I made an appointment for 11:30 and I had to wait for the technician to finish another job. By the time she came to me it was 12…she then cut my toe where I was bleeding and she didn’t say anything. I wanted a French pedicure and they did not have the thin white nail polish so she was doing it by hand. She didn’t like so she took it off to do it again. I told her just to paint it all white at this point it was almost 1! I will not be going back here.

1st visit to this nail salon and it will most certainly be my last. The salon has absolutely no signs with pricing listed anywhere. I shouldve took the warning signs all over the salon stating they needed to raise their prices due to some bogus shortage. I came in for a pedicure for me and my ten year old daughter they charged $27 dollars for a child’s pedicure and charged me $43 for her gel manicure! I was shocked! Again their breaking this down for me after the service. Shame on me for not asking prior to the service but shame on them for over charging like this! I didnt even get my nails painted because they wanted to charge me 70$ for the dip powder with color tips which they consider is a french mani. I declined the color and for plain dip nails charged me $55 any other salons the dip manicure is between $35 to $40 With whatever color and shape you want. I hope their techs are getting paid a little more for their overcharging because I can see how the average person may not be able to tip a little more with this price gauging.

It was my first time getting a mani-pedi..but it wont be my last! Enjoyed it a felt very welcome...pricing was very good too.

This was our first visit to Longwood Nails & Spa. We were very impressed by how ultra clean it is and the care taken to follow COVID guidance to create a safe and enjoyable experience. All staff were friendly, polite and professional. We were delighted with our pedicures and the massage chairs put this spa at a 5 star plus level. Well be back!

I went in for an acrylic fill in. It is listed as $18 on their website. I told the nail tech about three nails that were crooked after she did the fill and filing and she failed to fix them. When I got to the counter, she charged me $31 because I have long nails. I didnt even get the nails painted either. So I got charged $31 for an acrylic fill in and she did so much sanding Im surprised theres any acrylic left and I have three crooked nails.The first time I came here, I was charged $41 just for them to fix my shape and paint my nails. No fill in. But my nails look so nice and so sharp that I decided to give them a second chance.No third chance.

Loved my whole experience at Longwood Nail & Spa! I had just come from a poor experience at a different nail salon and Tina was able to hear my concerns and fixed everything wrong with my acrylics! Her attention to detail was fantastic and this will be a regular stop for me now. Everything was clean and comfortable.

I visited this place for the first time yesterday and the decor is amazing! The people are very friendly. Jade did my nails, she is a ball of energy. She is very detailed. The prices are reasonable and they are hosting a special for 20% off until Jan 1. Ill be back in two weeks 😊

Absolutely love this hidden Jem! They actually talk to you and get to know you personally. Very creative! Minh and Vic are amazing people. I left my old tech because Longwood nails has better product and loads of SNS colors. My nails lasted 3 weeks no breaks!

My new local favorite! They do a wonderful job, and its so clean, which makes me feel much more comfortable. Very affordable for what they do, and a huge selection of polish choices.

Susan does my nails and she is the sweetest, most talented gal I have ever had do my nails! The prices are great, the salon is clean, beautifully decorated, and everyone is so nice and attentive! I happened to be in the area, and I wanted to get the SNS Dip Nails. I walked in and was seated immediately. The tech was incredibly patient as I chose my nail color, and the atmosphere was really clean and relaxing. My nails look fabulous! Total time: 25 minutes from start to finish. I loved this place and I will come out of my way to come here again. :) thanks!

This place is awesome. Anna was amazing! I got the SNS for the first time and they came out amazing. I dont like thick nails and these feel great. Theyre not too thick but not too thin either. I love it. Definitely recommend it.

This place would be good if they didn’t schedule an appointment with you and then totally dishonor it. I have work to get to and in this traffic, waiting 15-20 minutes (who knows how much longer I would have had to wait, I walked out) makes a difference. I usually just make excuses when businesses do that but I’ve had it. I’m disappointed.

Absolutely amazing salon! The Longwood special pedicure is fantastic, I chose lavender as my scent and was not disappointed. The hot stone massage was the icing on the cake. My SNS manicure is gorgeous. Cant wait to go back.

My sister-in-law and I tried this nail salon for the first time today and we were both so impressed! Every staff member that we interacted with was very helpful and nice (and it seemed like all the employees were the same way, as every customer I observed was happily chatting with the person pampering them...no awkward silence here!). The services were great and you can tell they take pride in their work! All the above is wonderful and would have been enough to bring me back as a customer, but the fact that they actually SANITIZE their equipment and open one-time-only tools for their pedicures is the cherry on top!!! They have an awesome ventilation system, so that lovely nail salon chemical smell doesnt hit you in the face when you walk in. All of this, one would expect their prices to be astronomically high; however they really arent! Their prices are the same as most of the chop shop nail salons that Ive seen.If you are sensitive to smells, have concerns about germs from unclean equipment, or just want beautiful nails by really nice people then this is the salon for you!!!

I just came here, felt very uncomfortable. Maybe because Im spanish or because I have tattoos. The individual asked me what I wanted I stated full set, she said 30 min wait, I said no problem but what got me was she started talking about how people make appointments 1 month ahead I just moved to area trying find a deceit nail spot I went there based off the reviews,definitely she was referring to me, by the way speak to another client about it. Very unprofessional Ive honestly cant say Ive felt like that before.

My daughter and I just went here for the first time and we could not be happier with our gels. Michael and Minh are great and the salon is beautiful. Weve definitely found our new place. We would give 10 stars if we could.

My sister and I went into for a girls day and not only were the services amazing and reasonable, the people were just as great. We had my 6 week old niece with us and the staff were amazing with her. Held her when she was getting fussy so my sister could really enjoy her mani and pedi. They were all so warm and welcoming and plan on going back.

I chose the dark maroon color and was helped by a cute girl. Great staff. The prices are affordable! They have a lot of gel color options. I highly recommend this salon.

I had a couple’s mani and pedi yesterday for my wedding anniversary and it was amazing. The facility is clean and the staffs are friendly. We didn’t have an appointment and the service was incredible. I am very happy with my nails (done by Jenny. She was awesome and even had me try nail art which came out beautifully. I would definitely recommend this nail spa.

Today was my first visit to Longwood Nails and Spa, and it was absolutely fantastic. My sister and I wanted to have a girls day, and not only were they completely professional, but they were so loving and caring to my 6wk old baby girl. This is the first time this momma was able to go out and get pampered since giving birth, and boy did we pick the right place. She and I got spa pedicures and SNS manicures, and while we were there for well over an hour, it didnt even feel like it. As soon as we sat in the pedicure chairs, they accommodated my 6wk old in her car seat in a chair of her own, got her out and held her (all momma approved) the ENTIRE TIME we were there (minus when I had to feed her). This helped me relax even more, to be able to trust and watch her being cared for while I enjoyed some time with my sister, was just icing on the cake for this girls day out. I will be going back, and bringing my friends and my little one as I felt like this couldnt have gone any better. Thank you all for the amazing service, and the break in the monotony of motherhood.

The best nail salon in the Longwood/Altamonte area by far. Very clean, tons of great color choices and they do a really great job. Thankful they opened at the end of last year. Love it here.

Minh made my nails look better than they ever have! Seriously. I have fan-shaped nails with small nail beds. Without tips - just with filing - she gave me beautiful short squoval nails. Perfect! I got SNS (dipped) and theyre thin, smooth, and perfect. The rates were good too.

Best customer service, a ton of options available, the pedicure chairs are amazing and flawless work. This place will be #1 in Longwood if they continue to be so stellar. So happy I found this hidden gem.

This place is amazing. The staff are so friendly and honest. Ive been to Minh twice and both visits were, hands down, the best nail salon experience Ive ever had. When I first came to Longwood Nails & spa, my nails were so brittle and weak. The nail tech I had been going to from a different salon butchered my nails so bad that they were literally red and purple. Minh took charge and fixed the disaster. Ive never seen my nails so strong and healthy ever before. They have so many SNS options to choose from. I usually do the mood changing one and Im absolutely obsessed. Lets just say, Im definitely going back from here on out!

I havent had a mani pedi in years but decided to treat myself. I picked Longwood Nail & Salon because of all the great reviews. I must say everything I read was true. It is very bright and clean inside. All of the employees were friendly. I enjoyed the deluxe mani pedi - the lavender scrub and cream were amazing! I wish I would have asked his name but I had the only male technician, he was very good and loved chatting with him. I will definitely return here to pamper myself.

Great friendly staff

I recently started going here and let me tell you I have no plans on stopping. I’ve had a mani, pedi and SNS done by different techs and they have all been great. The management and staff seem to really enjoy the business and appreciate their customers which makes me more edger to recommend them to any and everyone.
