Space is very clean, no more than 1 client in the space at a time and they Sanitize after you leave.Love my nail Tech

Theyre not friendly unless you are first. Very professional but do very simple nails no decorations no designs or jewels. Also no dip powder basic skills. Prices are good however

I went in on a Thursday and by Sunday every single nail was chipped. I got a refill on the dip powder and paid $30 and left a $10 tip. So for $40 I got two days out of my nails. I kindly went to let them know that I was willing to pay the difference and have them re-done. They said they would not discount the amount I had already paid. They did not open the door they spoke to me on the phone looking at me through the glass telling me I would have to pay another $50 to have it redone.

Tammy always takes great care of my nails. Shes pleasant and takes precautions to make sure she doesnt ding my fingers with the nail drill. Ive been going to Crystal Nails since moving to Longwood 4 years ago and dont plan to go anywhere else.

Charged me 40 for average length nails plain no design. I got a small crack less then 2 days later. Asked if she would repair and she said no. Quiet rudely I might add. Also threw in a tip of course. Will not be back. The covid 19 is bringing the greed out of some small business owners I suppose. Will not be back.

They nickel and dime you to death.

Tried this place because it was close by. Never going back. My gel manicure started chipping 2 days after. It completely peeled off in less than a week. I have had gel manicures (not at this place) that lasted at the very least 2 weeks. $5 extra to cut cuticles.... in my 20 yrs of getting my nails done i have never heard of that being an extra service. I get pedicures for the care they put into my feet not the nail polish. It was terrible. I could have grabbed a pumice stone and done a better job myself.

BEWARE : Very Unprofessional ! They will try to turn you away without even asking what service you would like ! The establishment was literally empty yet the man stated they were too busy for a full set w/ gel polish ! Also stated I could sit and wait but it would be an hour or more wait ! I had time today so I waited just to see what would happen ! Also noticed that they did not have signs posted stating pricing ! Not an issue but this place is not top of the line to be hiding pricing ! Very basic only 2 nail techs and they will overcharge you as if they are a luxury nail salon ! Complete waste of 1 hour and I did not get the service they were not playing about not doing my full set lol ended up leaving ! But the only good part is they have the tv on ion network so good suspenseful movies which I watched with the nail tech that was sooo busy lol ! Go figure !

Tammy is my go to! She gives the best pedicures!!!! Best pedicures Ive ever had!!!! But its so hard to get an appointment with Tammy.

Horrible service. I walked only one person was in the chair and the person working told my mom little cousin and grandmother that we needed to come another time. Did not even try to see what we wanted arviced. Never again will i go here. Worst customer service ever

The man who filled my nails did a wonderful job including fixing a previous salons mess they made of my nails. Wish i would of went here originally
