I had such a great experience here. It was my first time getting my brows laminated and I went to Brooke. She is very booked out for good reason! Not only have my brows literally never looked better, she gave me very specific recommendations tailored to my brows as far as upkeep and return appointment suggestions. It was super clean and I appreciate that the staff wears masks since you’re in such close proximity. Both Brooke and the front desk worker were incredibly kind and helpful. I couldn’t book my return appointment fast enough. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a brow place.

I went in for my first bikini wax, and was a little nervous. When I got there, I was greeted with super nice staff that made me feel totally comfortable the entire time. It didn’t even hurt as much as I thought! I would definitely recommend coming to the Brow House! 10/10

I was excited to try brow house to have my brows done prior to my wedding. Unfortunately, the place is not as good as prior reviews had indicated. Five stars for ease if appointment and cleanliness. Minus one star for a disappointing tweezing experience.

Lash lift was okay. Fell pretty quickly, 3 weeks later and almost back to normal.

I see Athena regularly for my brows and she is AMAZING. I am planning on scheduling other services with her, too. Hands down the best waxing experience in the area. I always feel pampered, and the front desk staff is always pleasant and kind. I never feel uncomfortable, and there is never that underlying feeling of catty-ness at this place. Its very refreshing!

This place is awesome. I love the atmosphere, very zen. Also the customer service, is awesome and theyre super personable. But most importantly they SLAY the brows. Today was my first time, and Kimberly done my brows. It is probably the best brow wax Ive ever had. I will be coming again and again. It is worth the $18-20. Pleased to say Ive found my brow home in Cville!!!

My brow specialist took amazing care of my brows! Im extremely picky when it comes to the shape and thickness of my eyebrows, and she made sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. Its more expensive than just going to a nail salon for waxing services, but you get what you pay for - it felt good going to a place that deals solely in waxing rather than dabbling in it on the side. Id recommend them to anyone!

The Brow House is amazing. I get a brow wax and tint here, and have always been really impressed with the results. The staff is also very friendly, and their space is super adorable! Looking forward to trying out more of their services.

Ive been getting my brows done at threaders in the mall and in the back of nail salons for years. Why on earth did I put myself through that hell for so long? I legitimately didnt know you could have an enjoyable low pain eye brow experience! It smelled fabulous, everyone was so nice, online booking is so easy. Give it a shot, you definitely wont regret it and will leave with a smile on your face!

Brooke is fabulous! I made a booking error and showed up a week before my scheduled appointment. This wouldnt have been terrible, but I was leaving for vacation the next day! Brooke managed to fit me in to her busy day and saved me. Awesome customer service and super cute salon space, I will definitely be back to The Brow House.

I had an eyebrow tint and wax. They look great — super natural which is tricky to get the right color and shape for a blonde. The store is super cute as well. I wanted to buy everything.

Hurray! I finally found a wonderful wax in Cville! Brooke is wonderful at sculpting brows, and pleasant to spend time with. The space is stylish and clean. Seeking an aesthetician, and not the big box, cookie-cutter, find-on-every-corner waxer, I chose The Brow House from their website; they offer a diverse selection of services. Once inside, younwill find their space clean, contemporary and welcoming.I started with a routine eyebrow service. If youve ever had a botch job, you know the awful feeling of trusting someone new after a failed attempt. But, Kim was estute and practiced, her manner and energy is professional yet warm. Never a moment when I felt she was unsure about her task. And, she did a killer job tidying up my brows, arch and all.Since that went so well, I made an appointment for something more personal. Three weeks later, Kim performed a full leg, etc. - and in all my years of using a wax service, this was one of the best experiences. Top notch.Im a fan, and very happy to have found The Brow House.
