The service at Sassy Nails is exceptional. The nail technicians are very experienced and professional. The selection of services is everything you would want. The wide range or color choices will match any of your fashions/moods. Cleanliness is a top priotity for your safety. I recommend you call for an appointment although walk-ins are welcome. I have tried for years to be happy with their service because they are close to my home, but finally I have given up. I made an appointment for 3:00 on a Monday. I arrived at 2:55 and was given the run around by several nail techs saying I will be right with you.. Finally, at 3:30 Kim (nail tech) started on my nails.Kim rushed the service. Bad job. The manicure, even though it was gel, lasted about 7 days. The ladies, in general, treated me poorly even though I didnt do anything wrong! I felt awkward and uncomfortable!! I would not write this review if this was an isolated incident. This experience of feeling uncomfortable AND not honoring my scheduled appointment time has occured several times. Dont waste your time or money here. Spend your hard earned money and valuable time at an establishment that actually cares about their customers and their service.

I called ahead at 3:30pm and they told me to come in at 4:30 to assist me with Gel removal. I came there at 4:30 as they instructed, and upon check in they then told me, “Come back at 5:30”. Their lack of professionalism with handling potential new clients is deplorable. Gel removal is the easiest thing in the book, all they have to do is put pads on my nails and walk away for half an hour. No more than 3 minutes to set me up. Absolutely NO customer service and they just said a random time just to get me in the door. Not only will I now NEVER be a client, I will make sure to share with everyone I can to avoid coming to this place. If you want good customer service, go elsewhere!!!!!!!

Ive never been so embarrassed, I left the salon with my upper lip burnt from the wax, ripped off my skin & was so painful. I came back to explain to them what occurred and asked for the owner to please treat me with respect and at least apologize for what was done to me, all she did was yell at me in front of the costumers, while denying my face was burnt. I asked her to please refund me and she refused.She took out $5 and told me she didnt want costumers like me in her shop.I unfortunately will never go back !And truly recommend that if youre reading this you think twice about going there.Im not the type of person to leave reviews but its been almost 9 hours and my face still burns, im angry the Owner would just treat her clients this way!

My local go-to for mani and pedi! They have always done a great job. Staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Never coming here again. FOne of the nail techs made my natural nail thin and weak .then she cut them down without asking . I asked for gel clear coat she gave me one layer of gel. The color was perfect. my nails strength and health was diminished. I rely on the gel polish to protect my nails. Since leaving this hole, 4 of my nails tared/ broken off . I’m pissed

They do not have any professional customer service manner. As soon as you say something they start talking in their own language and laugh. For the 2nd time, they fooled me with the matching color nail polish. They rush you to pick color, and they are very harsh on your nails. The lady was pulling my nail cuticles so fast and hard that caused me pain and bleeding. Not happy with service st all.

Very poor service and even worse communication issues. Cost me more by them not doing what was desired. They just did what they wanted without understanding what I wanted. Very disappointing.

I had a gel mani/pedi done, it was alright at best. The work wasnt bad but the atmosphere and customer service need improvement.

The technicians here are really hard to deal with. Meaning they don’t listen to what you want and rush through your nails. Once I told one of them I want almond shape and she flat out said no . She said no you can’t change the shape every time . Like what? And the salon is just dirty . They talk in another language to each other the whole time while they’re doing your nails ....

This woman had the audacity to tell me it was illegal to use the razor to eliminate the rough skin off of my feet. EXCUSE ME!! Then they charged me $23 for sitting in a chair for less than 15 minutes. Last time I checked it took 30-45 minutes to get a pedicure. Theyve lost my services and I dont care if theyre the last place on earth! I couldve done my feet my darn self for free if that was the case. I hope a secret shopper or someone from corporate visits them to tell them about themselves!! I cant stand them!!
