Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I was charged $75 dollars for a jacked up full set. I’ve never paid that much, not for a great looking set at another salon. Got my nails long and my nails have a lump. I only went here cause my usual salon was closed for a week and I will not come back. They don’t take time to do your nails after seeing other people walk in. If you’re going to charge that much at least do a good job.. I brought other people with me too and we all walked out disappointed. Take your money somewhere better please.

Went as a walk in. They were very busy but got me in quickly.Everyone was friendly. I was pampered and am very HAPPY with my nails. Will definitely go back.

It was great . Today was my granddaughters birthday so my son treated me and her and himself to a relaxing pedicure. Loved it

Lady was falling asleep while doing my pedicure. My toe nails were jagged, nails were half painted, didn’t do a full clean up on the parts lifting on my acrylic. Won’t b returning. Definitely not worth the money!

Pedicures are love and pedicures are life. You know what I mean? I dont think Ive ever had a bad experience so if I end up with my feet feeling good and it not being too expensive then youre getting a good review for me. Plus, this is a place with four types of pedicures that keep getting nicer and nicer. I only did the deluxe and there were two better options, but still. It was a delight and everything was delightful. Treat yourself!

I went there for a pedicure, and full set! My pedicure was good. However my full set AWFUL! I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted shape, and color! She did the COMPLETE opposite! I wanted a almond pink and white, she did regular, square, and told me she liked square better?? It looked younger!? Then tried to get me to do gel, and an eybrow wax?? She then painted a French manicure with apparently the first bottle of white polish ever created! I had to pick my kid up so I said go ahead . I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Nice people but OUTDATED!! if you are.in your 60 S great place! Under that go elsewhere!

Very nice a little hard to under stand but me and my best friend went in there and they were amazing the acrylic nails stayed on super long time the people who worked there were very nice and they talk while them doing it

I have been going to see Kim, the owner for 15 years. She is wonderful and so is the staff. Never have I had a problem. My acrylic nails lasted longer than the two weeks if I couldnt get there and my pedicures are always perfect. Thank you Kim for your continued great service! Robin

I asked for gel polish. I had old overlays on I Blaine that I did not want refills he proceeded to file my nails and kept saying I need refills I need refilled so I agreed to another overlay she took the nails off of my own nails ripping four of my own nails off then after all of that happened she put back on overlays and I said OK I need them then she put sick overlays on then we were running out of time and I could not even get my nails polished the colors that I wanted to polish because she took so long. No apologies

UPDATE 5/29/16I have been going to Family Nails for awhile and for the most part have been happy EXCEPT for their price flips. Every time I went in my service cost would change in their favor but the service itself did not. So, to save money I decided I would go in and get a Pedicure ($25), manicure ($10) and eyebrow wax ($7) - this came to $42 - I was charged $49, but did not notice until arriving home. I called them immediately and said I thought I was accidentally over charged...I was told no overcharge - you got pedicure, eyebrow wax, manicure, nail cut and polish. I said doesnt nails cut and polish come with manicure? She said NO, manicure only clean cuticles and hand massage (which I did not get either). This has not been the first time I was overcharged for services. I paid out with tip $55 and was literally in that shop less than an hour. I was a loyal and nice customer, there were times when I was there for a scheduled appointment, and I waited so she would not lose a walk-in. My first pedicure I was overcharged $20 because they did not show ALL the pedicure prices, so when I said I wanted a deluxe (on the board it is $25) they charged me $45 and then showed me the card the pedicure girl should have showed me so I could make an educated decision. I am once again left with looking for a new HONEST place to get my nails done.

Ive been coming here for 2 years and Tran is the best. My nails always last 3-4 weeks and she knows I work on my feet 50 hours a week so she always does an amazing job on my pedis! Love this place and the prices are great too!

Great place to have your nails done and so friendly. Only bad thing is they dont have much color variety for acrylics. I dont do sns and their variety on those is pretty big. Other than that if your looking for a great nail salon that the work is inpecable, come here. Kim is the best, she will take good care of you.

The last few times i went i felt i never was charged the same thing twice. I always get an acrylic full set and its never the same price. After i told them to soak my old set the woman proceed to tell me i didnt need a soak, started to lift off my set and ripped off my own nail. They are to fast an aggressive. Then my eye brow wax was messed up and that was the last time i went.

Great place if you get the lady in the front others in there make them to wide or with dips in them

I was over charged from $28 to $60 I was also told if Im legal in USA who does that the lady cut all my nails around edge blisters bleeding . Never go again . I was comformation price text of appitment they said wasnt them phone number matched
