I did not get gel. I really wanted this place to be better as I live in the neighborhood and it is close and convenient. When I was sat at the nail bar to have my nails done it was messy with gel samples and ice coffee cups. The environment was pleasant, very quiet. I will try to come back here and ask for a different tech next time.

I made an appointment to go to a different nail place on Saturday and when I got there they hadn’t even put me in the books and after they rushed me to pick a color I decided to leave and find another nail place. So after 2 hrs driving around I went to Aloha nails. The owner was very nice and let me take my time choosing colors. She even helped me and knew her colors by memory! Very nice! I will definitely go back again! And my nails look gorgeous! Can’t even tell I have tips on. Nice and smooth nails!

I have been going to Aloha Nails for just over 2 years now. Nina and staff are always welcoming and very friendly. Great sense of humor too. I’m always able to get in whether I make an appointment or not. You have many choices of applications for your nails such as acrylic, SNS or a manicure. Pedicures are amazing too with comfy chairs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Ive only gone for a lip wax. Theyre rough, always in a hurry and miss hair. They dont wash their hands or clean the area theyre going to wax before working on you. Ive been there like 3 times and its always the same way. Today I didnt tip and the guy was looking at me waiting and thats unacceptable. I dont think Ill be going back. There are too many other places I can go to.

Nina does a great job helping me pick the perfect color and always remembers which chair I like. Tommy does an amazing job with SNS and chrome. I was accommodated right away by Jon And let me say hands down one of the best SNS places I have been to. They have 400 authentic SNS powders to choose from. I love my nails and I will be coming back when Im orlando area

A gel manicure is $35 and includes acetone getting rubbed on your cuticles. That’s pretty much it. I left with gel all over my skin and cuticles. The gel did not even last 24 hours!! All of it has bubbled and peeled off already.

I go to Aloha and have had no problems. Been going for several years now after I left another salon that never left msg on their answering machine when they would close early or disappear for the weekend. i go to John who does a great job but have had both Nina and her husband do my nails. I do not think they overbook. They never seem to have too few employees! They do take walk-ins, but i have been there many times when they have sent clients away to come back later when they could be fit in. i have never seen anyone rushed, but also think its important to remember that some customers may take longer than expected just like at a doctors office. i do usually make an appointment and Nina will call if theyre running late or an earlier appointment opens up. i will happily continue to go there. I highly recommend them and their staff.

I have had 2 manicures with Aloha Nails and I believe theyre the best manicures Ive ever had. As someone who is prone to messing up a nail DIY, I wanted to see what the Gel Powder hype is. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and I never felt that I was rushed or a nameless face. I would (and will) recommend Aloha Nails to anyone wanting to enjoy both a lovely, quality manicure and the catharsis of laughing with strangers.

Walked in there this evening and enquiring about service to do n my nails and a lady walked by speaking in her language, very rude and the gentleman at the front equally disrespectful, didnt even say excuse me, pardon me or something but decided to speak to a customer while we were having a conversation. Will never go back, they have lost a customer and potentially others that I would recommend and I mean Im well connected so there!

I went there there for the first time due to my regular nail salon being unavailable. Everything was okay but It seems like they don’t treat you the same if you are not a regular. I heard other people getting offered services like an “aloha” pedicure and I wasn’t told what it was. My nail guy who did my dip nails was going so fast and when I asked for an addition to my nails, he told me no. That’s the main thing that rubbed me wrong way. I believe there are other ways to answer customers than to just say no, especially if you want them to come back for your services.

I absolutely love the place!! They took thier time on my nails and showed that they try very hard to get it exactly how you want. (: I wanted a pumpkin face for halloween and they did so perfectly with no hassle (: they are great and I highly recommend this place to anyone I’m the area or I’m fact anyone anywhere 🎃🎃👻

Went here to get a nail fill, I was in a pinch and needed a fill and this was my very first visit.The staff are nice here and all, but my tech went so very fast on my nails which is a red flag. I asked to not have my nails shortened but since he kept filing them uneven my nails were inevitably shortened. The paint job was messy, gel was on my skin. My cuticles were cut with little blood. He applied too thin of acrylic.Ive had my nails for a week and one BROKE off with ease like it was nothing.

I’m a return customer of of Aloha Nails. I’ve been to many other places in the area but none can compare to Aloha. I get the best pedicures and SNS than any other place. I will continues to come here!

I have been going to Nina and Tommy at Aloha nails for years. They did my bridal partys nails and are always Willing to work you in when needed. I would highly recommend aloha nails. Love them! The SNS powder is the way to go... last long and is good for your nails.

Tommy is the ONLY nail tech that I allow to do my pink and whites. They always looks natural, never lift and I only have to get fills once every 3-4 weeks. Nina always does a fantastic job on my eyebrows. The whole staff is so nice and welcoming and always know me when I walk in the door!

Great people, great place and great nails! Very personable service and Ive tried quite a few. They do a superior job and make sure you are pleased with the result. Only downside is sometimes you have to wait because they are so busy. Have recommended.

I really liked Tina. She was gentle with my sensitive hands. I took off one star because there was a guy who wrapped my nails and he was a not as gentle and seemed to be in a rush to just get me out of there.

This salon was recommend to me and Connie was my tech. My nails were all filed crooked. I had to ask for her to correct them. I have NEVER had a manicure that my nails were filed crooked. She filed so hard that she shortened all my nails to more than I wanted. I came in for gels and she was very speedy, to the point where she was not wiping the polish away from my skin. I also had to correct that before I put my nails under the UV light. The massage on my hands hurt so bad that my hands turned red. The kicker at the end was that the manicure was 35 DOLLARS!!! I have NEVER had gels cost me that much anywhere, in fact my normal salon charges 25 with nail art. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning and I will not recommend to anyone.

My 16 yr old daughter had her nails done here for homecoming. She was with a a few friends. The nail tech didn’t listen to what she wanted and gave her the wrong length and shape. In addition the nails just looked bad overall. One of the women working yelled at her and told her she would be charged twice if she wanted them fixed. My daughter continued to plead her case and eventually they fixed her nails saying there would be no additional cost. When she went to pay they charged her $15 more than her friends who had the same length nails as her and told her it was an additional fee for long nails. Basically they did a terrible job and instead of fixing it they took advantage of a teenager. I have to wonder how different things would have gone had I been there with her. Don’t go here . Don’t give them your business. They don’t deserve it.

I have been getting my nails & pedis done for 12+ years...numerous states...numerous places in central Fl for the past 10 years. NOONE & no place compare to Nina, Tommy & the entire staff at Aloha Nails!! Everyone is so warm, welcoming, friendly and VERY ACCOMMODATING! I have found my new relaxing sanctuary (now that I’ve been going here for over 15 months!) see you in a couple weeks Aloha!! 💕

Do Not Go There! In 3 1/2 hours job was incomplete..still had to pay...My experience started off ok, 45 min wait on a pedi chair, thought we finally found the spot after we got our pedicures done. Halfway through the manicure job, female manger asks my nail artist to work on someone else.. I sat there for more than an hour! Got tired of waiting asked for the bill and still had to pay for the full manicure on my nails, no dip, no nail polish, no top coat, not even a file.. absolutely nothing; not even a show of concern or apology for my wait. They rather get paid for the one sitting, than to earn 2 faithful customers, that’s too bad, since we are looking for a permanent place... Keep my money, hope it makes you happy..,I will def. NOT go back and let all my friends know, about my experience...

I am now a true believer of getting SNS nails. I used to get acrylic and always have dips in my nails from being drilled too much. So the only thing is I wish SNS had more matte colors but this color turned out lovely. Thanks to Tommy he is a great conversationalist.

On the weekends there is a long wait but its well worth it. All the techs Ive had give great pedicures that last. Amazing gel that doesnt lift, I had a French gel that lasted 3 weeks without lifting at all!

The very first time I started getting my nails done by Tommy it was very good, but as time went on and after each fill the work begin to fall apart and I would still have to pay full price to fix them for what was not done correctly. Its when a person becomes comfortable and does not do as good of a job when they first wanted your business. Also, the woman Nina that appears to be so nice actually talks about customers behind their back in her language which is very inappropriate. shes overly nice but its a sham and interesting to watch. I wont come back or recommend. Good luck

I love this place! Been coming here since 2009 and won’t go anywhere else. I’ve always had trouble with ingrown toenails until I started coming here. They take care of them every time. I highly recommend Aloha!

I love this place, new instruments are opened for each pedicure, which is a plus to combat germs & fungus. They are very nice, accommodating and make a point to remember you. Ive been a client for about a year in a half now, and moved about five months ago, its further now :-( but I still make the trip. Its worth it.Not every experience has been 5 stars but let them know and theyll do everything they can to fix or make it right next time. Way more good then not so good, bad experiences were with newer people.

I love this nail spa! Its always super clean and very friendly staff! Tommy and Nina are great! I drive 45 minutes to Aloha to get my nails done instead of going to the nail salon at the end of my street.
