Terribly ran business. They will continue to charge you even after you cancel. Happened to me. Be careful

This place is an excellent place to revive and feel better. They offer multiple services and the staff is very helpful! All the things they offer work but not if you dont apply YOURSELF! Hotworx is amazing! And about the stopping membership....its in the contract they hand you...READ the whole thing and if your not willing to do their process (which is reasonalbe-if you read it & u understand it)dont sing up. But its totally worth it!

Ashley is doing a great job trying to help me each time I arrive with the combination spray tan that will satisfy me. I appreciate her dedication to her important position as a manager.

I enjoy going here because they have some of the more powerful bulbs in the area of Longview. One of the more irritating thing is that there are always 3+ women (where are the male employees?) that try to sell you on packages. Just pay as you go and youll pretty much be able to tell what type of packages you might be interested in. I prefer to pay as I go. If you can get past the initial first visit it pans out pretty well.I would be back more often if they had male nude spray tanning. I model on occasion and Planet Beach appears to think that men enjoy having tan-lines.

Wife came into the location and asked to cancel. The assistant manager said Im not sure what to do to cancel the membership so sign this freeze form and Ill fix it. Now the freeze is over and the assistant manager is saying she never said that.

This place is a joke. I signed up for 3 months & they kept billing me for more. When I called & spoke to Courtney she said that it was a minimum 3 months & that after canceling I would be billed 2 more months. This place is a ripoff DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

I have always driven to Planet Beach Automated Spa, because the prices are so decent.

Must sign multiple forms at different times to cancel a membership; staff is inefficient and rude.

I had a great experience there due to Alyssa I have been tanning there for quite some time and Alyssa is always so pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to help a customer. More places need employees like her.
