Tried a new spot because it was by my daughters job. Im going back to my old spot because theres last for weeks! I just got this done and the hair is already growing back under my arms. Not cool! I did threding for the first time, it turned out okay but it hurt like living hell! Felt like I was getting slashed with a knife over and over and over buy some TV killer! Ill stick to wax.

Used to go here because they did a good job. This last time I went, a lady shortened my left brow. Now I have asymmetric brows, with no brow tail on my left side. Not going back.

Wax broke me out which never happens but I thought okay maybe I was just allergic to it. I consulted with my long time esthetician in another state who let me know some of my skin was lifted during the wax by the waxer and my skin should have been soothed with some type of oil following the wax. Im disappointed bc aside from technique this place is clean and professional.

The location is also beautiful and inviting. Nelsi is personable and excellent at her job. I also appreciate her attention to detail. She came highly recommended, and I’m grateful for her. Usually I like this place but my last visit left a very bad taste in my mouth. Their hours online says they close at 8:30pm. I arrived at 7:55pm looking to get a Brazilian wax. (I’m leaving for California in the morning so it was much needed). They asked me what I wanted than spoke amongst themselves before refusing me service. Stating they close in 5 minutes. If that is the case they should update their hours online, I would’ve rearrange my errands accordingly. Also, I arrived before the close time regardless. After bringing up both points one lady told me to have a seat and someone will take me, Then shortly afterwards another lady told me to leave, they are now closed. Completely rude and unprofessional. I will not return.

I’ve been a loyal customer here since I moved to Atlanta in 2017. The shop is always clean and the aesthetics are nice. They truly care about the customer experience and want to be sure you’re satisfied with their service. I know this from personal experience as I was unhappy with my brows once after they were done by one of the ladies and they promptly called me and had me come back to the shop to have my brows done by Nelsi. She redid them perfectly and I’ve been coming here ever since. I love Nelsi and will only be serviced by her. I loved this place. I was here on my vacation and I saw the prices you guys offered and it was super affordable and the reviews were amazing. So I came here to get my full body wax it was only $65. I had Shikha to do my waxing and she was amazing and made my waxing experience awesome. I will see you guys every time I visit Atlanta.

I always book my Threading appointment one month ahead and upon arriving for my scheduled visit I was informed that my Technician was over booked, and had a walk in waiting....I was not only taken aback I was confused because I booked one month out... So, if you book an appointment dont count on it being available when you arrive because apparently this Salon doesnt honor scheduled regulars they just take first come first serve patrons. Sadly🥺🥺🥺🥺 looking for a new Threading Salon 😡😡😡

Nancy is my new saving grace. I’m 30 and no one has ever threaded my eyebrows as perfectly as she did today. My right eyebrow has a very different shape than my left so most ppl try to get it close and they look ok and sometimes good but Nancy got it perfect today! I absolutely LOVED the full body Organic sugar wax I received at Unique Threading by Shama! This was my first time getting waxed by her and she was BY FAR THE BEST! The products applied so nicely and she was gentle with me but still was able to get everything! LOVED THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE! I will most certainly be back! Nelsi did an amazing job on my brazilian wax. She has great bedside manner as she explained the products she used on me while performing her services. Throughout each pull, she made sure I was comfortable. They use an organic wax made only of sugar, water, and lemon(lime), which worked wonders for me. I have hyperpigmentation and easily get irritated by certain waxes, but this was definitely a game changer. I went during my lunch break and booked an appointment at 2pm. I was back at my desk and eating lunch by 2:30p. Thank you!

This location is absolutely amazing. The employees are always so professional and kind. More specifically, I can’t stress enough how wonderful Nelsi is. Went to Unique to get my brows tinted because I did not like the shape of my brows as a result of getting them threaded at another salon. Sonya did a really good job explaining the tint process and after care procedures. The finished product looked really good as well. I will be going to get my brows threaded and tinted there from now on.

This was my first time here. I walked in for a Brazilian wax and was able to be seen fairly quickly. My service was done by Ava who did a fantastic job! She was very professional and super fast. Ava was also super gentle! This was honestly the least painful wax Ive had. I also appreciate that the wax was not too hot. I received burns during my last visit at a different wax salon. I came as a walk-in and requested a specific esthetician. I wasn’t made appear that the requested esthetician had 3 appointments prior to seeing me nor did she know that I was waiting for her. The other esthetician’s never offered to make me and appointment nor asked for me to come back when she was available. I waited almost 2 hours. I was never compensated for my time being wasted and the lack of communication. I’ve been going to this shop for 3 years but after today I will not return. Once the requested esthetician was available and I voiced my concerns, I didn’t feel comfortable nor relaxed enough to be serviced. I took my money where it was appreciated. The employees that were staffed need assistance with operating the check-in process because my experience was unacceptable!
