Im from Ca. But whenever I visit I get my nails done. This place is awesome. I recommend trying out. Youll diffently come back. Top notch. Ive had both of the owners and they are always very kind and do a great job. Highly recommend.

Came in about an hour before closing time. Very personable people. However, the man rushed his work and did not give me a nice smooth pedicure. He also tried getting away with messing up the color until I said something. Now, I am experiencing swelling on one of my toes because of how he did it. I will not be coming back.

I have been searching for a salon close to my home since I moved and THIS is IT. Lan did my nails and Young finished my toes and I am so happy. Both were very nice, with a relaxed atmosphere. It literally was like a small town salon- talking with other customers, discussing good food and holiday plans. I do not like doing new things- but I am so glad I pushed myself to try out Our Nails & Spa!!

I had a relaxing pedicure.

First time here and everyone spoke fluent English so I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Crystal went above and beyond making up an idea to achieve the look I was going for. I have been to many different nail places over the years and Crystal gave me the best acrylic set I’ve ever had. They are so neat, not too thick, perfect. Super cute place.. very clean too. A full set was only $20.

Today was my first time going here and It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon and I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 20 years. Upon entering I immediately felt welcomed. Everyone was extremely nice and sincerely wanted to make the customer happy. It was like you were with friends and family there. Thank you for the amazing job! Definitely making this my permanent nail salon home!!!

I had an amazing pedicure with Mercedes. She was friendly and fun. I had the best foot massage with the pedicure that I have ever received. My nails look wonderful and my feet feel great. I highly recommend them.

Ive been coming here for the last 6 months and its still the best nail shop in the area. I cant see me spending my money anywhere else. All of the nail tech are incredibly talented, and their work definitely speaks for itself. I have to say, Mercedes, (with thee Golden Thumb) always goes above and beyond. She has never disappointed. As long as she is there, I will always come back. Not only do I recommend Our Nails and Spa in Longwood, but I suggest that you call and set up an appointment with Mercedes. I promise itll be money well spent.

First time there and I’m in love!!!! Salon has a very peaceful and relaxing vibe to it. The customer service is amazing. Lían is an amazing nail tech !!! Extremely happy with my end result. Also they have plenty of colors in both regular polish and gel. Prices are very reasonable and accommodating to any budget.

After 3 yrs of looking for a good clean nail salon. I finally found one. They are awesome and extremely awesome at what they do. Great salon and the service is to die for! I have known this gentleman for several years and followed him from his previous employer to his own place. He is a talented nail tech, very articulate and a super conversationalist. Always does a fantastic job on my nails...even when I had to have a new set and my own nails were peeling and a mess...down to the quick, actually, but he managed to get a set on me and they did good!

Super clean! So many colors and options! Llan has all the newest trends and the classics! I got the Mood Color Changing Gel nail polish and love it! Ive gotten so many compliments! And they are so nice, atmosphere was awesome! It was my first time but Im definitely going back 😊

I usually don’t give reviews but this is the best salon I have ever been too! It is very clean and the staff is beyond friendly and caring. My gel nails didn’t chip once when I got them done 3 weeks ago and that is the first time ever. Usually I chip them within a week. I’ll always come back here for sure!

Aesthetically its pretty, close to my house, but wasnt happy with my service. I expected one person only to work on me and instead I was switched from person to person. My pedicure was average. My manicure left me with itchy bumps all over my hands. I wont be back

My Mom and I went for pedicures and it was a true delight. Everyone there is so nice, they make you feel like family we had some good laughs as well. This will be my mom and I spot for life. Love you guys!!!

My daughter recommended this salon and I have been coming ever since. The atmosphere and owners are fantastic in every way. I have always been more than happy with the service and how my mani/pedis look! I just moved but will continue to drive the distance to come back here!

I’ve starting going 1 month after they opened & have been going ever since. They really know what they’re doing. Clean salon with a variety of colors, I can never choose just one lol. I appreciate how honest they are, if they cannot accommodate me they’ll let me know instead of telling me to come down and have me waiting hours on end. They’re great with my kid which is a bonus. The pedicure with the hot stone massage is my fav! They’re the only ones I trust my hands, feet and brows & I always get compliments of how fab they look.

Came here a few times until I got a nail tech man who didn’t speak very good English. If you come here and are assigned this nail tech (fairly skinny, asian guy at the last work station), then I would advise to ask for another technician or simply decline. Ruined my day, told me one price and then charged me more, didn’t do my nails at all how I wanted despite me politely describing the look I was going for many times. Didn’t ask me questions on how I wanted my nails done and laughed when he saw I was upset. Despite my last experience, everyone is friendly and easy to communicate with. Fairly good prices, not including my last visit.

Came here twice super happy thinking I had finally found MY PLACE but today The husband part of this team proved to me once & for all that the vast majority of Vietnamese nail techs are either jerks or dont know what they are doing. This guy falls in between. While asking him not to do a certain technique that he does, (according to him its no technique everyone does it). But in my eyes, the way HE does it, I didnt like and so I asked him to skip it. In trying to understand what I meant he was super condescending, sarcastic, made fun of the shape of my fingers which was super rude. Needless to say I will never again go back there. Not worth the aggravation.

I get so many compliments on my nails after I get them done here - Young does great work! The shop is so clean and I always leave feeling more relaxed than when I came in!

Yesterday was my second time going there, Mr. Young has done my nails both times and hes done a great job both times! Young and his wife are very friendly and they always make you feel comfortable.

This place is amazing!!!! I went there yesterday for a pedi and full set.. & I cant even explain my experience! they were soooo kind and listened to everything I had to say. My toes and nails have honestly never looked better. & even their basic pedicure was better than anywhere Ive been w the massages and hot stones (included w the basic!) there isnt massage chairs for the pedis, but couches that are super comfy and I dont really care about the massage chairs anyways. Super clean & I think this was the only nail salon Ive ever been too where everyone spoke reg English (although I love my old lady who barley did). This will def be where I go from now on, and Ive been going to my old place 15 years.

Today was my first visit to this Nail Salon which recently moved to this address on Ronald Reagan. It is beautiful inside as everything is new. I had the pleasure of having one of the co-owners, LLAN, correct and make my acrylic nails perfect. LLAN is very sweet and I really enjoyed my time with her.I was mmediately asked if i wanted someyhing to drink. Than explained how I wanted my nails done. She listened to every little detail and I walked away an EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER. I will definitely be returning to this new gem in Longwood. Thank You Very Much LLAN :-)
