I just read the list of beverages with the pH ratings and reference values for tooth safety. VERY helpful. I am in WA and have had a lot of cavities, this list will help me a lot to avoid so much trouble. I appreciate the help. I have only been to the website, but it is really cool. The page that gives pH values for different substances is amazing and I plan to use it in my classroom (Im a math teacher). Any dentist that can describe the pH scale as a base 10 logarithmic scale is more that smart enough to work on your teeth. Thanks Doc!

Of all the patients past a present I can confidently say that I am one of the longest term patients Dr. Shelton has had. This may have something to do with the fact that he is my father, but I truly believe he is the best dentist in East Texas area. Its not just my opinion though as the Texas Dental Association listed him as a Super Dentist. Look at the last four letters behind DDS - they are MAGD. That stands for Master in the Academy of General Dentistry. This is an investment of years and years of experience and thousands of hours of additional study and certification. My dads passions are few, but giving you the best smile possible is one of them. Go see him!

I have been seeing Dr Shelton for years. In fact, he has probably done more work on me than any other patient. I am physically disabled & suffer from chronic pain. Dr Shelton has gone out of his way to work w/ me....working late, extending my appt times when I have elevated pain, & consulting w/ other dental specialties in order to provide me w/ the best of care. Most of the specialists have said to me that Dr Shelton is so sharp that he should be a dental school professor! And I agree! Dr Shelton & his entire office staff are kind, professional, & caring. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Shelton and his staff are just wonderful, kind, geniune people. My family is new to the area . I was able to make appointments for my son and I in a timely matter. All paperwork was mailed beforehand. Going to the dentist has never been a pleasant experience for me. However Dr shelton and his staff made the experience for my son and I much smoother.

By far the best dental experience I have ever had.
